I myself am suffering from the same problem and they can't seem to comprehend it or just don't want to, too busy counting their money from people spending points on packs.

Should not have a problem to play the game in the slightest, but the game is just not fun to play with delays, stutters etc.
I also enjoy taking my set pieces with double the usual delay, corners and free kicks are unbearable to take.
2k, 1080p, max settings, min settings, vsync off or on, 180hz 165hz... whatever, nothing works.
