Hello EA team.Regarding the last ban appeal, unfortunately it was rejected. However, I did nothing wrong, and I want to explain the situation in detail here in the hope that it will help you conduct a full investigation of my account in order to overturn this ban.I didn't do anything to break the rules, in my opinion it's a misunderstanding, I've always obeyed the rules when I've been playing the game. Please help me review my account and lift this ban. So,I bought a used computer on Ebay before ago. After receiving the computer, I downloaded many of my games, including my favorite Apex. And I also upgraded my computer from the original Win10 version to Win11 version.When I was banned , I just played the game normally. I couldn’t find any reason on the official website, This made me very frustrated. It's worth mentioning that I have not violated any of Section 6 of the Terms of Service, which I have read and reread many times. So I suspected that there was something wrong with this used computer that caused the ban. After that, I filed a return request with the merchant on the website and reported the merchant. This is what happened at the time. I infer that the second-hand computer I bought was blocked by hardware, which led to the ban. This is the only possibility I think. I hope to help you investigate the account. After all, I did not violate any rules. I also ask you to disclose the review process of the ban.It’s not my fault that this happened. Due to lack of funds, I can only choose a used computer. There is no content in the terms of service about this. There is nothing wrong with buying a used computer to play games. I didn’t know that this would cause the anti-cheat system to misjudge. This is a misunderstanding and I am innocent. Now I understand that using an unfamiliar computer also risks getting banned, but it's too late, the damage to the account has already been done. So I am begging the EA team to lift my Apex ban. This game means a lot to me, even though my KD value is less than 1, I still love this game. I have invested very much time and effort in this game and I have recharged a lot of money in this game. Urgent Request: Recover My Rights - 45 Kills and My Progress all Lost
Hello, I’ve been playing since Season 13, and I’ve invested so much of my time and effort into your game. Today, I’m writing this message in complete frustration. I’ve played for hours, achieved over 45 kills in one match with 6165 damage, and yet I received no recognition or reward for my efforts. I only got 5 Headshots Badges, XP, and weapon level-ups. That’s not what I deserve after all this work! I didn’t get any other rewards or even the 20 Kills Badge, or any other significant progress. I’ve emailed you, and I’ve reached out through live chat support, and I was told, sadly, that there’s nothing you can do. How can you say there’s nothing you can do?! It’s your game! Why can’t you recognize the efforts of players?! How can you not address these issues?! I’d also like to add that your game always seems to put me in bad luck situations. I’ve had over 112 reports of various issues. The problems with your game only ever seem to appear for me, and I’ve been tolerating it for a long time. But when it came to a point where I was about to achieve one of my biggest goals, and then lost everything, that’s something I can’t ignore. Is this what you want? To crush players’ hopes? Is this the way you want to destroy your players' goals? I’ve worked so hard to make progress, only to find it all gone. I’ve lost my goal, I’ve lost my excitement for your game, is this really what you want to achieve? Is this the recognition you give to players who put in real effort? I’ve I been deeply affected by this, and I feel like I can’t continue playing this way after everything I’ve done. A few days later I found out that my account email had been changed and my XBOX account had been unlinked by hackers. This is my XBOX account ID: *snip*, and on December 18th, 2024 my friend told me to create an email that would verify my account ownership and get my account back through an EA Game Advisor, so I got my account back through your Game Online Advisor, I discovered that my account had been hacked into steam and Switch, so I asked your game consultant to unlink it. However, just a few days ago, I found that my account was hacked again, and it canceled the connection with my Xbox platform again, so I got my account back through your game consultant, but when I entered the game, I found that my account received a ban, please help me solve the problem of my account being blocked, which was not caused by me. Why is the buster sword back??
When the Final Fantasy event first came out, the buster sword was marketed as a mythic cosmetic item that would never come back into the store for purchase after that event was over. That message was displayed over the sword and around the whole event which created urgency to purchase. However, I noticed in the store just this week as of February 4, 2025 the Buster sword is now in the store again. So can you please give me my money back that I paid for this item? Also isn’t saying that a cosmetic will never come back in the store again but almost a year later you have it in the store again isnt that illegal???? I want compensation for this for one I feel played and lied to I’ve been playing since season 2 and supported this game for a very long time but this ain’t right. Below I’m attaching an image directly from your guys’s website stating that the sword would never come back to the mythic shop after the event ended but yet here it is, I’m not the type of person to come on a form and complain about things, but this is totally ridiculous. I hope someone makes this right. I’m pretty sure my Apex Legends account was unfairly suspended. You should double check, check the first person view and match replay, and lift the ban. My account has been used for many years,In 2024, 99% of my gaming time on Steam is spent on Apex Legends. I have never used cheats, I have no ban history, and I have a lot of recharge records. The way you handled the situation has greatly disappointed normal gamers. Can you look at the replay, you will never make such a ban. I entered a mixtape mode full of bots. I was just playing the game normally, why was my account banned? Why don't you guys fix the problem of servers being full of AFK bots? Why not ban real cheaters? Dear Apex Team, I am writing to you about my account, which was permanently banned on 05/23/2024. I did not receive a clear reason for this ban at the time. My Ban History: I was first banned on 07/20/2021 and could not play the game from that date because my account was restricted. On 05/23/2024, my account was permanently banned. In a message from EA, I was told: "We have determined that your EA account broke the EA rules. Because we detected cheating activity on your account, we have permanently banned your online access to Apex Legends." I want to make it clear that I have never used cheats in Apex Legends or any other games. Player Reports: From the logs, I know that I received three reports from other players: 2 reports claimed that I used an "Aimbot." 1 report claimed that I used "No Recoil" or "Infinite Ammo" cheats. These reports were made by players and not by the Anti-Cheat system. No Evidence from the Anti-Cheat System: According to my logs, the Anti-Cheat system found no suspicious activity on my account. The ban seems to be based only on player reports, which might be incorrect or misleading. My Game Data: My game data shows no suspicious activity: Character used: Revenant Stats: Career kills: 6,202 Career wins: 302 Career damage: 2,198,402 Twitch Drops: I regularly received Twitch Drops and rewards, showing that my account was actively and fairly used. Previous Support Contact: I have tried multiple times to solve this issue with your support team.
