Missing rewards!!!!!!!!
Songkran glitch I opened the 40000 market pick token. I got 100 songkran tokens and i I claimed it from my inbox. I opened the 100 songkran tokens pack and i got 125 songkran tokens I claimed it from my inbox after opening the pack I did not get the songkran tokens I tried restarting the game and nothing happened. Fix it plsssssssssssssssMissing rewards
Everyone I had to report a glitch, in the new songkran event, I opened the 40000 market pick token 102-107 pack and got 100 songkran tokens, then I claimed it from my inbox. After claiming the tokens, I opened the 100 songkran tokens pack, in which I got 10,000 gems, 30,000 market pick tokens and 125 songkran tokens, I took the songkran tokens as it’s a benefit ( I spent 100 and got 125, 25 extra.) but when I claimed it from my inbox after opening the pack, I did not get the songkran tokens, they were lost, I tried reinstalling the app but did not work. PLEASE HELP!!Heroes chronical and icon chronical login quest stuck issue
I only got 7 days count on quest of heroes chronical and later login days not counted and also icon chronical 30 days login quest not counted and stuck on 7 days this happened to newly users please EA fix issue of login I can't claim my reward but this problem not occur in pitch beats event quest.I also attached screen shot as well.Bug issue
I purchased the 100 Songkran Coins pack and selected one of the three options for 125 Songkran Coins. At the time of purchase, I had a bad internet connection, and I didn’t receive the reward I selected — but the 100 Songkran Coins were still deducted from my account. I kindly ask you to check this issue and either give me back the reward I chose or refund the 100 Songkran Coins. Thank you in advance!Not receiving Songakram tokens
I collected 40,000 daily pick tokens and bought the 40,000 pick pack, from it I chose 100x songakram tokens. Then I used those songakram tokens to buy the songakram pick. From it I chose 125x songakram tokens, I also claimed them from my inbox but it didn't add to my balance of Songakram tokens.
