Unable to use EA ID pls help me

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my username on EA services.

I use the nickname “Brazkhor” consistently across all platforms, and it is an important part of my identity. However, EA does not allow me to use “Brazkhor” in this exact form. Interestingly, it accepts “BrAzkhor” when the letter “A” is capitalized, which makes no logical sense. 

My username does not contain any profanity, slang, insults, or inappropriate language.

This creates inconsistency and negatively affects my user identity across platforms. I would like to understand:

Why is “Brazkhor” not allowed?

Why is the same name accepted with a minor capitalization change?

Is there any way to make “Brazkhor” available for use?

I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue, as this name is very important to me. 

There must be a solution. 🙏

    Just to confirm, are you saying that if I explain my situation through the link you provided, this filter may be reviewed and possibly removed ?

    Hey BrAzkhor​,

    I'd agree that nothing inappropriate immediately jumps out at me with that name, especially since you're able to grab it with a quick change of the capitalization. Our various filters may prohibit words or parts of words that have been misused in the past as well however, so it's not necessarily an issue with your particular name. 

    We aren't able to see or modify the filters themselves via the forums, but please take a look at this page for more information on how the filtering system works.

    This also has a link you can use to appeal a situation (like this one) where it seems to be blocking a name it shouldn't. Please feel free to submit a request there instead so the appropriate team can take a look, thanks!
