Error - Ultimate Team - The Sphinx - Riddle #4
For some reason, I am unable to play The Sphinx Riddle #4 ultimate team challenge. Every time I select it, then go to play solo, an error pops up saying “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” It’s been a day or two and I continue to get locked out of the ultimate when attempting to finish the challenge.Dynasty deletes recruits
I run an odd offense that is combo smashmouth and spread. I need fullbacks to complete the smashmouth portion. Every time I select a prospect and start recruiting, the game deletes the player from my prospect list. I’ll select the player desired, start scouting, and offer a scholarship. I save the recruiting and then play the next game. After i advance to the next week I check my recruits and the fb is always gone and i got to do it all over again. Very annoying.Can't play ,"there was an error retrieving your currency balances"
Like title says, I'm getting a frozen screen with the message, " there was an error retrieving your currency balances". No idea why I'm getting this error, I bought the game when it came out last summer. Been playing it in dynasty mode for a year now. When this pops up I can't do anything, can't even change game modes. Really annoying, can't play the game I bought and no one to contact for help. Why is it so hard to just play a game you bought.
I have been kicked out of back to back championship games in UT squads.
Honestly this needs to be fixed. Me and my teamates get kicked out of 2/3 games in squads and nothing ever happens. I never get compensation and ea help says the same bs on repeat. a little compensation would go a long way in believing this company would ever change.CHAMPS game did not count after finishing whole game.
I just finished my Champs game and supposed to be 5-1 but i'm still 4-1 since the game did not count, which also means i received no stats as well. Please fix the online games (All H2H modes) so that they count. This has been happening every week. You guys have to do better, this is ridiculous. Hi. First time posting here so forgive me if I couldn't find the answer somewhere else in the Forum. In College Football 25 UT challenges, I seem to have flatlined on the Legends: Bowl Legends and Legends: Once Upon a Time challenges. In Bowl Legends, I have completed 45/48 challenges with full stars to this point but don't have any other challenges to complete after Danny Shelton. How do I get the final player/challenges? In Once Upon a Time, I am similarly stuck at 48/78 challenges and have not been offered any new challenges after Marshawn Lynch. Is there a solution to complete these challenges? I receive the message " Looks like you need to renew EA Play" (0x803f800d). I don't have an EA Play subscription, I won't buy an EA Play subscription. I have the disk. There is no issue with the disc. I have verified that it is not damaged or dirty. How do I play the game that I paid your company money for?Season 7 Daily Objectives
I just completed my season 7 daily objectives and I didn’t even get rewarded for it because it already said they were completed when I completed yesterdays objectives for yesterday. Every single game I play, the opponent is always experiencing network issues when I’m playing offensive. But when they get the ball , it brings the same pop up message when they snap the ball , causing my screen to freeze, and then when it unfreezes they have already passed and I get barely any time to make any defensive plays!! What’s the fix to this ???Missing Ultimate Dynasty Welcome Pack
I have been playing through the backlog on challenges the last few days and came across the Ultimate Dynasty ones. I realized I never received the welcome pack and therefore never received the 27(?) base players and can't use the upgrade tokens. Did this happen to anyone else? Any solutions? Online Road to the CFP. This has been reported before but the discussion was locked. You finish a play and the next play call screen pops up. It is frozen. You cannot pick a play or move or make any buttons work except for coach adjustments and even then it gets stuck. You must take a delay of game. You can only resolve this by pausing the game. The problem is you only get 2 pauses per half. And this happens repeatedly. I’ve had it happen for weeks maybe months but it’s gotten so much worse. Seems to occur for same console and cross console games equally. Semi-related: gameplay has been awfully glitchy. The gameplay sort of sticks every 2-3 seconds making kicking more difficult than it needs to be and open field tackling impossible.
