Double payment processed
An extra 99 rupees has been debited because of a glitch from fc mobile , in the scoring streak pack , I purchased once , got the reward , but the thing didn't unlock 🔓 so i purchased again , it processed the payment but no reward was recieved, hope I either get refund or the player pack of the respective reward , fc mobile ID- kd_4335.Store wont make the purchase it says technical problem
i went to the fc mobile topup store topup some fc points,i selected what thinh i want and selected the payment method after i clicked on go to checkout after filling everything up i touched the pay button it says no transaction is done and it says technical problems and 404 eror please tell me a solutionIt's showing banned for hours
Hello EA Support Team, My FC Mobile account has been suspended, and the message I receive says “Your account has been banned for hours.” However, no specific duration (hours or days) is mentioned, and I am currently unable to log in to my account. I am confused about whether this is a temporary suspension or a permanent ban. When I checked my penalty history, there are no previous violations or warnings shown on my account. I have been playing FC Mobile for a long time and have always tried to follow EA’s rules and fair-play policies. I have not engaged in cheating, harassment, abusive behavior, or any violation of the Terms of Service. I kindly request the EA technical team to please review my account manually and clarify the exact reason for this suspension. If this is a mistake, I sincerely request you to remove the suspension and restore my account access. This situation is very frustrating, especially without any prior warning or clear explanation. My FC Mobile account has been suspended for no reason. I keep seeing the message "Your account has been suspended for hours." No specific time or date is given. I can't log in because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a permanent ban or just a temporary suspension. EA Support, please review my account; there are no recorded penalties. I need to know how I can have my account suspended. It's completely unacceptable for EA to suspend long-time FC Mobile users without warning, especially since I haven't engaged in any violence or harassment against any other user for a long time. Today i started the last game on the left side of the juventus area . So that i can claim my 400tokens and del piero avatar. But qhen i started the game , my phone just turned turn off button , it was not becuz of powernissue , i accidently preesed the power button. So when i turned on ,i was back in the game. I started playing and won and completed all the tasks required to do . But when it was time to claim the reward.It suudenly showed you have to go back to login screen.Then when i came back to the event .. i didnt even get 400token or del piero avatar.. So could you guys please tell me why this happened and how can i fix it. Glorious era event is going to end in 4days and i have to claim The milstone reward Casillas..🤞Errors in matchmaking
Anytime I want to play any h2h match or even any of the division rivals match it's always showing errors, matchmaking failed and my network is very good even when I play normal challenge after finishing them it will start showing me I need to connect to the Internet and I'm connected already and the network I'd good
