Xbox app linked to someone elses EA account
This is beyond **bleep**. So here is what happened: Got Xbox gamerpass. Long time ago, I went to install the Command and Conquer Remastered game, and so when I went to install, it had me download the EA app and it automatically logged me into some other persons EA account. How? I have no clue. Neither does EA. Neither does Microsoft. Fast forward many months later, still happening so I decide to do something about it. I had full control of this other persons account, so I contact EA and let them know whats going on, and I wanted this other person to have their account back. I assumed this would be the end of it. Fast forward a few more months (today), and same thing, Xbox is logging me into a different persons EA account. So I contact Microsoft, and let them know whats going on, and they swiftly tell me its an EA problem, nothing they can do. So I contact EA today, give them the whole story, they inform me its a Microsoft problem, they cant do anything about it. So after going round and round, they tell me to just unlink the Xbox account, but I keep telling them, there is no option to do so. There is no button to unlink, only buttons TO LINK other platforms. So they say "welp, nothing can be done. Try posting in the forum". So I did. And I cant imagine anyone here can do anything. Anyone else experience this? Super bizarre, but sure seems like it should be a simple "Oh, you got access to someone elses account, thats no good. Let me unlink that so you can just link your own account." But no, that would make too much sense. Thanks for listening...

Under Article 15 of the GDPR, I have the right to access the personal data your company holds about me, and your inaction constitutes a serious violation of the law. If your company continues to ignore my request, I will have no choice but to consider filing a complaint with the relevant regulatory authorities and taking further legal action.
Unable to redeem games with Vanilla Gift Card
The title says it all. I was given a vanilla gift card for Valentine's Day, to buy games. I figured I could use up the money on the card and split the payment with another card on file to purchase multiple games. Unfortunately, I am unable to link the card to my account, so I tried looking for an online EA gift card purchase screen so I can use the gift card to buy that, but again, no luck. Is this gift card essentially useless when it comes to EA?

Hello, Dear EA I would like to ask if there is a possibility to add QR code when you are logging in like it is on Steam. We have times where almost everyone got QR Code scanners in their smartphones so you won't have to make an EA Mobile or something like that, when everyone have their phone numbers connected as well so you could maybe think or you are thinking about that maybe. It would be easier to login to application it would save everyone 20-30 seconds at least. Thank you for reading that. Best regards,
This launcher is so bad why do they waste their money supporting it.
EA please just let PC players use steam. At this point I am willing to pay more for the 2 games you make that are actually playable if I didn't have to deal with your terrible launcher. Just stop wasting your time and ours and get rid of this garbage app. PLEASE STOP just migrate to steam I would rather spend a summer at Guan Tamino bay than deal with this launcher anymore it's so bad!!!
ea app services crash, ERROR EC:104
When trying to run the application, the error EC:104 pops up, after rebooting, the application installs the update using the console, but the error does not go away and I can not run the application. I have tried all the methods and recommendations described on forums on the internet, nothing helped.
A banned account linked to my Steam.
Hello, my name is Ryan. I've been trying to solve this problem for a long time, but I can never seem to get it right and always leave the support chat sessions frustrated and discouraged. After several chat sessions, I found out that my Steam account, which I’ve had for over 10 years, is linked to a banned EA account. But before that, I was hacked by someone, though I managed to recover it. With this banned EA account linked to my Steam, the support chat can’t help for some reason, even though I prove I own the Steam account. I would really like to try linking my EA account to my Steam, even if I lose the purchases I've made. If anyone knows or has had a similar problem, could you help me? This issue is always a headache when I remember it. Having EA games in my Steam library is the best option since my friends play there and the client is better than the EA app. But I thank you in advance for the help! EA: When I as a parent go through the whole process of setting up an account for my child to play your games, I do not need a reminder or for you to disable my kid's account. Top that off, I sure as hell am not giving you my last 4 of my social and/or a credit card # to prove I am an adult. As a cyber security professional, I'll tell you right now that this type of information only gets passed when it's absolutely necessary. I know you will not care about my lonely self, complaining about privacy concerns to you and threatening to quit buying your products. But that's exactly what this has come down to. There used to be a day and age when PARENTS did the parenting, not the businesses we buy products from. Stay out of my parenting abilities and let me do my job. You do yours and I don't know, maybe make a game with original and new ideas instead of spitting out the same crap year in and year out and asking me to pay $60-70. Thanks, ~Pissed off Parent.
Cant purchase games on the EA app while having an active EA play subscription.
Hey I'm not able to purchase Battlefield 1 (BF1) on the EA app store, it doesn't give me the option to add to cart I think its because I have an EA play subscription active which came with a free xbox game pass month which came from getting discord nitro, I would like to purchase BF1 while it is on sale but I am un able to do so. I was able to buy the BF1 premium pass though so I'm not sure what's happening
