You do not receive the 4th max star despite completing all objectives including the bonus objective. What do you expect to see? 4 stars awarded. Instead 3 are awarded upon completion. Despite completing the requirements in the new Scheme Spotlight challenges, you are unable to earn the max 4 stars on Week 1 Challenges 2 or 3. Attempting to open either pack (87 OVR / 90 OVR BND) triggers the generic error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time.” Immediately, the CUT application crashes, which sends me back to the CFB25 Home Screen. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ultimate Team > Challenges > Legends: Bowl Legends > Complete Challenges > Attempt to open the award packs: 87 OVR and 90 OVR BND What happens when the bug occurs? I completed the challenge and it said that I had all 5 stars but when I went back to the challenge selection screen it showed that I only got 3 stars. It is doing it for all 3 of his challenges. I have recorded the bug to show you. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have recorded the bug and can send you the video as proof. It’s not letting me attach the video proof so I will need you to give me someone to send it to via email. What happens when the bug occurs? It’s not giving me my challenge stars this not giving me all my coins. What do you expect to see? I would love to see it resolved immediately and potentially even some in game compensation such as a legends/heisman hopefuls volume bundle, 12000 points, or 100000 currency. Upon submission, I received no credit towards completion of either goal/objective "Program Weekly" (of which I need to complete 3 "85+ Kickoff Sets"). For the second submitted set. I chose 3x84 OVR College Kickoff players along with 3x82 any OVR player to complete the set "College Kickoff 85+ OVR Heroes Set". Upon submission of this second set, I yet again received no credit towards completion of either goal/objective "Program Weekly" nor "Milestones" How often does the bug occur? You would need to log in to EA and submit the necessary players to complete either a College Kickoff 85-86 OVR Heroes Set or a College Kickoff 85+ OVR Heroes Set. What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing... I am supposed to receive credit towards completion of both Season 2 Field Pass objectives "Milestones" and "Program Weekly", for which my tabulated total still stands at 0 of 9 and 0 of 3, respectively. What do you expect to see? I expect to be awarded (with proper credit of 2 completed sets) for completion of the requested sets for the CUT Season 2 Field Pass. In lieu of that happening, I expect to either have all 10 of the player cards returned to my account, or if that is not possible, to be compensated with minimum coin values for the loss of these players cards. Any time we change the schedules it comes back with an "Invalid Schedules" error. The conference schedules are also identical to last year. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start an online dynasty and try to do custom schedules after a couple seasons with custom conferences. What happens when the bug occurs? We get the error in the screenshot. What do you expect to see? No error and customizable schedules as well as a rotating conference schedule. I am having an issue with the Aquib Talib challenge for Legends: Once Upon A Time, specifically, that I have not been rewarded the fifth star in the challenge "A Jayhawk Great" for forcing an incomplete pass. I have played the challenge over a dozen times and have met the criteria to earn all 5 stars at least five times, most recently on 9/15/2024 at approximately 4:45 pm ET. Even after forcing the incompletion, the progress bar will pop on the screen and say that I have forced the incomplete pass required to earn the last star. Yet once the challenge ends, after giving up less than 15 passing yards on the drive, I am still not rewarded with the fifth star, which keeps me from earning Milestone rewards. Can’t play auction house What do you expect to see? A different form of punishment Dear EA Team, I do appreciate your support in keeping the game fair. I also think for a lot of us new players that didn’t read all the fine print about sharing coins/receiving coins a less permanent ban on the auction house would be nice. My teenage son made this mistake on my PlayStation and now I’m permanently banned from auction house. I would have rather you reset the season, temporarily banned and really anything of than a permanent for a 1st offense. I did appeal it but what seemed to be an automated message replied that I would remain permanently banned. Please reconsider as many other games do give grace for a 1st offense.
