You need to contact EA support ASAP, they see your account's detailed transaction list. I hope support will get your coins back.

    I contacted them just before making this post. I was directed by the support staff there to make a post here.

    That's a bad way to handle the situation. It is not a bug or something, people here can't do anything about it. Shame on that support guy.

    If I was you, I would contact EA Support again and explain the situation that it is not a technical issue. You will probably get to talk with another staff which is better.

    Or maybe here Community Managers(like @EA_Atic ) can help you reach the correct person.
