After 10 years I've become dicouraged with the games and challenges. It's gotten to where I can no longer complete challenges beause they are too difficult. For example, Solitaire Home Story. I have to do 18 streaks in black only if I want to get to the next challenege. I'm tired of trying over and over again. It's not fun any more!!!Bought ea play thinking fc26 was able to download
Hello I bought ea play thinking that I would get fc 26 as a download and it isn't so could I get a refund as I meant to buy fc26 and not ea play as it Is not available for download I bought it today and have downloaded the games but not fully and didn't play them so can I get a refund on my ea play thanksgame pass expired but still active on xbox app
i was opening battlefield 1, and as of nov 17 2025, it said my xbox game pass expired, but i still have it active as of right now. can't get it to fix. i reinstalled ea app, rested the xbox app, none of them work. idk if its game pass premium acting up weirdly, or its just ea. :/ hopefully i can get a solution from yall, alr peaceGame Pass Premium&EA Play ISSUE
Hi all, I purchased a Rog Ally, and it came with 3 months of game pass premium, which includes EA play! How exciting! EXCEPT: I cannot get EA play to work for downloading games. I have tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalling both apps, tried to install from Xbox app, unlinked and relinked my accounts, restarted my system, contacted support, the list goes on and I can’t get an EA PLAY game to download, even though it’s all linked, same email, everything! I was truly looking forward to trying out EA play to see if I’d want to continue a subscription in the future; but this has absolutely turned me away from it. Any advice?
EA Play Pro Subscription accepted debit cards, but not full game purchases.
Hello, I used my debit card to purchase the EA Play Pro Subscription, and it worked perfectly. However, when I tried to use the debit card to purchase the individual game, it declined. I'm perplexed as to how this could happen when the payment site is the same for purchasing the EA Play Pro Subscription and any individual game. I mean, if the card isn't eligible for the EA Play site, it shouldn't work on the EA Play Pro subscription either, but it did. Please assist me in resolving the issue as soon as possible, as I would like to purchase a game during the Black Friday sale. Thank yourefund request
Hello, I need help with a refund issue. I had an EA Play annual subscription for $39.99. I upgraded to EA Play Pro monthly and was charged $16.99, and the Pro subscription is active. The system was supposed to refund the $39.99 from my EA Play annual subscription, but the refund failed. In my order history, it shows the refund as “FAILED”. Please issue a manual refund for the $39.99, since I paid for the Pro subscription and did not receive the refund. Thank you.

Hello, I've been playing FC26 for months through my EA Play Pro membership. This month, I decided to purchase the game directly. My EA Play Pro membership automatically renewed without my knowledge. I also purchased FC26, but I want a refund for my EA Play Pro membership. I don't play the other games on it and have never installed them. I only play FC26, and I bought it anyway. So, my EA Play Pro membership is meaningless.
Cannot Cancel EA play membership
When I go to https://www.ea.com/manage-membership/cancel to cancel the membership, there is an error and the website redirects to the main page. hello. I purchased my subscription now with hope that i can play the multiplayer and also get the rewards from doing so. Operators, battlepass, and all the stuff.. I open the game and i cant play nothing and i did not get no rewards . it says that i need to buy phantom edition or standard. I already had the game installed and played redsec before the purchase
