Después de actualizar el sistema a la versión 17.5.10.321, Google Play sigue mostrando: “Tu dispositivo no es compatible con esta versión” para EA SPORTS FC Mobile.La tablet está actualizada y el problema continúa. ¿Podrían comprobar si el modelo TB330FU fue excluido accidentalmente de la lista de dispositivos compatibles?Fix your game system

Hello, FC Mobile does not allow me to use the graphics settings that my device should be capable of handling. My phone can run games at 60 FPS, but FC Mobile is currently limited to 30 FPS, and the available graphics quality is lower than expected. Please review my device and consider enabling 60 FPS and higher graphics quality for it. Device: Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G.
Hello, my phone is capable of running the game at 60 FPS and supports higher graphics settings, but FC Mobile is currently limited to 30 FPS on my device. afterthe latest Numero 10 event update, my Eden Hazard lw (Numero 10 event) card completely disappears when entering division rivals (H2H,VSA,or Manager mode). the player does not show up in the starting line up or the subtitutes bench during the match gameplay, even though he is placed correctly in my active squad outside the match. please fix this card asset issue or push a sync update to my account.121 champions event donnarumma card is absolute trash
121 donnarumma card is absolutely a waste this champions event donnarumma card have great stats but it's just being there in the stat it can't be seen anywhere in the gameplay he literally leaves every shots completely especially finesse i upgraded my goalkeeper from courtis to donnarumma expecting him to perform better because the 121 champions event donnarumma card outshines courtis in everything and plus the golden deflection playstyle i was so happy to redeem him but after redeeming him it has become my biggest regret because he's not even able to save the shots which were previously saved by courtis but this 121 donnarumma card he's literally not saving anything i spent 30000 shards on him nearly 31000 shards and this is my reward a goalkeeper who's worse than my previous goalkeeper i thought he would be upgrade after buying but truly he became a downgrade in my team his animation is really worst which is stopping him from making saves even though his diving is about 232 he dives so slowly that the ball is already inside before he starts diving he's not even like a goalkeeper in the team he's just like another random player in my team please fix his card please fix his animation do something about it I've been complaining about this to the customer support in game for like 20-30 times and I've also posted a complaint here in the forum once and this is my second complaint because my previous complaint was not taken seriously and the action for my complain is not being taken I hope you guys would atleast respond to this and fix his card properly. I randomly tried a 79 ovr goalkeeper and guess what i couldn't find any difference between him and my 121 donnarumma both are just good at leaving the shots, with his card I can't play the game peacefully if I miss to defend i should be able to depend on my goalkeeper but in this case if I miss to defend the goal is going in for sure because the goalkeeper is an absolute trash i hope you guys fix this 121 donnarumma champions event card please fix it soon.🙏🏻🙏🏻Hi EA FC Mobile
Recently theres an event of Numeto 10 and i was excited i started to play and the number "1" has 2 training match i played amd started playing number "0" it has 6 matches i played one and i thought it was gonna continue and when tommorow it reseted and started playing numero 10 again and suprisingly the matches and training didnt reset even when it reseted and when i clicked a closed match it said "complete 2 training to unlock 2 matches" but yesterday i played 2 training and 1 match just popped out not 2 and i try again it reseted its 3rd day of numeto 10 suprisingly again it didnt reset matches and training nothing popped out of new training amd new matches i think its a bug so EA can you fix i been trying to get all kits or**bleep**s from numero bit i cant get it because of the bugSubject: FC Mobile login error 0x00000001 – unable to access the game
Hello EA Support, I am unable to log in to EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my Android device. I consistently receive error 0x00000001. This problem is not related to an old FC Mobile account. I am trying to start the game, but I cannot even access the game for the first time. I have already tried the standard troubleshooting steps multiple times, including reinstalling the game, clearing cache/data, restarting the device, changing networks between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and updating Google Play services and the game. The same device has had this exact problem for about one year. Please check whether there is any device-level restriction, lock, ban, authentication issue, or server-side problem associated with my device that is preventing FC Mobile from completing the login process. Error code: 0x00000001 Device: Realme 12 Pro Android: Android 16 I would appreciate it if this case could be investigated by the technical team rather than receiving the standard troubleshooting steps, as I have already completed them many times. Hi EA Team, I am experiencing a major gameplay issue with the Ricardo Quaresma 121 OVR card in FC Mobile. According to the card attributes, his stats for Pace and Dribbling are very high. However, in actual gameplay, his performance is quite poor and does not match his stats at all. Here are the main problems I am facing: - Delayed Skill Moves: Whenever I try to use skill moves with him, there is a noticeable delay in responsiveness. - Poor Dribbling: Despite having high dribbling stats, his on-ball movement feels heavy and sluggish. It feels like the card is bugged or not performing according to its official attributes. I kindly request the development team to look into this issue and fix the Quaresma card performance. Hi EA Support, I would like to report a bug in Manager Mode. In my match, the first half reached exactly 45:00, but there was no stoppage-time indicator at all. Normally, the game displays stoppage time in red as +1, +2, +3, etc. There were also no interruptions before 45:00 — no goals, injuries, substitutions or other situations that would explain additional time. Despite there being no +1/+2/etc. displayed, the match continued until 45+5, and my opponent scored during this period. The goal was subsequently recorded in the match statistics as 45+5. What makes this particularly strange is that at the end of the second half, the game immediately stopped at 90:00, despite there having been a similar amount of stoppages during the half. Because no stoppage time was displayed at halftime, there was no way for me to know that the game would continue for another five minutes. This directly affected the result of the match, which I lost 1–0 because of the goal at 45+5. Could you please investigate whether this is a known Manager Mode bug? Thank you.
