De-link and Re-link issues, zero support
I de-linked my steam account inadvertently upon receiving a discord 2xp token for battlefield 6, on mobile devices this is very easy to do - which isn't a good thing. I attempted to re-link to steam, and when prompted in the system it asked me for the email/password etc. and then steam information. I have two steam accounts, and the system automatically selected the steam account I had that didn't have battlefield 6 purchased (both accounts have the same email address) and linked the account to that one. Now I'm stuck waiting for 6 months to unlink the inactive steam account due to an error that the EA system linking created! I attempted to get this ratified by one of the EA Advisors and their solution was to purchase another copy of the game for the inactive steam account or create a new email and lose all of my progress made thus far on battlefield 6 or buy another copy of the game on ps5. I tried to get them to escalate the issue, since it was EA's linking system that chose the inactive steam account and have been prompted to reach out to the community forums here instead of any internal escalation. Can ANYONE do anything about this? Completely ridiculous that a company as large as EA doesn't have capacity to make changes via profile on their OWN systems. Feels like a cash grab.
BF6 Splash Screen Issue (Secure Boot already enabled)
I cannot get BF6 to launch during the anti-cheat splash screen. It will fully load the little green progress bar at the bottom, and then crash the game. As the title of the post says, I have secure boot enabled, I went through and modified my exploit protections settings to give both bf6.exe and the anti cheat installer full permissions in my PC (another fix I saw) as well as the slew of other recommendations of running Steam and the EA app as administrator, reinstalling the Javelin anti cheat, repairing the Javelin anti cheat, deleting storage space pools (I didn't have any so I skipped this one), creating a local account on my PC and then trying to boot up the game that way, etc etc. I have done everything the internet has suggested. I have an MSI motherboard, 3 SSDs, and BF6 and the EA app installed on the same SSD. If anyone has any other recommendations or has experienced my specific situation and found a fix, please let me know, because my next course of action is requesting a refund at this point.

Well as you know, our beloved Sims game is being sold to a bunch of people that don't believe in self-expression:( This is what the Sims were built on!! Being free to make life however you want, dress like you want, be gender neutral, and love the world you created!! Now as the news spread, moderators of the Sims 4 are expressing concern along with your community!! Moderators are stating that if that platform of freedom of expression change, they will pull their mods from EA!! AS a avid player of 25 years and $11,000 spent for this game, I am extremely upset over your decisions of choice based solely on money!! I am up in the air whether I stay and whether I ever support EA again! I would like to hear from EA about the buyout of OUR game and is it in the buyout contract that no things like LGBTQ, women's rights, or any other thing that will destroy the game as a whole is NOT ALLOWED? Save the Sims and address these issues now before selling off a legacy!!EA's live support chat not working for account thefts!
My account was hacked, and I submitted a ticket with the relevant questions. I can't reach live support; live support isn't working for this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this? I also tried emailing them, but it's been two weeks and I haven't received a response. Are they overwhelmed, or are they genuinely uninterested?
Advisor link not working
So I'm having an issue with Battlefield 6, and the only way to fix this is to talk to an advisor through the link they provided to join a live chat. However, when I follow the steps to find a solution to my problem, I'm met with an "access denied" page, and I don't know how to fix this. It's very frustrating that I'm already having issues with the game, and now I can't even get proper assistance because of this. Does anyone have a solution, or is this just another EA thing that they refuse to fix? Please refer to my attachments.My account was hacked

My account was accessed by an unknown third party without my permission. This person changed both the email address and password associated with my account, and I am not sure when these changes occurred. Previously, I had already reported that my account had been hacked. The unauthorized user then played Apex Legends using cheats, which resulted in my account being banned. I contacted EA Support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, there has been no update or progress since then. As of now, I can no longer access my account through any method. I used to be able to log in through my linked Google account, but today I found that even that option no longer works. So my psn account and old email was hacked a while back and they used my account for a few years. I finally got my account back but They have obviously used the EA account under my psn and my old email to do some bad stuff! Which has got the EA account disabled or banned! I’ve now restored my psn account and changed my email on my psn account but the EA account is still linked to my psn account! I’ve tried every way to try and disable the old EA account and add my new one! But I’ve had no luck!!! can’t even get a contact number to EA!Can't access my account
Hi, I have problem with accessing my account. When I log in it want to verify code from mail, but unfortunaly i forgot password for email, it's really old mail, and my mail provider don't allow me to change password, because I didn't put anyt recovery option like phone number or another mail. I tried contacted EA via HELP ticket as guest, even for this account, but no answers... I have all games there even linked steam. I created this account becauce of the issue and BF 6 beta was open, so I wanted to try it. I would like to boy BF6, but I don't want to have it on this account, but on account I have all games and linked all profiles... Can someone help me?
Unpopular opinion - Leaving the EA Creator Network only hurts The Sims further
I have seen a lot of EA Creators leaving the EA Creator Network recently and I really, truly believe this is just further going to hurt the Sims and not the higher ups who are going to buy EA. The new entities buying EA don't give a single bleep if they leave the Network or not and all these big creators leaving is not a good thing for us. It doesn't matter what they do as the buyout is still going to happen, and they are only putting the Sims team's livelihoods/jobs at further risk. It's going to reduce profits for the game, and lead to maybe a shutdown of the Sims and any future updates. This is not a good thing for us as the players or the Sims team. I don't think these creators thought this through completely. Them leaving the network is only going to hurt ourselves I don't see this ending in any way that is actually beneficial to us.

EA SPORTS FC 26 PC FIX – COMMUNITY GUIDE if your game keeps crashing after kickoff loading or in drop in follow this full reset fix 1 open EA App and uninstall the game completely 2 go to this path C:\Users\gamer\AppData\Local delete the folders EA SPORTS FC 26 and EADesktop 3 then go to C:\Users\gamer\AppData\Roaming delete the folders EA and Electronic Arts 4 restart your PC 5 open EA App again and reinstall the game normally 6 after install launch the game it will rebuild all cache and config files fresh this method clears all broken data that causes the common PC bug where the game crashes during cutscenes goals or kickoff it basically forces EA App and FC 26 to create new clean files I didn’t touch any graphic settings after doing this I went straight into the game in rush mode i am on currently 10 games without crashingEA App Side Bar Isn't Loading
Hello. I have been having this issue for about 2-3 months now. Whenever I log in to the EA App, the side bar that has my profile and my online/offline status does not load but stays grey. This would not be an issue, accept that this stops me from accessing online features in my games as it reads my account as offline. I have tried to restart the app, used the app recovery, and uninstalling/reinstalling it. Uninstalling/reinstalling helped for about 3 hours where the side bar loaded and I was able to access my games online features. However, after that, it went dark again and has not loaded since. To clarify, the EA app itself isn't offline (it does not have the "you're in offline mode" page). I have a stable Wi-Fi connection, so I know that is not the issue either. I have tried every other troubleshooting tip I have found and nothing has worked as a long term solution. This is starting to really annoy me and I hope that someone here might be able to help. TIA
