I purchased the Battle Pass, but the pass didn't unlock.
The first time I purchased the Ultimate Battle Pass through the Steam platform was on April 3rd at 7:59 PM. However, my Ultimate Battle Pass didn't unlock. I received the bonus loot boxes and Blue Points, but the Ultimate Battle Pass remained unlocked. When I contacted support, they couldn't find my purchase history. So, I got frustrated and purchased it again, this time more carefully through the EA App. But I encountered the same problem – I received all the bonus items, but the Ultimate Battle Pass still wouldn't unlock. My second purchase was on April 6th. I've reported the issue to support again, but I don't know if it will be resolved. I'm genuinely worried about this problem.Please reconsider the upcoming Octane nerfs
Dear Respawn Team, I am writing to you as a dedicated Apex Legends player and an Octane main. I’ve recently heard rumors/news about upcoming nerfs to Octane, and I wanted to share my feedback. Octane is one of the most fun and iconic legends in the game. His high-risk, high-reward playstyle is what makes him so unique. While I understand the need for competitive balance, I’m worried that further nerfs might take away the "speed and adrenaline" feel that makes him great to play. Please consider looking at other ways to balance the meta without making Octane feel sluggish or less rewarding for those of us who have spent hundreds of hours mastering his kit. The vast majority of cheaters nowadays use AI recognition-based cheating methods. They leverage pre-programmed AI routines to simulate irregular mouse aiming movements mimicking human hands. However, if you examine their hit trajectories during shooting, you will find consistent impacts landing on the same body parts at identical timestamps, alongside intentional aim misses occurring at fixed time points. Their firing rhythm remains uniform across all firearm types. Since they do not use wallhacks/ESP, they appear indistinguishable from legitimate players at first glance. Nevertheless, if multiple players exhibit this identical firing cadence, they are all confirmed AI vision recognition cheaters.Abandon penalty for no reason
So I’ve just played a game of ranked that has caused me to go negative 96RP for playing a game through to completion. I’m plat 1 and I died in a match due to either my own lag causing me to rubber band or a server issue but my team was still alive so I decided to switch internet while my team was running to a replicator. I swap internet, load back into the match and I’m still not respawned but my team has just found a replicator and is now reviving me. So tell me why then, that even after being respawned and promptly dying after collecting some more KP with my team that when I load out of the match I’m slapped with an abandon penalty making me go -96RP. At no point did I go AFK whilst in the match and alive, and at no point could me disconnecting from the game for quite literally 10 seconds while dead and waiting for a respawn, cause my team any problems since I was again already not an active participant in the match as again I was already DEAD AND WAITING. Respawn you need to reevaluate your system or give me some better justification, I have just been penalised for “causing my team issues during a match” when this was quite literally impossible since I was dead and waiting to be respawned.Its time to get apex legends back to support linux
Hi. It would be great if apex legends would be back to support linux. It was banned from linux because of cheaters on linux. Easy anti-cheat supports linux. There is no reason to ban apex legends from linux at all when the anticheat system works on linux. I would very much like to use ubuntu but because apex legends doesn't support linux I have to use windows 10.
ping issue
Im sick and tired of dying to people from other regions with ping. Half shots dont even register on em, bullets literally just pass through with 0 dmg and they somehow hit you behind cover... Having high ping should be punishing not rewarding experience and accounts should be region locked with a paid transfer between regions. Gameplay experience just keeps getting worse and worse overtime...CNMEA
I was still playing Apex Legends at 10:00 PM last night. However, when I tried to log in at noon today, a ban pop‑up appeared. I can still enter the game lobby and ready up for matches, but the pop‑up reappears after a short while, and this cycle repeats continuously. Furthermore, I have checked my ban history and there are no records of any penalties. I have not received any emails from EA staff informing me that my account has been banned. I have received no notifications and found no records whatsoever, yet the game keeps indicating that I am banned. If I have violated the user agreement, please inform me truthfully and send the details via email. I will provide evidence to prove that I am a legitimate player. If I have not violated any terms, please lift the login restriction on my account. Thank you. I am posting this discussion hoping someone can help me resolve my issue. I do not want to be banned without knowing the reason.Banning not showing effects...
You can ban a million cheaters, but it won't matter if they all go and make new accounts right after. They laugh at you because of how easy it is, its insane how many new level 20's are running around right now with perfect aim and esp. And worse than that are the level 400+ that are cheating and still running around with their heirlooms. You gotta fix this, this is why people quit, and you don't make money from new accounts with a free game, the cheat developers do from these people.Respawn
Dear Developers at EA and Respawn this game is still a mess there is so many issues with the servers and so much more that I don’t even really need to address you guys need to give this game a overhaul the state of this game is so bad I can say I will be leaving this game soon if changes are not made. EA you really need to step in and help fix this game for respawn that haven’t a clue what to do that’s all I have to say.
Cross-Progression
Hi Guys, So a couple of things went wrong during my cross-progression process. I was not aware of the repercussions and risks of merging accounts. I assumed that progress would be shared upon merging both accounts. This was not the case. The account with fewer levels (I think) was essentially lost, and unfortunately, the majority of my skins too. So now I must wait until October 5th this year to relink my accounts to TRY and see if I haven't permanently lost my skins when trying to merge accounts. For a bit of background info I had 4 accounts 2 EA and 2 Playstation. I wanted PS account 1 skins on my EA account 1 and for all progress to be shared on my main accounts. However, my playstation account with all the skins (PS account 1) was linked to (for some reason) my EA account 2 and vice versa. What I should've done was change what account my steam was linked to and then i would've been a ok but instead i chose the harder route which ended in me losing all my skins from my main PS account (1). Which was me trying to unlink (with the help of EA advisers in chat) my secondary PS account to my primary EA account and relink it with my Primary PS account. I think ive said everything i need to. If you go to this part of my little rant, thank you. Ummm and if anyone has any idea or thoughts send them through. Im kinda hoping i can get some clarity if I will still have my skins if I undo EVERYTING i did and then just relink my steam accounts would everything then be ok and I will have my skins? -Sidenote - i know when you link something you are stuck with it for a 'lifetime' but if you get the help of the advisers they are good and will help you out with that.
Request for Human Support: Apex Legends Account Issue
My account was banned due to activities by a hacker, not by me. I love Apex Legends and have invested a significant amount of time and money into this game. I respectfully request that you lift the ban and assist me in changing my registered email address, as the current one has been compromised and is no longer secure. Thank you for your help.
