Purchased character skins in Battlefield 2042 and did not receive
I purchased two character skins in Battlefield 2042 and did not receive them. I’m not sure who to contact or how I can get these any help would be greatly appreciated. I purchased legendary Mirage medic and epic blade, wielding spirit.
Breakthrough Returns to Main Menu After Match Found
There is a serious issue with breakthrough on PS5, Xbox and PC. I and others have been unable to connect to a game of breakthrough (offical server) on the main menu. It finds a game, counts down, fades to black and then eventually returns you to the main menu. For me all other game modes work without issue, but others have reported the same bug with conquest. There are two other posts on this forum with the same issue and a post on Reddit where others are stating they're experiencing the same issue as well. I've tested and confirmed the issue on my PS5 (local install & streaming) and Xbox Series X consoles, both with two different accounts and tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Please can this be looked in to as a matter of urgency. (I literally only play breakthrough) (cm edit updated title for vis)BF 2042. Conquest not loading. issues on El Alamein 28.04.2026
Hello, I’m experiencing issues with Conquest mode, especially on the El Alamein map. Since the weekend (April 25–26, 2026) and still today, I’ve noticed that the game often fails to load into a match, matchmaking seems stuck or takes very long, and sometimes I get a black screen or get returned to the menu. It seems more noticeable when El Alamein is in rotation, but it might be affecting Conquest in general. Platform: PC Region: EU Mode: Conquest (64 or 128) Is this a known issue currently? Are other players experiencing similar problems? Thanks.
Matchmaking loop
Having trouble to go into any game option for the past two weeks. It loads 'finds a game' then onto the black loading screen then it throws us back into the home screen. Tried basically all suggested fixes(clearing EA cache, verifying game files, reinstalling Javelin, restarting game and pc, resetting router etc) happens on both my and my husbands pc. Recently bought the game and had zero problems. Seriously regret the purchase.
Dammit can we get 3 days in a row without mass errors?
April has been a complete disaster for EA, Dice, BF6, 2042… you name it. As one to refuse BF6 until 2042 gets attention it deserves (customers get attention) and overall EA and Dice server errors, I cannot justify spending another dime on a developer who missed so hard so consistently is not gonna happen. Currently, 2042 is an absolute disaster with servers, parties, friends, lag, and just all around stability. It’s fixable. They just won’t lift a finger. Everyone is saying the same thing. Insane lag and players becoming ghosts while their markers are overhead just 5m away (or any distance). We can’t join party on friends unless invited. That is, if friends even show as in game. Currently most friends show as online but not in exodus or whatever. Click on them to join party if it even does show a match under their name and join party is never an option. Just join game sometimes and invite to party. So broken. Never seen it this bad. Im so done. How long can we go on complaining about problems with EA? Enough is enough. Gonna finish a few masteries and swear off all things EA forever. Don’t care if the issues get resolved and they get competent leadership.

So here we go again .... Today I got an update when launching BF2042 and after that I entered the game and started playing and then I started unlocking things and went to look and nothing was there and my level is shifting from my current level 625 to 999 and it says I have BF coins to use in shop but yeah you guessed it I can´t spend it because it´s not really there ... EA ffs when the game is running fine don´t change anything ... If you want people to buy BF6 then stop doing stuff like this .
Launch recycling
Hi all need some guidance if possible, i launch game form ea dashboard and game cycles to launching game and back to dashboard. Its been two months like this. Any fix from ea for this, not too computer savvy. Thanks in advacw I have a Predator Helios Neo 16 computer. PS It was launching and playing fine in Febraury.
Battlefield 2042 freezing issues since August 28, 2025
hello ea how are you? i had an long issues with my gpu intel arc a750 on battlefield 2042 because it keeps freezing during loading in a game, i tried all the solutions and still the freezing continues, last time the intel tech reply me they said they use also a750 gpu and the game bf2042 is running smooth, but i was not conviced because my a750 gpu intel arc can run any battlefield games to bf6 bfv and to bf1, please ea help my issues to solve it, its been 8mos and still no solutions,i love my card and i have a limited sources of income thank you very much ea :)
[BF2042][EU] Heavy performance loss on official servers
since today, Apr 22nd, 2026, there is a heavy performance loss on official matchmaker and servers. by enabling server status feature, it shows cool 13ms, but game heavily lags / rubberbands .. it is impossible to play yesterday everything went fine, no any updates applies since yesterday, so there is something wrong with official serves and/or javelinjoining game issue
Whenever I try to launch a co-op game, it starts the count-down, goes to a black screen, music is playing and then it kicks me back to the menu. I tried joining my friend, thinking it was a host issue but the results remain the same. The issue appeared ever since the latest update.
Getting kicked after about 1 minute
Getting kicked on all servers official and portal included 2 screenshots with error codes just praying for a miracle Feels like im kicked by anticheat battlefield doesnt crash it just disconnects me updated nvidia driver to 595.97 all good except in game text chat doesnt work
Game refuses to be played
"Error connecting to the EA servers" over and over again, i mainly play on portal but this is deffinetly going to affect everyone, yeah, try to fix this since i think it will also affect battlefield 6 The usual numbers for battlefield 2042 is around 2000 players(+-500) this is the player count today Get your crap together EA

Was able to launch the game, but couldn't connect to a match. Playing from GeForce Now. No internet issues with other applications/devices I use. Even tried clearing the local DNS using the "ipconfig /flushdns". Even tried turning the Crossplay off and still got the error. How do I fix this?
