SIMS4 PC Playing history GONE!
I logged in to find the last two years worth of playing has vanished! I get to the main menu, and it only lets me play "scenario" or create a sim. I spoke to the chat team and did EVERY trouble - shooting step. ( i did every step over 3 times! - My pc has not changed. I deleted the app, reinstalled , repaired.. Did their " file change suggestion" and still all my history from the last 2 years is gone! - Nothing has changed, no firewalls etc. I can see all my add on packs etc. However, it will not load or show any previous game play. The rental houses are not there. The household is not there to play. It has all just vanished...... Hello, I recently purchased Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II through the Xbox app. However, when I open the EA app and check my library, neither game appears. In the Xbox app, the only option shown is the Ultimate Edition for each game, but I am not able to download them. Instead, I’m prompted to either purchase the Ultimate Edition again or subscribe to EA Play/Ultimate Pass, despite already owning the base games. I have confirmed multiple times that my Xbox and EA accounts are correctly linked and that I am signed into the same account on both apps. I'm trying to subscribe to the annual ea play pro plan so I proceed and put all the correct card info and that I don't want the card to be saved, I tried 3 cards The first card was a uae issued international Mastercard and I put the region as uae and it proceeded to pay then got hit with the "wrong region" message, I readded the same card but with the region set to Egypt as if it'll fix the issue and still nothing happened and the transaction is halted by the same error Then I tried paying with 2 Egyptian local visa cards and put all the correct info and region is set to Egypt so it's local and still the same message halts the transaction. My EA wont open at all
Everytime I try to open ea or try to install a game off an app that requires ea to download my ea opens on a blue screen, I get the blue mouse wheel cursor and my app closes. I’ve been a EA fan for years never had this issue but honestly if not fixed I will be leaving EA indefinitely. I’ve always logged in through my Xbox profile has never been any issues and today when I tried to play Madden and Battlefield it took me to the loading screen asking me to verify my email (MY EA) linked to my Xbox account or get 6 digit code from the number linked. I have had Xbox Live since 2004…..I do not remember the first email I ever linked to EA or cellphone number….bro I got $100s of dollars invested I literally bought Phantom Edition Battlefield have bought every store transaction. I have more than 1000$ invested into Madden 25 just alone….my buddy has went through the same thing and contacted EA support and provide information to show the account was his (ex. Provide the last credit cards used info etc) but I can’t even get to that part because it’s asking me to verify my EA. Please help? I literally had to login my PC EA just to make a forums post to get some type of help….im gonna call Microsoft in the morning but I think this is a EA related issue. Emails not received to Apple’s private email relay addresses
Emails will not be sent to Apple’s private email relay addresses, effectively blocking users from accessing/editing their account details and potentially risking account lock out. For now, when creating a new account, it’s safer to choose another sign up option until EA fixes this. For context, EA currently supports Apple as an identity provider when signing up for an account for the first time. When signing up with Apple, users are given a choice to either share their real email or a private relay address tied to the service’s domain. When opting for the latter, it’s currently observed that emails will not be sent, preventing users from accessing any of their account details due to an identity verification code screen. In the worst case, one may be completely locked out of their account if EA were to ever require verification post account login similar to Battle.net. Looking into this problem more, it appears EA’’s has failed to satisfy Apple’s requirements. According to Apple’s documentation, the emails sent are required to be authenticated and the organization must register its outbound email domains. Otherwise, no emails will be sent to those addresses. Given what’s outlined in the documentation, it’s evident that EA has insufficiently tested the sign up with Apple feature and has failed to properly satisfy its requirements. Not sure if anyone can help but I've reached a dead end with EA support. The problem is I'm not able to buy anything or set payment methods on my account because whatever payment method I try the transaction fails with a verification error. I've tried multiple cards with different banks, Paypal pay in 3 and Paypal direct payment but nothing goes through and my banks insist they've seen no attempts by EA to make a charge. As a test I created a new EA account and I managed to attach my cards to this account with no problem so it appears there is a specific problem with my main account. I've tried raising this with EA Help several times but all they can tell me is to try another payment method and there appears to be no way to escalate the problem to someone who can actually look at what's going on. Hi After installing the EA Application on Windows PC, I noticed there is somew traffic being uploaded, even without me having played a title yet. Can you provide a list of exactly what data is removed from my PC by the EA App. I presume it depends on which setting I have configured, and so to be clear, I have disabled sharing my data, and also configured all privacy settings to give me maximum privacy. So after setting these options what data is removed from my PC ? I'm not able to purchase any add-ons for the Sims 4 - I've cleared the cache on my EA App, restarted, tried purchasing on the EA website. I can't get the new Adventure Awaits pack (or anything at all) because of this error. This is a recent occurrence - never had this issue before but I updated my payment methods just in case. I'm on Mac OS Tahoe, have no mods and playing in the UAE. It's been weeks and unfortunately not resolving itself. Could someone help, please? Whenever I play an EA game via the EA app, the app closes to "prepare my game." I'm sure this is not a bug, rather a setting. Is it possible to keep the EA app open when playing an EA game, or is this needed in order to possibly optimize the game? I bought Battlefield 6 yesterday but my library didn't update, so I thought the payment didn't go through so I tried again. Second time I could still not see BF6 in my library so I restarted the EA app and it was there. problem is now I've bought the game twice.
