Ping.
I keep having package loss, even though my ping is rather low- around 30 ms-. And it seems that I'm not the only one having this problem. What is quite interesting though, the package loss itself isn't even stable. Like in successive matches, I have package loss in one but in the other I don't. Also, it generally happens around between 21:00 - 24:00, which I presume is the most dense time period. 😢
Connecting to your router directly with a cable rather than via Wi-Fi can help.
