Player errors
Although I have many quality players in my account, they constantly make a personal pass error, both in h2h mode and in coach mode, in h2h, I turn the cursor at 5 o'clock and I say pass, he gives forward, or he gives it back or goes and tries to pass to the farthest player, while counter attacking, I say give an intermediate pass when 3 players are empty, but he hits the opponent goalkeeper from a distance. These rust mistakes are really tiring now. I changed the settings many times, it didn't work, even with the iPhone 15 phone 54mbs, it passes extremely late, sometimes I press it many times, it doesn't work again. He's tired now. Lost Game Progress related to Linking to EA
I need this case escalated to an advisor for an account-linking issue. I lost access to my original FC Mobile profile after attempting to link my EA Account. During this process there appeared to be two accounts, I used a Revert option, and I may have subsequently deleted one of the EA accounts. My original FC Mobile profile still exists and is searchable by other players: Username: slicepin OVR: 121 Level: 30 Formation: 4-3-3 2 DMs My Game Center account is also named slicepin. However, signing into the same Game Center account now loads a new FC Mobile profile instead of my original profile. The new profile is currently linked to both Game Center and an EA Account. UID of the new/wrong profile: removed I do not know the UID of my original OVR 121 profile, because I can no longer access it. The original slicepin profile is still visible when searched from another FC Mobile account, and I can provide a screenshot. Please investigate the account-link/revert history and identify which EA Account or login was previously associated with my original slicepin FC Mobile profile. I am not asking to restore progress to this new UID; I need access restored to the original profile.Hakar

My FC Mobile account has been compromised. The hacker deleted my original registration email and has a persistent session/hardware link on their device. Changing passwords does not kick them out. Front-line chat keeps dropping and putting me in a broken transfer loop. I am a Free-to-Play (F2P) player, but I have all my original creation details (original email, device model, creation city, and date) ready to verify ownership. I'm a level 75 player who has invested a significant amount of time into FC Mobile. I play because I genuinely love football, competition, and the satisfaction of building a strong team. But lately, the experience has been testing my patience rather than rewarding it. I've opened 20 drafts hoping to obtain a player I genuinely wanted. I wasn't demanding Cristiano Ronaldo for free, and I would even have been happy with Pepe. I understand that rewards involve randomness. What frustrates me is how disappointing the experience feels when players put in the time and effort to participate but repeatedly walk away dissatisfied. On top of that, the game stutters across every mode. Controls feel delayed, gameplay freezes, and matches become frustrating for reasons that appear unrelated to my actual football decisions. This is a technical issue that deserves serious attention, not a response telling players to keep trying. Let me be clear: I am not asking for special treatment, free rewards, or guaranteed players outside the published rules. I'm asking for a game that performs properly, transparent information about draft odds and guarantees, and a support team that takes persistent problems seriously. A loyal player should not have to choose between silently accepting a frustrating experience and risking their account by speaking up. Criticism is not disrespect. Players should be able to raise legitimate concerns without feeling that their voices don't matter. Please investigate the performance problems I'm experiencing and provide a meaningful response about the game's draft and reward mechanics. Ea FC Mobile shows "device not compatible" after reinstall Hi EA Support, I'm having trouble reinstalling EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my device. Device: Samsung Galaxy A06 (model SM-A065F) OS: Android 16 (One UI 8) What happened: I had FC Mobile installed and working perfectly on this exact device. Yesterday I deleted the app, and today when I try to reinstall it from the Google Play Store, it shows "This app is not compatible with your device." Nothing about my device has changed since it last worked. Could you please check the compatibility manifest for the Galaxy A06 (SM-A065F) and let me know if this can be corrected, or advise on how I can reinstall the game? Thank you for your help.
Gameplay Problems
Respected FC Developers, After the recent fc mobile 27 update the passing system is now so bad that my players are literally passing to opponent players every single time. Sometimes the shoot, pass, through, skill moves buttons are not working for which players are missing great opportunities to score goals. The system of finding opponents in VSA, H2H, Manager Mode is brutal as because after reaching 9 stars in H2H/VSA i am facing opponents with more than 30 stars. Sometimes in very important matches we are getting disconnected although we are getting good ping. After getting defeated in a match against 30 stars to 50 stars or more stars opponents the game will give the same amount of stars opponents for 5 to 6 times in a row. Another thing is that after taking the ball from opponent without takling or sliding i am always getting a foul but whenever my opponent is committing a brutal takle or slide he/she is not getting a foul which is very frustrating. I hope you will listen to our queries and will fix them.Stop scripted in vsa, h2h and manager mode
Hi Dev As subject, pls stop scripted upon reaching FC Champion. I have 126 ovr team. I am unable to play this scripted game. Player doesn't respond as they used to. Defender keep standing still in vsa, h2h and manager mode. Script are too much on FC 27. Way too much. Tks.I'm locked out of my level 52 / 125 OVR account due to Game Center sync error
on iOS, I was locked out of my account (Chickengamer16) which was only synced to my game center, and on october 1st, that game center locked me out of that account and gave me a new account which i don't want, ive tried every method to get Chickengamer16 back but it doesnt work, I've provided 2 screenshots below (my team lineup and the stats in division rivals) as proof that it exists, can anyone help get my account back please?Game/Match Loading Error
I used to play FC Mobile 26 on my phone without any issues using mobile data. Sadly, since I updated the game to FC Mobile 27, the game cannot be loaded or played on mobile data. Whenever I tried to play using my phone’s internet, I get this error: “Please check your internet connection or free up storage “. Mind you, I have more than 20GB of free storage on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, the device I have been using to play FC Mobile since I joined the game. Kindly look into the situation and provide a solution. Thanks
