Servers crashed as I was about to win a solo seasons: against all odds game
I was about to win a game in against all odds, was lined up to kick the field goal. It was going to be good and the servers crashed (I have the video). Now every time I go in to try and play it gives me an error. 1. I should be awarded the win, and 2. They need to fix it so I can play again.Can’t Sign In Due To Incorrect Email
Every time I play the game I have to sign in to my EA account, but the email account that first pops up is wrong. So, I have to press O (PS5 user) to go back to the blank email and type in the right one every time, no big deal. Tonight, it just started, when I press O to go back it just goes back to the Home Screen and does not let me switch the account. I have tried restarting the game and the PS5. It is a digital copy not a disc. Please let me know what I can’t do to fix this. Thank youCUT Challenges Server Error

Only 22 teams available
I downloaded the trial from Microsoft games ultimate, which didn't have my preferred team. So I bought the physical disc for Xbox. But when I installed it, from disc, it still only gives me the same 22 teams to choose from. I've uninstalled it, deleted my profile data, no change. I've unlinked my Xbox account from my EA account, no change. I can't return it because the game isn't broken, EA's services are.“Our servers cannot process this request at this time” error
I played about 60 games of the against all odds and I quit for a bit and came back to do more and suddenly I cannot continue and continuously get this error message of “Our servers cannot process this request at this time.” I don’t know how to fix it, I’ve tried restarting my game and everything but I can play everything else, just not the against all odds on solo seasons. What if? Qualifier Objectives are not accumulating when playing solo seasons, house rules, or head to head Also house rules objectives are generally not accumulating unless you play overtime in house rules. Does not work for other modes within House Rules please fixI can not play anything in Ultimate Team
For the last 18 hours I have not been able to play a solo or ultimate team game in College Football 25. It says Error Our servers can not process your request. When I try to load into an online game it searches then when it finds an opponent it says Error Our servers can not process your request.
Sign in error that is a reoccurring issue In the community!
For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get into contact with a real human from EA to help fix this issue and nobody has reached out to help or the chat bot hasn’t been able to assist me. The problem that is occurring with me and my game is also happening to a couple of thousands of other players on NCAA 25 and what is happening is when you go to sign into your account on the game screen it will require you to sign in and if somebody else’s email is linked to that account it will have you press Circle back out and re enter your email and send a password to your email and then use that password to long into the game and that has been usually working for a decent amount of time but for the past 2 months it will say EA serves are unavailable and I look into yeh servers online and they say they are operational. I’ve been seeing who else has been havering this issue and in the forums it’s a lot of people and also on Reddit there’s a lot of people and there all saying the same thing and most of them have given up because nobody from EA will reach out and help them.
