[Please read my problem. ] I bought this game but I can't play it online.

My game can't play online, it keeps dropping every 30 seconds when I enter a match. I've tried everything but it's not fixed. I think it's a connectivity bug because it happened after the previous update or about 2 weeks ago. If you want any pictures or clips, I can send them. Also, I tried downloading the PS4 version and it worked fine, or even using my friends' IDs to play on my computer. My internet is also working fine. I've reported it everywhere I can, but they keep EA ignoring my problem. I've reported it to help.ea.com with your case number #230583373 but still no solution. They keep changing people to handle the issue and asking me again. But believe it or not, my problem is never fixed. I'm so mad that they try to ignore the players' problem like this. The problem isn't that hard, it's just a bug in their server connectivity. They just reset my ID so I can reconnect, and they won't do it. I don't know where else to report it, because even the people who fixed the problem ignored it and didn't fix it for me. I'm so sad to say goodbye to this game because they won't let me play. If any EA staff see this message, please read and take my case to fix it. I don't think it's just me having this problem, it's been 3 updates and the issue still hasn't been fixed, do you know how to contact me? Contact me if you want to take responsibility.

    It happened to the PS5 as well, but the worst thing is that I already informed them but they didn't do anything.
