That is a long list of trial and error.
I hope that you get the issue fixed.
Have you tried repairing and or re-installing the EASY Anti-Cheat program?
If not it might help you out.
If it does please let me know so that I can better help other in a similar situation.
If you have already tried this, considering the list of what you have performed I do not know what else to suggest.
Maybe someone else smarter than me will chime in and be able to help you.

Hi, I just attempted this using the instructions at https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/game/guides/installer/, and no improvement.
That's not good, I wish it would have worked for you.
I will see if I can get a CM to look at this post and if they can possibly help.

Lot of errors and issues there @BaronArron so the best thing to do is go ahead and run System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...
If the issue continues please make a new Windows Admin account and try there.

Darko Hi, I performed all the instrcutions at that link, and it has not fixed my issue. I have attached the newest DXDIAG file from just now after my most recent attempt. Can you explain what you mean to do by the second part you suggest, is that my Windows User Account for my whole PC?

I have done so with a Test user account set to Administrator, and this did not work either, reproducing the same error. I have taken a DxDiag file from that user account after trying to run Apex.

Same issues and errors appearing in the new DxDiag @BaronArron.
It could be that you are having issues with your OS.
Darko - @EA_Darko Do you have any recommendations for diagnosing these issues???

Hey @BaronArron all I can suggest is to troubleshoot.
There are different issues there that are account related and otherwise.
