False ban

Is there anyway to see where it is in Que and if it has been reset? It can take up to a month for them to even see my case?

It won't reset so long as you don't resume it. It shouldn't take a month, no, but it can be a few days depending on a number of factors (Like the volume of cases they have to deal with).
Yeah I have only reviewed it and looked at the status, I have never closed it or attempted anything else, is it possible I was hacked and they detected something weird and I caught a ban?
