In-game store's Bronzium data card placement
It's a minor inconvenience, but the data card's place in the store has been changed. This cause me to click on the wrong pack multiple times because of muscle memory. I hope this is just some minor bug and not a new decision from the devs. Please change it back so the Bronzium data card is at the left-upper corner again.Journey Battles doesn’t work
I have been playing for a few weeks and have got to level 85, but I can’t get any Journey Guide Battles to work. if I select palpertine the battle button button is green and clicks but never enters the battle mode. I have 26 characters I could select but never get that far. what am I missing?TIE Interceptor LSB
I recently purchased the lightspeed bundle for Second Sister/TIE Interceptor. I received the confirmation email and the gift in the inbox. However, the gift gave me around 2,000 crystals and a message that something went wrong and the crystals were a compensation gift. Is there any way to actually get what I paid for? I’ve been seeing this a lot with other people purchasing different LSBs. Ally Code: 387-282-829
Infinite Loading Loop when purchasing in-game (PC Client)
I can do purchases just fine on the webstore, but when I try to purchase something like the SLKR Bundle for example, my game is stuck in an infinite loop of loading. My game did this once before back when Phoenix got their LSTs, but it seems to have rectified itself. Problem is, I have no idea how to fix this problem with the loading. I've tried waiting it out, repairing, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game all to no avail. I genuinely have no idea why this happens, let alone how to fix it. Help would be greatly appreicated.Conquest Glitch
The current Conquest event has developed a glitch making the enemy squad essentially immortal. There are two serious issues. Currently I am in stage 3 of the event and in the third fight. In the second fight against Pirated, I was unable to defeat the pirates with a Relic 7 SLKR team. The Pirates were all at about 2 red bars but would not fall no matter what attack was used. Time ran out and I returned with a Relic 9 SEE squad. The same thing occurred until SEE reached his ultimate, which destroyed four of the Pirates, the last falling easily. In the next battle, though, using SEE at the outset, not only were the opposing Phoenix squad all reduced to two red pips, but they were all Stunned and could not attack. This time, however, SEE’s cooldown count would not advance above 4%, no matter what he did. Thermite bombs flashed, AOC attacks crashed, the Phoenix characters stood in stunned agony and could do nothing, but they would not fall. it is also worth mentioning that there have been several cases where individual toons exhibited similar near-invulnerability, lasting improbably when fully stunned and assaulted by all five of my squad. Enfy was one and Bobba Fett was another, but both eventually succumbed to attacks a few seconds before the round timed out, so I assumed it was some sort of game shenanigans. Now I’m beginning to believe your damage assessment algorithms are buggy. This problem has begun to pop up at different points of the gameplay and seems more indicative of programming errors than of your more usual game design to ‘encourage’ us to pay more to advance. If you are going to continue your rather blatant efforts to force us to pay you more, at least provide competent management of the game’s systems.Great Mothers conquest bug
Apparently with the "weather the storm" data disk, you can not successfully pass the "blessed" bonus from Great Mothers to one of your squad members in conquest. It will immediately reset and ask you to pass it again, resulting in you needing to forfeit the battle. Please address. People will be wasting energy to just have to forfeit battles. This is a repost of an issue I posted about 6 months ago since it was never addressed. Hi I completed the millennium falcon event about 5 years ago and never got around to posting about this issue but am currently getting blocked for the JKL event. I’m missing 25 shards preventing me from 7* on the ship and have attached a screenshot of what I’m seeing below. My ally code is 764-588-123. I am playing on IOS if that helps at all.Missing Coliseum level 8 3M Rewards
My understanding of the rewards description of coliseum for the last level we are supposed to receive the 3 million points crate reward every time it’s completed, but instead I’ve only received this crate award the first time. Achieving 3 million score still displays the crate award at the end of the match, but the 250 era currency are never added to my bank. Could this be clarified in the description and at least the end screen updated so I don’t feel taunted each attempt?
