Regarding Account Penalties

bullg357​ For some reason, some bans don't appear in your Ban History.

Also, since you mentioned a ban on the account, you should of gotten an email regarding the ban, (which may be in your email's spam folder), and you would need to appeal the ban with the EA TOS Team as bans cannot be handled here on the forums.

bullg357​ If the ban was more than a month ago, then most email services, (such as Google), would automatically delete spam emails after 30 days. 

If the ban was more recent, it may had been sent to a different email, (so make sure you are checking the right email).
