Are you still running into this same error message when you're trying to log into Apex Legends? Have you had a chance to try any sort of troubleshooting at all since it started happening?

  • @EA_KentMy problem was that I was using the same account that I was on my pc. Also plz fix this asap my friends really want me to play and I don't want to make another account.

  • Hi, I've been playing on xbox & wanted to play on my new ps4, but after starting up n adding my ea details the game hasn't recognized any of my progress. Its not the same  error  you got,but it sounds similarly frustrating. I can't spend more time n money starting again.._

    Really hope we get our accts fixed up. Good luck

    Thanks for following up. 

    I'm afraid there is no cross-platform saving for Apex Legends. If you start playing the game on a different platform you would be starting a fresh account. The progress from another platform would not carry over.

  • @EA_Kent I have downloaded apex on my Xbox and I have tried to sign in multiple times but it still says unable to complete this action at this time pls help
  • What troubleshooting steps do you suggest other than verifying account info, changing/resetting the password? I can log in to the account on PC, but get the same error as OP when attempting to log in on PS4.

    Hey everyone. 

    It looks like there were some connectivity issues yesterday, but everything should be back up and running now. 

    If you're still getting this same error when you're trying to log into Apex Legends please let me know.

  • I am also getting this message on PS4. I used to play on PC but have now created a new user name and account for PS4 and this message keeps coming up.

  • I am having this issue as well with XBox OneS.  Says unable to complete action at this time.  I have just recently set up an EA account to be able to play this game.  Any ideas?  Thanks

    Thanks for the updates!

    Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if it helps with the error messages you've been seeing? 

    A good place to start would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that I'd recommend checking out the PC-specific steps as well: 

    - PlayStation 4

    - Xbox One

    - PC

    Let me know if it keeps giving you that same error message afterward.

    my connectivity is good. I think my issue might be that I do not have any connected accounts. I tried to connect my PSN with my EA account but it’s saying

    Account Ilegible

    The email accounts associated with EA and PlayStation are the same.

    Gotcha, thanks!

    Can you try something else for me to see if that helps? Reset the password for your EA Account to see if you're still getting the same error message after that. For more info on how to reset it check out the EA Help website

    Let me know if you're still seeing that same error message after the password has been updated.

  • Hi,

    We finally solved my login issues. We had to be sure that both the EA and PSN accounts were adult accounts. Having an account as a kid was the problem. Once we did that, I was able to login to Apex.

  • I fixed my log in problem issue by creating EA and PSN adult accounts.

    If you're still getting this error I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team when you have a chance so they can pull up your account and take a look. 

    You can find more details on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well.

    I am having the same problem.  I have yet to see a resolution.   Already reset password.  Can log into the website with the new password without a problem.  In the PS4.   It won’t do it.
