Account banned and no info from EA on it, so trying to appeal:

EA FC Mobile Account Suspension Appeal - Error 0x00102710 And 647 Hours Duration
I am writing regarding the suspension of my EA SPORTS FC Mobile account. The suspension is tied to the User ID. I understand my account was suspended because I mistakenly used a hack version of the game. I acknowledge that I have violated EA's User Agreement, and I take full responsibility for my actions. The suspension details are: Error Code 0x00102710 and 647 hours duration. I understand that hacking or cheating is completely against the principles of a fair gameplay environment. I have learned from this mistake and firmly commit that, in the future, I will never, under any circumstances, use any form of third-party software or hack in any EA game. I promise to strictly adhere to all rules outlined in the Positive Play Charter from now on. As this is my first suspension, By acknowledging my mistake and pledging not to repeat such actions in the future. Thank you. Hi, i spend a lot of money into this games. I bought lot of fc point pack. I have been playing the games for last 4 years. I never use vpn and nothing illegal. Recently i was playing head to head. And then i thought i will play an unranked H2H match. I play once and win with 2-1. After finishing the match suddenly an error comes and kick me out, once i try yo login, it's saying suspended for 1 month. This is so bad. I cannot even claim a single player from this event. I highly request please check what's the issues. Otherwise i have nothing to say. I deserve to know why this happened. My Id name is: Evanian - 112 over. Guys i know the way to pass black logo login First delete all data Start the game Play as guest Play through all the tutorial until can open settinh menu Open setting Chooose link account, open your link account FB or google Load your previous saved games It works on me.. horrraayyyy..
