I still have received no response at all from them. after 24 hrs. I really wish their was some sort of customer support i could message/talk to instead of using the outdated email inbox methods...

Did you submit a dispute or did you open a case under a different reason? If you are disputing the ban, that can take several days to get a response to. If there was a different reason for contacting support, they should respond quickly if you're using the option for chat. However, advisors cannot help with bans.

I submitted an appeal but no one has taken my case. it's a very simple case so should honestly be at the top of their inbox imo. This isnt the first time in the last 2 years I have tried getting this resolved either! I wish they had better customer service and could at least get me on a temporary unban during this "grace period" so I don't have to sit here bored on my 2 day break... 😐
