BUG CANJE DE FICHAS DE TIEMPO EXTRA 04
hola buenas noches quería saber si podían ayudarme, mi plataforma es IOS, el fifa mobile. Exactamente lo que hice fue un canje de 10.000 fichas de tiempo extra 04, por una ELECCIÓN ESTELAR, la cual te da a elegir 4 jugadores, el jugador que había elegido entre esas opciones, había sido Del Piero de global 106. Tampoco me emocione con eso, pero al canjearlo, el jugador nunca fue a mi club, literalmente se perdió luego del canje, como si se ubiese bugueado. Para hacer ese canje invertí aproximadamente 180.000.000 monedas para los canjes de los jugadores. Y realmente me tomó bastante tiempo hacerlo, por lo que por eso me tomo el trabajo de hacer el reclamo… realmente no me parece justo cuando hasta he hecho compras en la app. Entiendo que pudo haber sido un error y ya, por lo que agradecería mucho su ayuda. Cualquier pregunta, estoy a su disposición, espero ojalá pueda comprobar las transacciones dentro de la app para confirmar lo que estoy diciendo. Me quedé con 5millones y sin jugadores solo mi equipo titular, me comió todo ese canje. por favor, muchas gracias luego, volví a hacer otro canje esta vez con 2000 fichas. y siempre se buguea a la hora de que el jugador vaya al club en ambos casos no recibí al jugador
Bug issue or cheating.
Hi EA, I’ve been playing FC mobile on my iPhone(which is currently running ISO 18.6 beta software)for a long time now and I’ve noticed a massive increase of how unfair of your game has become and I can’t work out whether this is a conflict issue with your AI system, a software issue at your end or just a vast increase in hackers cheating. Either way I’d love you to explain it to me and hopefully rectify it because honestly I’m now getting totally peed off with the fact, that I’ve spent a lot of money and time building my team up to a OVR rating of 114 and yet no matter what game I play, be it VS attack, head to head or manager mode, my team is getting totally hammered and outplayed and I mean totally hammered and outplayed by teams with a OVR of 104 or less at least 50-60% of the time and most of my players are maxed out when it comes to ranking and training. Goal keepers are pulling off impossible/superhuman saves, every one of my opponent’s players are twice as fast as mine. Defenders are pulling of impossible blocks. Refs give very few if any free kicks to my team but the slightest touch on one of their players and it is an instant free kick. And when it comes to the challenge type of games there are to play within your platform, that crappy thing called AI that you’re using to supposedly make every football match as lifelike and real as possible, isn’t working, in fact it’s gone beyond real and into the realms of impossibility, when it comes to winning. It is so annoying because like I say, I have spent a lot of time and money on my team for nothing really. I do not feel as if I have any advantage anymore over lower rated teams. To be honest I just feel like a CASH COW for your organisation So come on, please tell me, is this an AI problem within your software or is it cheating on a global scale by hackers? Whichever it is it is time to get it sorted because it is really ruining what once was a good football platform by making it so boring.
I can't get any player over +107 from packs
From the start of Ragnarok event , I haven't get any high ranked player. I opened 3000 gems' pack everyday since the start of the event and the highest rank I picked is only 107 . I don't have money to buy FC points so I won't get any high ranked player from normal packs. Even I opened 2500 gems' pack and the highest rank is over 107. So, if you make the game only to the streamers and people who pay money announce it to stop normal people from wasting time playing this **bleep** game which made for the people who have money. I don't see the purpose from writing this like I can't see any purpose from making 3000 gems' pack from over 105 to over 111 if I will only get over 105 or over 106 and only 3 times over 107. What a ridiculous and **bleep** game. **bleep** on you.Lag issue
Whenever i start the game it automatically stars lagging too much and gives constant 20-30 fps, even after restarting it multiple times and playing over wifi or mobile data, doesn't happen in any games it just happens with fc mobile. Been facing this issue for atleast a week now. Pls solve it i cannot do any of my missions.Option to Forfeit
Whenever I am playing FC Mobile and I’m up by 2+ goals, my opponent just closes the game and I’m stuck with the A.I for the rest of the match which is annoying and not fun. I know some people do get disconnected due to internet issues but there should be a 30 second timer to be able to rejoin the game otherwise it will be a forfeit or the opponent can manually press the option to forfeit.
