Hello! Ive been banned For competitive advantages on apex legends

I know you cant help me here, Ive messaged tos team and eaven tryd to contact hideouts but all my cases have been declined since they think Ive cheeted or did something wrong by their mind, i have no clue to whats going on Ive spent over 3.5k on this game it would be a really really dumb decision to start hacking on it just so it could be banned, either someone hacked my Account and cheeted on it or its somekinda of a game breaking bug, i dont see my fault in this incident what so Ever
