Permanent Ban – Request for Clarification and Fair Re-Evaluation

I hope you’re doing well.
I’m reaching out regarding a permanent ban issued on June 20, 2025 on my Apex Legends account. I’ve already submitted an appeal through the formal EA channels, but I’ve only received the default message that the decision will not be reversed — without any real details.
I understand the importance of fair play and fully support your efforts in maintaining a healthy game environment. However, I believe my situation deserves a closer review.
To clarify:
- I believe the issue stemmed from a friend using my setup and entering a bot lobby without my awareness of the implications.
- I’ve submitted screenshots, context, and proof of my clean gameplay history, including over 2,000 legitimate hours and a strong presence in the community.
- I’ve invested time and money into the game and never intended to violate any rules. I took responsibility and have cooperated fully.
I’m kindly asking for transparency — a chance to understand the specific reason for the ban and whether there’s any possible resolution other than a permanent ban.
If there’s a way to speak to a senior representative or receive a manual case review, I would be deeply grateful.
