I paid for the EA Play Pro subscription but did not receive any access to it. The support team told me that I was “not charged,” yet my subscription appears as active on their end — which makes no sense. When I check my profile, nothing is enabled and I still cannot play any games.When I requested an invoice for the payment, support refused to provide one. On October 11, 2025, I purchased an EA Play Pro subscription for one month. The system showed that the payment failed, but when I checked my bank account, I saw that the amount for the subscription had already been charged. However, my EA Play Pro subscription has not been activated. When I checked my order history on my EA account, it shows the status as “Failed.” I’ve attached a screenshot of this for reference. EA Play Pro was cancelled without consent, now charging higher than promised.
I have an ongoing case about my EA Play Pro subscription that was cancelled without my consent. It says that it is waiting for me in the status section but it does not connect me to live support. I want to continue with my membreship with the said price. The emails that are sent to me are in the picture. One is belonging to year 2024, on that year, my subscription was succesful and I was a EA Play Pro member for the whole year, so don't mind that it says EA Play on the mails. You can check my membership status if possible to see I was a Pro member, and you can also see that I played FC 25 with it, which was not available to the regular EA Play members at the time. Plus, I already bought some FC Points because I thought that my membership would go on as promised. And I cannot connect to live chat to continue my case, so I am seeking help here. Hello. I'm trying to pay for my EA PLAY PRO subscription with a bank card. When I click "Confirm," I get the error "We couldn't verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment information and try again. You can also use a different credit card or payment method, or contact your card issuer or bank." I should note that I'm from the Republic of Belarus and am trying to pay with a VISA BELARUSBANK card. That is, a Belarusian bank, not a Russian one. The card is fine; I've used it on other international websites without any problems. How can I resolve this error? I took out a subscription to EA Play Pro on the 10th of October to play Battlefield 6, I found out pretty quickly that it does not run well on my PC and I rather buy it on the PlayStation which I have now done and it runs much better. My issue comes from receiving a refund for the EA Play Pro subscription which I cancelled on the same day as I took it out, despite doing this it says it’ll renew in November and have still charged me £16.99, as stated on the EA website and UK consumer law as this was cancelled well within the 14 day cooling off period a full refund must be provided, have have raised number of support cases and have been told this is impossible via the support chat, considering it’s almost impossible to find the chat system and the waiting times are over 30 minutes and you can’t close the app or sleep the device, which is ludicrous btw, I feel this is the only option now. I use EA play to play UFC and all of a sudden, it says my trial ran out even though the full game is included. Then, I go to the play list and see there are only 3 games available… can this please be resolved ASAP otherwise I’m essentially being robbed. I see multiple people complaining about the same issue. Basically while trying to pay for EA Play PRO monthly, it said it failed but it was charged from my account, and subscription is not active. In account management, when i check order history, it says that subscription failed, but i still got charged. Anyone got help with any of this? Is there a solution i can try? Reached out to EA Help on twitter, no reply. Did a "ticket" on help page, but no reply of any kind. Not even sure that it went through, and no option for a live chat with support (tried via VPN from USA as well, no luck). Any help would be appreciated. I tried to purchase an EA Pro subscription through the EA App, but your system kept showing a “Transaction failed” error. Despite that, the payment was successfully processed by my bank, and the money was withdrawn from my account — yet my subscription was never activated. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was completed without any issues. They also told me the problem is clearly on EA’s side. I even have the payment receipt as proof. After waiting for nearly two hours, I finally managed to reach EA Support. However, they told me that since the transaction does not appear in their system, they will not issue a refund. This response is completely unacceptable. At this point, I’ve completely lost trust in EA’s payment and support systems. It’s unbelievable that a company of EA’s size can have such unreliable systems and leave customers without any proper solution.
