Custom Playbooks Not Working
When creating a custom playbook, the "Coach Suggestions" section in-game always present the same pool of plays, regardless of your star ratings/selections in the "My Gameplan" section in the custom playbook menu. Obviously, spending lots of time on creating a custom playbook with unique ratings for the coach suggestions, and then for it not to work is quite frustrating. Let me know if I can provide any more details! I've tried raising and lowering the adjustments, even going as far as having several plays at "100" or "5 stars" and the same 15 plays appear for each situation (1st down, 2 & long, etc.).,Teambuilder Dynasty crashing
When my first Teambuilder Dynasty kept crashing in Week 1 of the second season, I thought it was an issue with that dynasty being prior to the most recent patch updates. However, after grinding through another season (in a new dynasty) and getting excited about my team yet again, my game crashes right before I can celebrate a huge top 10 road win. “Maybe it’s a one off” I thought. Nope the game crashes over and over again. Now I’m left waiting for hopefully an update that will allow me to continue my Teambuilder dynasty instead of playing a cruel version of “Edge of tomorrow” repeating the same game only to never see the end of it. please help EA, Many thanks.Fresh Faces week 2 elite set bugged
Trying to complete this set and 81 Whit Weeks isn’t showing up. In the catalog it shows a completely different player than the set. Tried looking in the auction house and the player card that sows up is also totally different than what the set needs to be completed. Anyone else having this issue?Running style 'dumb looking running'
Within the Xbox Series S platform, it appears that the running styles of your running backs are not consistently maintained, requiring manual adjustments prior to each game. Specifically, the observed behavior includes a short, choppy running style and frequent stance changes. Considering that this issue has persisted throughout my three-year Dynasty, we would appreciate it if you could provide further information to help us diagnose and resolve this issue. There seems to be a serious issue in CFB 26 with some formations and plays not showing up with my custom created playbook when I go to use it in game. Sometimes only a few, out of all, the plays I’ve selected for a formation will show up, or entire formations will be missing from the playbook. I made sure I haven’t exceeded the allowed amount of formations, sets, plays in set or play count. Even when I go in and un-add then re-add certain plays they won’t show up. It’s gotten pretty frustrating when I’m trying to audible to a certain play or find one for a specific situation and it won’t show up when I know I’ve added it/set the audible for that play in the formation. In addition I can’t set my favorites because half of those plays won’t show up. I even went into my custom playbook and took out about 150 plays and 10 sets to see if over crowding the playbook was the issue and even with this, formations and plays wouldn’t show up. I’ve tried about everything possible at this point but it’s definitely a big issue affecting gameplay. Hopefully EA fixes this since it literally affects every play ran which is about 80-90% of gameplay. Playing road to Glory mode as 3 star half back, quickly jumped to 5 stars and number 1, when choosing school that says HB 1, when choosing top 3, after choosing that school during hat selection, it shows me as HB3 instead of HB1, it's bugging out and it's also much hard now to get starter positions with schools, even as 4 star and 5 star highschool player Tried 2 new and different road to Glory players. Also while playing the highschool games, after scholarship offers update, there's no change to potential position with school and suddenly changes after choosing school during hat selection Xbox series X, noticed issues today July 20 , was working fine before last updateCross play Online Dynasty Save Issue [Help Requested]
Started a cross online dynasty a couple weeks ago. The save does not appear on my dynasty saves and the league does not come up when I search it. No one has deleted it. Had these issues yesterday and the save came up after restarting my game multiple times but isn’t coming up at all today.CFB 26 crashes my console
EA this is absolutely tragic! I played CFB 25 and my game would crash half way through a game. Had my hopes up with CFB 26 and I have the same problem; my console crashes. We all pay $70+ and this is a constant issue. Very frustrating!! I love this game but it keeps crashing my Xbox. No other game does this, why…just why?!? It is embarrassing as a franchise that this is an issue. Please fix this or tell us how to prevent it. (Xbox S Series user)

Starting a class action lawsuit — especially against a massive corporation like EA — is no small task, but it can be done if you have legitimate legal grounds. Here’s a no-BS breakdown of what’s needed and what you’re up against: 1. Legal Grounds (The “Why”) You need a clear legal claim. For EA and NCAA 26, potential claims could include: Breach of Warranty – they sold a product that doesn’t work as advertised. Fraud or Misrepresentation – if you can prove they knew it was broken and sold it anyway. Unfair or Deceptive Business Practices – many state consumer protection laws cover this. Violation of consumer protection statutes – like California’s Unfair Competition Law (EA is based in California). 2. Lead Plaintiff(s) You need at least one or a few people (like yourself) willing to serve as lead plaintiffs — basically the face of the lawsuit. This includes: Showing proof of purchase Describing the damages (time lost, game crashes, unplayable features, etc.) Willingness to be involved in the process (even minimally) 3. A Lawyer or Law Firm That Handles Class Actions You must have a class-action attorney. Find a firm that specializes in: Consumer protection Class action lawsuits Tech or gaming industry (bonus) Most offer free consultations and don’t charge unless they win (contingency-based). 4. Commonality (The “Class” Part) Your issue has to be widespread. You’re not suing for your own personal problem — you're representing a class of people affected in the same way. You’ll need: Forum threads Reddit posts Screenshots EA support responses Any mention from EA acknowledging the issue This helps prove it’s not just you, but potentially thousands of players. 5. Certification Before it becomes a full-blown class action, a court must certify the class, which requires: Enough people affected Similarity of the complaints Lead plaintiffs who fairly represent the class That a class action is the best legal route (rather than 10,000+ individual suits) This part is a legal hurdle, and where a lot of class actions die if not backed by a solid legal team. 6. Damages (The “What You Want”) You need to outline what the lawsuit is trying to get: Refunds Punitive damages (if fraud or deception is proven) Injunctions (forcing EA to fix the issue or stop selling it) Realistically, this often ends in a settlement where affected players get like $10-$50 — unless the case is egregious. 7. Same as last year... Teambuilder school still carries over the location of the replaced school. Recruiting is a fairly crucial aspect of college football and "proximity to home" is related to replaced school. The game still doesn't actually recognize your created school. Yes, you can set pipelines of the school now and the coach, but it's not changing the core problem of the game not acknowledging it's a different school. Not a big deal if you don't mind replacing a school from the same area, but not everyone wants to do that. I don't. This worked two generations ago.
