Bounced out of lobby
Why the F does it time you out in the lobby??? I sat in the lobby waiting for enough players and when finally enough showed up I get bounced!!! WTF! Should be no time out, if I want to wait 30 min for a lobby to fill up i should, who gives an F! Then I couldn't get back into the match and had to sit in more lobbies waiting for more players!! Infuriating
EA Tos ignoring my apeal.
My Battlefield 2042 account got unfairly banned back in 2024. At the time, I didn’t really care too much about it, so I just left it. But recently I heard that there’s a free pass in Battlefield 2042 where you can unlock skins for Battlefield 6 by completing it. So, I tried logging back in… and of course, I was still banned. I ended up buying Battlefield 2042 again on Steam, but when I launched it, I realized my new copy was still linked to the same banned account. I tried to unlink it, but it just wouldn’t work. So, I went ahead and submitted an appeal. I’ve seen people say they usually get an answer in about a week, but it’s already been a month for me, and I haven’t heard back—the case is still just sitting there, open. (My Kd was 0.9 by the way)
BF2042 Failed to launch
Hello everyone i hope you're doing okay, i'm having problems launching the game. Yesterday everything worked just fine and today i decided to update to the latest nvidia drivers and latest windows updates which i haven't updated both in more than a month or so. the game first asked for some activation and after entering my information it just won't launch. Tried everything i could by 1- updating and repairing EA anticheat 2- steam file verification and clearing cache 3- running both EA and Steam as administrator. 4- sfc file checker was clear. my PC specs: Nvidia RTX 4070Ti Super Windforce OC CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D here's screenshot. Note: i have the same problem across all Battlefield games such as 4,1,V and 2042
Battlepass shows level 57,58,59 and 60 locked but already level 60
Hello all, in the battlepass I was level 56 and bought the last 4 level (57,58,59,60), because still got BC left. After each round in the battlepass view it shows level 57,58,59 and 60 with a lock? Will this lead to problems receiving the BF6 items? Thank you in advance.
Why do we have to do 100 things to play BF2042?
Namely EAAnticheat error 0xC0000005 errors constantly with a crashing BF2042 game completely closing. Over the last2 months all I have been doing is trying to play BF2042 and chasing fixes for this problem. Some days are better than others with no changes made. Is EA actually trying to fix this??Banned account
I've also posted this in the general discussion but thought I would share it here also to potentially have some sort of response: My account was randomly banned on Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 2042. I wanted to go back to these games after having fun playing the BF6 beta. Last time I played Battlefield 1 was towards the end of 2023, but after trying to sign to play in August of this year I was notified that my account has been banned from playing on July 1st. I honestly didn't think this was a massive issue as I had 2042 I could still play. I was able to play 2042 for maybe 2-3 days before I got another message saying that I was banned from 2042 as well. I appealed both bans through EA help only to have my Battlefield 1 appeal closed, their reasoning was "this is a duplicate of an existing appeal" and I can't resubmit. My appeal for 2042 was also denied. I asked for reasoning as to why the account was banned, the best they came up with was "Violating User Agreement" or using "Gameplay Enhancements". I've asked that if they have the means, please review my gameplay for the proof that I have not used any exploits or cheats of any kind. I never use in game chat and exclusively talk with my friends through discord. The appeal was denied again. "We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account. After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures. Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account." I refuse to buy Battlefield 6 because of this. Absolutely no specific reason was given to what I have done to violate their terms. If anyone else has had a similar experience and had it rectified please let me knowUnable to connect, platform client.
I was playing online BF2042 until 2 days ago. Since yesterday It pops up the issue: “Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again.” I have been unable to reconnect for 2 days now, while all my friends on EA App are on and currently playing. I am getting this message every time. I have cleared cache, cleared persistent storage, have restarted apps, deleted app, restarted my PC, re, restarted modem/router, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, also raised a ticket to you guys , all to no avail. I'VE DONE EVERYTHING. The issue code I raised is the following but no update until now: 32399f55-b1b8-4e1e-bec2-421d20312dfe I can’t even see me active on EA app nor who is on from my friends. Please help!!!
BF 2042 random crashes (DirectX DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG), AMD Adrenalin 25.9.1
Crash happens in almost every battle. Drivers (GPU/Adrenalin and chipset) were installed cleanly, with previous removal of old ones (both in the usual way and with AMD Cleanup Utility) and clean installation of new ones. Any graphics settings in the game were tested, no difference in crashes was noticed. The system is fine, all its files and game files are checked, and it is also completely stable in many other projects, including uses DX12 (even Battlefield 5). No additional settings were made to the game through Adrenaline (except for the "frame rate target control" frame limiter). The crash manifests itself in the same way both with GPU undervolting and with stock values. I noticed that the crash occurs most often and quickly on the new "Iwo Jima" map. I'm attaching Reddit threads describing similar problems. Judging by them, the problem is present on any AMD/Nvidia video card model, and each one solves it in a completely different way - be it specific driver versions (in this case, different versions help in each case), specific Windows settings, overlays, overclocking, and even BIOS. Oh yeah, I didn't mention that often the problem is not solved at all. Affects both 2042 and BF6. Fix the game/engine! Still cant connect to ea servers this game has never worked.
Cant connect to ea servers in battlefield 2042 all of my other games work just fine this game doesn't work on my xbox series s or my xbox series x did ea put a bad download out for battlefield 2042 or something all of my other ea games work except for 2042 they should look into this issue I cant play waste of money.

Hello ALL, Recently facing an issue of server not connecting on BATTLEFILED 2042 on my PS5, even after re-installing game multiple times resetting my PS on safe mode cleaning cache, Also had try different internet connection & different WIFI IF any one had fix it please help me out too! thanks

Hello, I would like to ask when will our internet cafe players be able to play the Battlefield series games? The anti-cheating update you released has blacklisted us internet cafe players. I have applied for and obtained the qualification to play Battlefield 6, but still cannot play it. This has resulted in the pre-orderedfield 6 becoming a decoration for internet cafe players. I sincerely hope that the Battlefield game can be better and better. Please allow us internet cafe players to also enjoy this excellentfield IP game. Thank you.
Low FPS with secure boot until restart
Since using secure boot, every time I start my computer from a cold boot. I get about 25 FPS. I then have to restart my computer every time in order to get normal FPS. I thought there was something wrong with my gigabyte motherboard and took me until now to realize this all started once i started using secure boot! Is there any fix for this? Or am I stuck having to restart every time I use my computer? I already was in contact with gigabyte tech support and ever a back and forth exchange thats when it dawned on me, i enabled secure boot. I mentioned it to them and they stopped communicating. 🙄 This is really ridiculous making people change bios settings and causing issues, at least tell me how i can fix this please. Hello, I have followed all the directions on how to get it. I got the skin and keycard. Did the code to open the door on Iwa Jima. First time i tried it. It would not let me use the keycard. Would not open. Now I went and got the keycard again. Went back. Now I die every time I try the elevator. Yes, I am prone... it doesn't matter if I'm prone, i still keep getting killed. Ea Please fix this
