Servers timing out

I tried playing apex multiple times last night and again this morning but have been unable to connect to a match. It starts loading me into a game just to kick me out and give me an error that the server timed out. I try to get back in and then it says I cannot rejoin game.  I ended up losing almost 200rp and received abandoned penalties because of it. 

I have tried everything. Closing out the game, restarting my console, restarting my internet, connecting to different servers etc... nothing is working. I can't even get into the firing range.  This is frustrating.
