Old email EA account, cannot get into account as cannot do 2 step verification
Hi, I have tried to reaccess my other account Ive had since i was a kid which is linked to my dads old email that he hasnt had access to in years and cant because despite knowing the password It wants me to put in a code sent to an email that no longer exists. Is there anyway i can get into this account or is it a lost cause? (I'd hope I can as alot of money has been spent on it over the years)Icon pack issues
Hello, I’m contacting you because I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience on FC. I have been a long-term, loyal customer and have spent hundreds of pounds on packs and SBC/SPC content, especially ICON-related packs. Despite this, I keep receiving duplicate ICONs, even from unique or guaranteed ICON packs. This feels incredibly unfair, especially considering the amount of money I have invested into the game over the years. I understand duplicates can happen, but the frequency in my case is unreasonable. It ruins the experience, wastes the value of the packs I’ve paid for, and makes me feel like I’m not getting the service or enjoyment I should expect as a committed customer. As a loyal player who has supported this game consistently, I’m asking for this issue to be reviewed properly. At the very least, I would like some form of compensation or clarification as to why I’m repeatedly getting the same ICONs despite the large variety available. Please escalate this to the appropriate team, as this has genuinely affected my experience and confidence in continuing to purchase packs. Thank you, Ty. Gamertag eaze234(ps5)
Can I get a refund from EA?
I have been waiting for about a week but I have not received any email or response. I purchased the SpongeBob Home Kit and SpongeBob Kids Room individually, and later found out that they are available as a bundle. I want to refund the two individual kits, but I have already contacted customer support more than 20 times and still have not received any reply. There is no response and I cannot do anything. How can I get a refund? I bought the content but I have not been able to play the game because I am stuck waiting.Why has my EA account been closed?
EA is a thief, as you know. Despite having proof about my games and trying to contact their support center several times via email, they gave no explanation for closing my account without any reason, and they didn't even try to help. All my games are gone: the Dragon Age series, the Mass Effect legendary series, and Andromeda. These games were very important to me, but I will never buy another EA game again. Hi there, I love PVZGW1 & 2. I would like to know if EA and PopCap plan to remaster either game. I don't want them to discontinue the franchise! Maybe a remastered version which combines both GW1 & 2 into one game? One where players have a setting option to play a gamemode which could alternate between GW1 & 2 or just one of the two. For example, in Gardens & Graveyards (gamemode set to alternate), the first round would be on a GW1 map (can only play the original GW1 classes and characters), then the second round would be on a GW2 map (can play any class and character from GW2).My $100 is gone due to a bug preventing battlepass skip.
This has gone too far from me, and the worst part is I have no faith that any EA representative of any sort is going to respond to this post or reach out to me in an attempt to resolve this issue. I am still missing Twitch drops from back in August after all, which I earned properly and fairly yet all I have gotten after countless pointless chats with EA’s “support” live chat were empty promises that the issue would be sent to their “dedicate team”(that’s not a typo, that’s just the broken and regurgitated English of the countless EA support reps I had to suffer through). I have no faith in EA and at this point the same goes for DICE. I decided to use some of my battle coins that I spent my hard earned money on to skip through the winter offensive bonus path of the battlepass tonight. I confirmed the battlepass skip in game costing 1,650 battle coins to progress through the whole thing. After loading for a moment it had the checkmark on screen next to the “Advance 11 tiers” icon like the purchase went through, but then.. nothing. It didn’t unlock the battlepass items. Out of frustration I attempted this at least ten times hoping it would unlock as I may not have the time over the next 14 days to progress through the battle pass. It wasn’t until after the 10th time trying to buy my way through the bonus path that I realized every time I attempted this it is TAKING 1,650 OF MY COINS I’VE SAVED UP ON EACH ATTEMPT! I started with 52,000 battle coins upon release of the Winter Offensive update tonight. After buying all of the new cosmetics released tonight in game (1,500coins, 900coins, 1,500coins, 1,900 coins and 900 coins, I should have 45,300 coins still on my Battlefield account. After attempting to unlock the battlepass numerous times I now have 36,900 due to a bug that was taking my currency each time against my knowledge. I am so beyond disgusted and this is straight up robbery, the whole battlepass thing feels predatory in the first place but now even though I’m bending over and spending real world money on in game currency, when I decide to use the currency in game it is taken from me and the digital items I attempted to spend them on are not even rewarded. That’s almost $100 of my hard earned real world money down the drain because of an in game bug that is the fault of EA/ Dice. I am going to update this post every day EA/ DICE doesn’t respond to this bug that is literally robbing me, and who knows who else of their hard earned money. This is far beyond unacceptable. I would love to have a bit of faith that EA’s live chat would help me with this issue, but all they did back in August was give me empty promises with the missing Twitch drops. I know EA admins read these posts, at least I hope they do. EA_Leeuw, I am calling on you by name. In my brief time in these forums and as a customer of EA I have seen you resolve some issues on here. If anything warrants looking into it’s nearly $100 of my money being taken from me due to an in game bug. Please, everyone upvote and comment on this, everyone should be made aware of this unacceptable issue.
Reconnecting an EA account to Steam
Hello everyone, how to solve the problem with reconnecting the Steam account. I have two Steam accounts and I mistakenly linked the main EA account to the second Steam account. Then I managed to unlink the account from the second Steam account, but now I can't link the main EA account to the first Steam account. I am attaching the problem text: Your EA account *my main EA account* is currently linked to my Steam account *my second Steam account*. To protect your EA account, it must be linked to *my second Steam account* for at least 365 days before it can be linked to * the first Steam account*, but the problem is that I removed the link to the main EA account from the second Steam account, how to solve this problem?Account has been Hacked

Pogo's program in "LUCKY CAT BINGO" cheats. You can only get a maximum of one daub per card. With two cards you can't get more then two daubs per number called. Therefore two scores per number called. Yet I saw the other players (house players) get 3 and even 4 scores per number called. Which is why the same avatars continually win. I did enjoy playing "Lucky Cat Bingo", but it's no fun playing when the game is rigged and the house cheats. slyseye
