PS5 version The online game crashed when the ball got close to the goalkeeper.

I don't know what to say. I've reported this issue here multiple times, but haven't received any solution. This has been happening since the game's launch. The problem is that when I play online against other players, I get disconnected every 30 seconds or a minute. I don't know why. I even switched to the PS4 version, but the graphics are terrible and I can't find opponents. It's been a terrible experience playing this game. I've tried everything to fix this, posting through this form multiple times and contacting live chat, but they haven't resolved anything. I suspect they're creating bot IDs and including mine in their reports. When I play other positions like Goalkeeper (GK), I can play longer, but then the game disconnects as soon as the camera focuses on the opposing GK. They blame my internet, but I've used my friend's ID on my computer with my internet connection, and it works perfectly. I really want to play this game; the TOTS season is my favorite, but I can't. Please, the relevant team, investigate my ID.
