What happens if you try using the contact options in my previous post? I just tried going through those steps again and am seeing a live chat option with those topics.
I've removed the attachments in your post since we cannot address those on the forums, and as these are publicly visible to everyone it's best to avoid sharing anything with specific account or purchase details shown.
Can you try the options listed above? If you're unable to create an additional case from your account that may also occur if you've recently created a large number of cases. If you're unable to resume these, try logging out before going through the steps listed above to create a new case.
If you're logged out while doing so, you'll receive a prompt to sign in, or to Continue without logging in. Try selecting that option with the above steps.
