Why don't I have progress like on PS4?

Hi I have a problem 2 years ago I switched from PS4 to PC and I linked my account to PC but I had no progress I was confused so I turned it off and didn't play recently I unlinked it but I don't know why

But I no longer have my PS4 account please help it was my childhood
