Permanent Ban – Request for Clarification and Fair Re-Evaluation

Hi EA Team and Community,

 

I hope you’re doing well.

 

I’m reaching out regarding a permanent ban issued on June 20, 2025 on my Apex Legends account. I’ve already submitted an appeal through the formal EA channels, but I’ve only received the default message that the decision will not be reversed — without any real details.

 

I understand the importance of fair play and fully support your efforts in maintaining a healthy game environment. However, I believe my situation deserves a closer review.

 

To clarify:

 

  • I believe the issue stemmed from a friend using my setup and entering a bot lobby without my awareness of the implications.
  • I’ve submitted screenshots, context, and proof of my clean gameplay history, including over 2,000 legitimate hours and a strong presence in the community.
  • I’ve invested time and money into the game and never intended to violate any rules. I took responsibility and have cooperated fully.

 

 

I’m kindly asking for transparency — a chance to understand the specific reason for the ban and whether there’s any possible resolution other than a permanent ban.

 

If there’s a way to speak to a senior representative or receive a manual case review, I would be deeply grateful.

    Thank you for the response — I appreciate your time.

     

    I’ve already submitted multiple appeals through the ToS dispute process as outlined in the article you linked. Unfortunately, each time I’ve received the exact same automated response within hours, stating that the decision is final and will not be reversed — with no indication that an actual human reviewed my case.

     

    That’s the reason I came here. I’m not disputing the rules — I fully accept the seriousness of ToS violations. What I’m respectfully asking for is whether it’s possible to have the case manually escalated for a real human review, especially considering I’ve been a loyal player for over five years with no prior violations.

     

    If there’s any way to confirm whether a manual review can be requested, or if a Community Manager can support in escalating the case, I’d be truly grateful.
