Unresolved Ban on the account

I made a purchase by mistake
I accidentally buy and havoc skin for 1000 apex coins, i wanted to know if i can get a refound, i look up a bit and it seems that refouns are not possible but it literally doesnt make any sense. Hi everyone, I need help with a serious issue. Both of my Apex Legends accounts were permanently banned, but I was never given a reason. The Problem: Account names: DDAVA3 Both banned simultaneously No ban reason shown in ban history No email explanation No notification of what rule was violated What I've Done: Submitted official TOS appeal immediately Status: "Your appeal is being processed - Pending" Waiting for several weeks with zero response Checked all email folders - nothing from EA What I'm Asking For: I'm not even asking for immediate unbanning. I just want: What was the reason for the ban? What rule did I allegedly violate? What evidence led to this decision? Why This Matters: Getting banned is one thing, but getting banned without any explanation and then being ignored for weeks feels completely unfair. Every player deserves to know why their account was banned. The ban history shows nothing. The appeal shows "Pending" with no updates. I have no information at all. Request: Can someone from EA/Respawn please review Case #[225294624] and at least provide the ban reason? I can't even begin to understand or dispute the ban if I don't know what I'm accused of. Hello , I have some issues now. After this period of time, there is no record of any penalties or violations in my ban punishment, but my Apex Lengends account still shows as banned when I log in. Hello everyone， My Apex Legends account was wrongly banned on October 14th. I filed an appeal immediately . At that time, my mind was very confused . I didn't explain the situation clearly . EA Help Support has lead to multiple accounts being stolen.
There's a discord group of known cheaters in Apex Legends who've been spending the last 48 hours stealing accounts of well known players and rage hacking on them to get them banned. They've shown and done it live with info like EA ID/In Game Username on a linked platform through the EA Support Help page. And even have figured out how to prompt the chat agent/bot to reply with inappropriate comments. They've bragged about it and even shown how they do it - through opening tickets, and claiming they are "recovering" said account. It seems to be an issue with the chatbot and/or online case submission form authorizing wrong information, or prompting it to give them access to the account/make a new EA account with all progression and links (but saying the account was made in 2025). Can you please look into this immediately? I waited until the last minute to do the Amped challenges and I've done them all except the mantle boost challenge. I was able to get the circle to turn blue once, but I'm having horrible rng on getting it to happen. (Is it by chance that it turns blue???) I think this is the most useless mechanic they've added to the game so far since it really does nothing. The small boost it gives you in speed is dwarfed by legends like Ash, Sparrow, Loba, Octane, Revenant, etc who can automatically go much faster than that with their regular skills, especially when mantle jumping. Also, when you are taking a difficult fight that you need to use movement tech in to get out of getting shot the last thing you are going to worry about doing is playing a slot machine game with a circle on your screen with lines hugging it on the off chance it will turn blue. There are so many more efficient ways to use movement, such as MnK and gyro can tap strafe and controller players can just do a standard mantle jump, fatigue wall jump, etc. I see no application of this whatsoever in the game since what it does is done much better and more reliably by other mechanics. (I'll get off my soapbox now, lol) Anyway, anyone able to increase the chance of it turning blue? Some players have told me it happens more often with a gun equipped, but I don't think it does. The only thing the directions say that I've found online is press the button when the circle appears, but it is always red for me except one time. So, you guys think its possible to get it done in the next 17 hours. I'll probably solo drop into pubs and play edge a few times to see if I can figure out a way to do it enough to get the challenge, but any advice would be appreciated, thanks.Solved28Views0likes4Comments

I tried entering the numbers “369” (not even sexual) as my clan tag, but it said this isn’t allowed. This makes no sense — the game allows highly suggestive character designs like Loba’s (especially when combined with specific emotes), yet blocks a harmless number combination. You’re allowing visual sexualisation while censoring mild or implied references. It feels inconsistent and unfair. You’d either need to ban all forms of potential sexual references — including suggestive skins — so the logic behind blocking [] makes sense, or simply allow any harmless number combination in clan tags. Basically, either allow mild sexualisation across the board or remove it entirely. It shouldn’t be one rule for visuals and another for text.
