I've been playing ranked arenas when It came out and I got place silver II but have been stuck because I only get 12 ap per win but I lose 20-42 ap per loss. I have no idea why my teammate who plays exclusively with me gets 12-52 ap per win, sometimes, even more, when the most I've ever gotten while playing ranked is 14 ap.
This is disappointing :/

Im having the same issue. This is definitely a problem that needs to get fixed because its not fair. When you contact support they dont do anything for you.

This most certainly is not working as intended. My k/d ratio in ranked arenas 1.00. I'm not cheating, I'm not hacking. How am I supposed to rank up when I lose -20 AP for losing a game, but only gain +12 AP for winning? It's set up for failure. This is a bug, so fix it.
@EA_Atic It is not "working" i invited a buddy who was plat 3 and i was plat 1 at the start of our games. We went on a 10 winstreak and at the end after we played the 10 games, he was diamond 3 and i was still plat 1. Ive spent over $3,000 on this game and if they dont want to fix the issue then i want all my money back. i have 580 ranked arena wins out of 1,100 games played and im only plat2 now due to only gaining 12ap and then being punished by multiple negative fourty's (32ap-50ap). i want this fixed or i may have to speak to a lawyer or something because this is absolutely unfair. Currently i am ranked #8 in the US on the leaderboards and guess what im only plat? Like come on now freaking help me out and the others as well and actually be grown adults about the situation. I am currently streaming as i type this and this will be saved and downloaded for safety reasons.
Dude same. I'm not too in the game though. I'm just trying to get through the ranks. But getting 12ap even after a 8 win streak is just unacceptable and unrewarding.
Yea , thats what i thought .... "Its working as intended " is a great answer to ppl that are really frustrated and demand to know how this all works.
Such answers only fuel the suspicion that the MMR (unknown magical value to a player, thats also not explained ) is all rigged in favour of some players.
@CallMeFluffy007No chance to get any fair reply on this issue by EA. I think it is a communist dissociation company who built some secret algorithm to punish players they do not fit in their agenda.
Maybe I am paranoid but the ball is on EAs side to explain this mess they created.
