Hi There, I recently purchased 4350 coins on Apex and just used them on The Final Fantasy Event. I know I clicked Purchase 4-pack Bundle twice but I wanted to wait to open the packs all at once but they are missing now cause I should have move that 13/36 items collected. Note: I also using my crafting material for 4 packs.
Hit 4 pack bundle twice 8 packs in total which should put me at 24 items. I only have 13. Please advise.

To clarify, you have not lost any packs or items, though we are aware of a situation where the additional packs will automatically be opened if you exit that pack opening interface during the process.
You'll be able to see how many event items have been collected before and after opening the packs and note the counter tracks this properly even if those were opened in the background.
In this situation the remaining packs were just opened in the background but you have still received the items, apologies for the confusion here.
You should be able to go through your collection to see what else was picked up from the remaining packs that weren't opened manually.
same thing happened to me, I clicked out of the pack to see the items I got and then lost the other 2 packs

Same thing happened to me. I opened one then got pulled into a game and now 7 of mine are gone. Spent a lot of money and for this to happen is disappointing. Please find a way to fix this.

I know it’s hard being a dev and stuff but I was hyped for playing today and then that happens totally ruined the mood and by the looks of it I don’t think I’m getting my missing packs back
I opened one of my four packs and pressed back to accept a game invite and my other three packs are just gone. Didn’t get the items or anything. 15 bucks down the drain
I have had the same problem with a pack, I exited and lost them,
