I know this isn't my post but I am having a similar issue so I tried this after going round and round with a bot on an issue I can't find an article for and need to talk to a real person about however it physically will not let click the submit button, it's not greyed out, all the information is filled in, but pressing the submit button is literally not doing anything at all, I was able to access that page you linked after being completely unable to access anything of the sort for customer support which I greatly appreciate but nothing else is working, is there something wrong with it right now? Like is it down?
No this company just hates you and all of their customers. Never buy a garbage product from this garbage company again. It has only gotten worse over the years.
