Customer service and game bugs in The sim mob
So you can check the chats i am tired and mad because the service wasn't nice and the people there the lie to me multiples times and send me radom links of EA like forum or directions on how to send a ticket which I already did..One of the guys tell me to come here the forum and report the problem...we know that forum is nto the places They could just said thay they don't know how to help or the can't... instead thy were wasting my time. My two problems were that the game didn't show me offers on topjoy and second that the game removed two of my sim characters again. So if that the way that you treat as the people who support the game I will not continue playing the game and I will inform others for this. Anyone else feel like their years of work and investment in their Sims Mobile game is now like watching a doomed society on its last days? Kinda pissed off actually!! I don't like the other one ! Sims Freeplay , it always crashes on my phone! A soon as I get to the community market boom!! I'm not buying a new one to play it on! Been a Sims fan since the very first one. Its impossible to get the festival pass... how am I supposed to earn that much sims cash... there are no offers to assist. We cant purchase it. The game has us use sims cash all quests. This update has been crazy.... ive wanted to get those tiaras, pools, fish tanks..... ill never get those now either. Harish refused to check the specialist notes for my active, 10-day-old escalated case. He repeatedly attempted to close my ticket by forcing me to create a new in-game ticket, which is impossible due to the stuck tutorial. I have screenshots of the entire Live Chat proving your "Mobile Team" actively failed to assist an escalated user. This is my final request: I demand immediate manual intervention by a Community Manager and the resolution for Case #226310063 to be sent to my email immediately. From January 20, 2026, at 1:59 PM UTC, The Sims Mobile will no longer be accessible to play and will be sunset. This blog post explains what that means and what to expect in the months ahead. We’re proud to have shared this journey with you, and as a token of our appreciation, we’ve prepared a few surprises as we head into TSM’s final chapter. In the final update, releasing on October 20th, 2025, everyone will receive unlimited energy to help them make the most of this time. October 21, 2025 - Delisted from app stores The Sims Mobile will be delisted from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store on October 21st at 1:30 PM UTC. It will no longer be available for new downloads, but players who already have The Sims Mobile installed or have previously downloaded it can still update or re-download it. If you are using the Google Play Store and have already downloaded The Sims Mobile, it should update as normal. If you have deleted it in the past and would like to redownload it, you can do so by going into your ‘My apps & games' section, then into your ‘app library’ to find it. If you are using the Apple App Store, you will need to open the Apple App Store, access ‘My Purchases” and search for The Sims Mobile to find it. If you are having trouble updating it this way, try deleting the app and redownloading it using this method again. January 6, 2026 - Content unlocked All Build Mode and Create A Sim (CAS) items will unlock for every player. These won’t be limited by levels, so that means EVERYTHING Build mode and CAS are available. We want to give everyone the opportunity to build their dream home, design their perfect Sims, and experience everything TSM has to offer before the servers close. We would love to see what you create if you would like to share it with us. January 20, 2026 - Server closure The servers will shut down at 1:59 PM UTC. After this time, The Sims Mobile will no longer be playable. Because game progress is stored on our servers, saved data will no longer be available. Frequently Asked Questions Will there still be events in this update? Yes. Events will continue to run as usual, so you can still earn Simoleons and items during the final months. Can I still play after the game is delisted? Yes. If you already have TSM installed, you can keep playing until January 20, 2026. Can I still play after TSM sunsets on January 20, 2026? No. TSM requires online servers to play, so playing in any form will no longer be possible after this date. Can I re-download TSM later? If you downloaded TSM before it is delisted, you can re-download it from your app store library until January 20, 2026. What happens to my purchases? All purchases you’ve made before October 20 will still work in-game right up until January 20, 2026. After that date, The Sims Mobile will no longer be playable, and any leftover currency will not be eligible for a refund. From January 6, every Build Mode and Create A Sim item will be free for everyone playing. We recommend using your currency and tickets before then. Well, this is the second time what your task is to give stickers but apparently they ended the stickers again. I’m supposed to give 5 stickers but there’s no one to give stickers to. Might have been a couple years ago that it happened. My Sim was preparing food and left it on the counter. I'm not sure whether I tried moving the counter and it caused the malfunction or what, but I can't store that counter, because it says it contains an item that cannot go into storage. Can't make changes to it, I can only move it. Now I want to make my house a different style and I can't because this counter won't store, and of course no cooking items for bonuses can be placed there either.
