Error - Ultimate Team - The Sphinx - Riddle #4
For some reason, I am unable to play The Sphinx Riddle #4 ultimate team challenge. Every time I select it, then go to play solo, an error pops up saying “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” It’s been a day or two and I continue to get locked out of the ultimate when attempting to finish the challenge.Dynasty deletes recruits
I run an odd offense that is combo smashmouth and spread. I need fullbacks to complete the smashmouth portion. Every time I select a prospect and start recruiting, the game deletes the player from my prospect list. I’ll select the player desired, start scouting, and offer a scholarship. I save the recruiting and then play the next game. After i advance to the next week I check my recruits and the fb is always gone and i got to do it all over again. Like title says, I'm getting a frozen screen with the message, " there was an error retrieving your currency balances". No idea why I'm getting this error, I bought the game when it came out last summer. Been playing it in dynasty mode for a year now. When this pops up I can't do anything, can't even change game modes. Really annoying, can't play the game I bought and no one to contact for help. Why is it so hard to just play a game you bought.
I have been kicked out of back to back championship games in UT squads.
Honestly this needs to be fixed. Me and my teamates get kicked out of 2/3 games in squads and nothing ever happens. I never get compensation and ea help says the same bs on repeat. a little compensation would go a long way in believing this company would ever change.Cheated Out of Natty Packs
I was playing my National Championship (Campus Legend tier), blowing-out my opponent at halftime. He comes out in an onside kick, doesn't recover it, and I "conveniently" am immediately met with a message saying I've been disconnected from the EA servers. My Xbox remained connected, my phone, my computer, all other devices in my home were never disconnected. There was never a dip in my internet. Either EA's servers went bad on me, or my opponent booted me off the EA servers. Either way, I was cheated out of my three National Championship packs (and I believe a Victory Formation pack as well, not to mention the "loss" on my record, but that I care slightly less about). I've provided undeniable proof (clip of the event attached) of me being cheated out of what I earned. I contacted EA support, and had at least two hours wasted. The guy blatantly lied to me, saying that he was "about to give me the packs, but my supervisor stopped me." I'm here, asking for a community manager to help me obtain the rewards I earned.Token missing for Scavenger Hunt Set
I completed all the objectives for the scavenger hunt set but I am still one token short. I had an extra U token in my binder but I am missing the T token which makes me think that I received the wrong one by mistake. I was told to create a forum by EA help because they have had people report a similar issue about the tokens being bugged and not giving the right ones.Help challenges bugged
I’ve done all trouble shooting steps even spoke with an ea member and I was told to come here to fix the issue I’ve been doing the scavenger hunt in cfb 25 trying to get my team ready on cfb 26 but I keep encountering an error when I click on one of the challanges (needed to get a token) this message says ea could not process your request at this time over and over all trouble shooting has been done and I’m just at this point thinking I’m not getting my free cards that carry overCHAMPS game did not count after finishing whole game.
I just finished my Champs game and supposed to be 5-1 but i'm still 4-1 since the game did not count, which also means i received no stats as well. Please fix the online games (All H2H modes) so that they count. This has been happening every week. You guys have to do better, this is ridiculous. I hope this won't be the case for 26.Week 9 UT Objectives not tracking or updating.
EA, Seriously, this is every week now. Thank you for fixing last week's issues. This week I have had the following issues: Week 9 Objectives - Gain rushing yards with 2+ graduation players (i have 3) is not tracking for each game. Week 9 Objectives - score rushing td's with 2+ graduation players is not tracking each game, only some games AND is not issuing rewards for Objectives completion. (I finally completed the 8 TD's after scoring more than 20 but have not received either reward tiers for doing it Everything else on mine seems to be tracking or has tracked complete. Since this is a weekly issue, seems like there could be a auto fix rather than waiting for complaints. Would really like to see you guys be more proactive rather than reactive on repeated issues. The games popularity certainly warrants it.You have been banned for suspicious activity (message code M329X).
Was rolling tons of training for stream and idk im banned from quickselling anything now. this is not fair, I wasn’t breaking any rules. And I do spend a bit more than your above average content creator. Can this get lifted please? Not Doing nothing malicious at all I wasn’t even dominating the market like I could’ve. ea support is nonexistent, I will never spend over $25,000 on a video game with no customer Support and of course, like the pack odd link it doesn’t actually work; there’s no actual website to follow when you enter the address they tell you to go to for help I don’t even have a ban on my ea account showing.
