So I know what is going on finally but I am trying to figure out a way to fix it. Turns out my home internet NAT type is set to strict instead of open.Usually you can access the modem/router advanced setting through your browser but I have a T-Mobile Gateway, their new home internet option.
T-Mobile uses plug and play hardware with like 0 advanced options for me to work on. Currently waiting on them to call me back after they escalated the issue to their engineers.
Usually you can go into your router/modem and access the advanced settings and toggle on UPnP and boom done.
Other times you can just reset the modem/router. Not with the * Gateway. F.
What did you end up uninstalling? Apex?
