Account was compromised months ago & Unable to unlink lost EA account
I'm not sure if there is anyone that could help. Ive lost the old account i chalked it up as a lost im not tripping. All i wanna do is unlink my steam account from the email that was stolen but its like i keep getting auto messages is there anybody i could talk to i don't even want the old account back i just wanna unlink my steam account I've been in contact with EA Help 3 times already, and failed unlink my account all tries. The verification questions are borderline impossible to know for an account that hasn't been used in YEARS and they changed the email. What do I do? Are there any employees I can contact?

Hello, I bought EA Play yesterday (22.10.2025) and pay with my credit card. But in first try it gave an error because of my surname. Afterwards, when i wrote my last name in lower case letters, the payment was confirmed. When i looked at my bank transactions today, payment made twice. I am currently a victim of this situation. I see that they are banning countless players for everything in EA. by their name on Steam because they have linked their account to EA to play games without giving them the option to use their EA account name. This makes me wonder if they can ban you from EA because of your steam photo or your steam profile in general, ignoring the name since I already know the answer. Thanks.
Accidental EA Play Pro 1-Year Purchase Instead of 1-Month
I accidentally purchased the 1-year EA Play Pro subscription instead of the 1-month plan. It has not been 14 days yet, so I kindly ask for your help with canceling my subscription and refunding the remaining months. My EA Play Pro subscription, which has been ongoing for three years, was terminated without my knowledge. EA sent a cancellation notice and is now demanding nearly five times the amount for a new subscription. However, a month ago, I received an email stating that my membership would be renewed today. I want my membership to continue with the same terms and conditions. I never canceled it.

Would you add the option to automatically log in to EA play via Geforce Now? It's very annoying that I have to enter my pass every now and then after a few hours of break. I bought ea play pro about a week ago and whenever i try to download certain games like Battlefield 6 or F1 25 it says This game is unavailable your not eligible to play this game and i have tried every method I've seen and nothings worked I've payed for the membership and i want to play the games that is included in it
Refund For EA Play Pro
I took out a subscription to EA Play Pro on the 10th of October to play Battlefield 6, I found out pretty quickly that it does not run well on my PC and I rather buy it on the PlayStation which I have now done and it runs much better. My issue comes from receiving a refund for the EA Play Pro subscription which I cancelled on the same day as I took it out, despite doing this it says it’ll renew in November and have still charged me £16.99, as stated on the EA website and UK consumer law as this was cancelled well within the 14 day cooling off period a full refund must be provided, have have raised number of support cases and have been told this is impossible via the support chat, considering it’s almost impossible to find the chat system and the waiting times are over 30 minutes and you can’t close the app or sleep the device, which is ludicrous btw, I feel this is the only option now. This is a disgrace and illegal, how do I get this escalated please, thank you for any help!Request for Refund – EA Play Subscription Charged After Cancellation
I recently canceled my EA Play subscription, but I noticed that a payment was still charged to my card afterward. Currently, I’m away from my computer and only have access through my mobile device, so I wanted to report this issue here. Before canceling, I read the information about the 14-day refund policy applicable to Turkey, which states that if the subscription is canceled within 14 days without using any membership benefits, a full refund can be requested. Based on that, I proceeded with the cancellation. As shown in the attached screenshots: The first image displays the message about the 14-day refund right for Turkey. The second image confirms that my EA Play membership was successfully canceled. Therefore, I would like to kindly request a refund for the recent charge, as my cancellation should fall under the 14-day withdrawal period. I purchased the EA play pro subscription last night. It worked up until 4 o’clock this morning when I got off I just got home from work at 10:30 but to go play and it’s completely gone. It shows the game just installed, but it shows my membership is completely vanished and the money took out in my bank I don’t know what to do. I don’t get it. EA Play Pro charged me but didn't activate my subscription.

Ive tried multiple times throughout that day to just buy ea play pro and the moment I clicked continue after selecting the one i want it just says it had trouble processing my request and to try again later. Ive tried on the website and on the ea app. It won't even give me an option to enter billing info, nothing.
