A random EA account is connected to my steam account
A while back I tried to play battlefront 2 and whenever I tried to log in via steam it would send a verification code to an email that wasn't mine so then I tried to login to my EA account instead of logging in through my steam account and whenever I tried to launch battlefront 2 I was prompted with a message saying that this EA account was not linked to this steam account. I contacted EA support close to a month ago and haven't heard anything regarding fixing this issue and steam support told me I have to fix it through EA. currently I have no way of playing any of my EA games and don't know if their is anything else I can try to do to fix this problem.
I am unable to directly contact EA HELP.
I contacted EA HELP online twice today, and solved one problem the first time. Later, I discovered another problem. When I had the second chat with EA HELP, I accidentally closed my webpage. When I tried to start the chat again, I found that the "CHAT WITH US" option disappeared. But when I logged out of my account, it appeared. Am I restricted from CHAT WITH US? If I wait for a while, can I still contact EA HELP again? (English is not my native language, so there may be grammar errors and impolite tone. If this happens, I apologize.)
EA app on Steam Deck?
So, I am planning the transaction of a steam deck. I want it for a few reasons, but a main reason is Sims Legacy. I bought The 25th birthday bundle last week and I decided that I want to play it on the go. So I want to buy Valve's portable PC known as the Steam Deck, but is the EA app available on the Steam Deck? It is kinda where I bought the games.I cannot sign in when upgrading to a teen account.
When I open the ea app it pops up with a notification saying "Sign up for your teen account." So I click next and enter my email, then it says the email is already in use. It has a button to sign in so I click that and it takes me back to the same pop up with no way to sign into my original account. Any help would be great! Please and thank you. I have already tried to login on the website, which works but doesn't transfer to the actual app.

I just got the bundle where you can choose a expansion pack, game pack and stuff pack. I chose what I wanted and I only got one of them and it was the game pack. I got charged from the bundle and save and it took my money, but I didn't receive the expansion pack or the stuff pack at all. I looked them up and it shows that they are not in my library and shows me that I need to buy them again. I really need help. Also I don't know how to add an screenshot.The linux question
Hi I'am an appasionate of the battlefield series that I've started on the ps4, then I got myself a pc (with windows of course) now it hjas been a few years that I'm using linux. I get all my games from steam and for me it's not a problem if they use a third party app to launch, the problem for me is when they don't start. So my question is: why doesn't EA do something to fix the issue of his app on the GNU/linux system, when they've been able to port their launcher on MacOs. On linux there are already many technologies to translate the games instructions for linux. On the EA forums I couldn't find any post or any announcement that EA is porting its launcher for the GNU/Linux system, does someone knows if there are plans for this? OTHER Payment Methods
Should EA include other payment methods except Credit cards like Debit cards , UPI etc in India ????? want to play , but i dont use credit cards and whenever i proceed : it says try again later or contact support or use other payment method, whereas their isnt any ; only credit cards available. But previously about 2 years back whenever i use to proceed in buying from EA App i use to input my debit cards details in there and proceed further and it was accepted by EA but now it has been removed i guess . i thought of not buying from steam , epic or any third party app , came to EA App directly but now this is the situation ;/ Anyone of you agree with this please support
Will I Lose EA Games or DLC Bought on Epic if EA and Epic Cut Ties?
Hello, I’ve bought several EA games and DLC through the Epic Games Store, and they launch via the EA App. I’d like to know: 👉 If Epic and EA were to end their partnership in the future, will I still be able to launch and play the EA games or DLC I purchased through Epic, assuming my Epic and EA accounts are still linked? 👉 Or could I lose the ability to access and play those games or DLC, even though I purchased them legally through Epic Games? I want to ensure I don’t lose access to the games I paid for. I’m not asking about refund policies, just whether ownership and playability would still be supported under my EA account if the partnership ends. I bought Star Wars Battlefront II in steam, but I needed to download EA, and for some reason when I click the play button in steam, the game doesn't start and nothing happens at all, and in EA itself I didn't even know where to launch it, I stupidly don't have this function.
Cannot Run Games With EA App
My computer broke down so I replaced it. I Downloaded and installed the EA App on my new computer. I've only been able to download, install and play 1 game on my system (Zua's Revenge. There are a number of games on my account but will not play without getting fail errors when I try to play them. They appear to install properly but it's a no go when trying to play them. Very frustrating. Anyone having the same or similar problem and have a fix for it?
Ea App missing favorites. Dragon Age_VG Useless pop ups.
bug: -mouse clicks not registering in dragon age veil guard UI Menu Request: Ea App missing favorites on sidebar. There is only installed games. Request Dragon Age_VG -add "do not show message again." check/tick box, in keybinding menu. To prevent annoying and intrusive pop up on mouse and keyboard. I just uninstalled a game DA_VG and was going to reinstall it because it was buggy and it wasn't getting fixed. And I noticed that the EA app is missing a favorites side bar which is very depressing. So, I guess our world is going into the dark ages. But anyway, so I had to actually search the library wow. look at all these games... I eventually found it... I'm greeted all these stupid pop ups that say we've removed games from your library. Like are you trying disown my games or something? I want fewer pop ups they are like cancer/ the same problem I had trying to change the "Custom key binding setting" in dragon age. I was getting way too many pop ups because I wanted to change the "custom layout". It was constantly telling me that the keys were already bound to the 'not' so "custom" layout. I just wanted to change the key binding for my game. Not tell a computer screen over and over that I want to make a change. Its a game not the end of the world. well. maybe it is the end of the world. Apex legends has a better policy than this. You can just bind or reset to default. it's simple. its settings. its effective. And when you click for some reason, it doesn't register the click. So basically, impossible to change. it just loops an error message. This key is already bound to a default key binding. At me over and over again about how stupid I must be to want to change the 'not' so "custom" keyboard layout. As I said the click isn't registering so I click nothing changes the box doesn't even change color and then it tries to bind my click to the keybinding. Which blocks me from entering the key I wanted to enter because it doesn't let me select a key in the first place. Clearly, the system is designed for controller, not for mouse and keyboard. The pop-up should not ever even be necessary for mouse and keyboard; it's basically a Programmer bug. Please don't make this mistake in the future. And also, please fix it. imagine yourself having to read every word I typed and for every word you have to move your mouse to the center of the screen to click the same button then back again to the word after. Make your User Interface "UI" user friendly, okay? If the pop-up window was for displaying the actual input key changed it would be useful even if annoying. But as I said it doesn't even change color. you can't even tell what the game is doing until it gives you the broken message. The message is a useless "yes or no" question, one should be allowed disable it because it interferes with basic functionality within the game and adds no benefit. ---And UI is not supposed to be user stupid. OR have a user stupid off switch. like a check box do not show this pop up again or something. -just because half a milliion people don't care doesn't mean you should make it harder on purpose for those few who do.Can't launch app
I have been trying for days to get the app to open so I can start the game. My computer will say the EA is open, but no window for the app appears, none of the help options are working to fix it. I have uninstalled the app several times, and nothing it working. I have also updated my computer. Do I need to pull the trigger and uninstall the Sims to see if that does anything?
