I recently reinstalled the game after a long time of absence and I found myself facing this error. I have followed some suggested possible solutions to my problem that I have found on the web but still the problem perseveres. Strangely enough, when I joined with cellular data, the game connected me and I was able to play, connecting my accounts and stuff like that. Although when I re-enabled my WiFi connection, the game immediately disconnected and showed the same error once again. Steps that I have taken to solve solution and failed: Uninstall/ Reinstall Check for Updates Remove Cache data and relaunch Force stop the application Join with cellular data, then switch to WiFi Check system requirements (the device passes the requirements) It's worth noting I am joining from Greece and I am not using a VPN It would be really helpful as a returning player to help me find a solution. Beckham skill moves are way too slow
Is it something the devs changed? But for a while now every midfielder kinda has slow skill moves, or does the dribbling attribute affect the speed that much? Because in gameplay my midfielders be losing the ball most of the time because of slow skill moves, and I don't like how my 110 over Beckham is outran by some 99 ovr defender, seems a bit useless. Hope u fix this

EA Sports developers, Your choice to block access to the thunderstruck even was totally unfair. There I alot of users who have finished all the matches and collected every thunderstruck token to unlock the 102- 105 final reward thunderstruck player. All of us were eagerly waiting for the day to collect it. But what you did is to block the event and the trials just one day before the final step. It was a very bad decision to make. And now, there is only around 2 weeks time for the event to conclude. We thought that you would relaunch the event just like you reopened the league phase store page. But now we think it will never happen. Please fix this. Please don't lose our trust with you. Hope you will figure out a solution. Thankyou...Bought a store offer, didn't receive full reward
I recently bought the Lunar New Year Daily Reward chain, where it advertised that I would receive a 91 Mascherano, resources and a TOTY/LNY player + One red envelope DAILY. I haven't received any red envelope and the offer has been around for some days now. I should have received 4 red envelopes until now. What is happening?
Winter Wonders Palmer Claim Issue
Hi, After the "Slippery Slope" challenge stopped working, players were given the remaining days granted to them for the 105 Rated Palmer for free. I also got this. I claimed him, and he was sent to my club. I had less than 2000 players in my club, went to find him and I couldn’t. I don't have many 100+ players, so I KNOW I'm just skipping past him. I looked back on the reward section, ans It said I claimed the reward already, I assumed it was just a bug and went on with my day, to find that the next day I still had no palmer despite claiming him. I've found this extremely frustrating, but help would be appreciated. Any further info you need I can provide. Thank you.
Fc mobile bad customer service
So i played fc mobile with underage account so i cant bind account to my another account(stupid * system). its kinda my fault because i usually didnt care about the age i set on my account beacuse usually i can set it later so i think i set my account as a 10years old i guess idk. i tried to contact the customer service trough FC Mobile got my reply 1 day after i send them a message. they want me to upload my id so i uploaded my id. No replies. 1 or more day i forgot. Different person came in asking my id so i send it again. No replies again. it always like this. I did it 3x times. This is stupid. I cant save the progress i did all this year
iPad ios Game Mode doesnt work in only EA FC Mobile
Hi fc mobile team. Since the new fc mobile update. My ipad game mode hasn’t been activating automatically when playing fc mobile. Its supposed to activate automatically when playing mobile games. There is no manual option to activate it. It used to activate automatically when playing fc mobile 3 updates before i think. My ipad game mode activates automatically in other games perfectly though. I tried it on my iphone 13 pro. Nd it doesnt work in though. Seems like ios game mode has been bugged on fc mobile. Pls fix it asap. ThankYou.Cannot purchase in HK webstore.
I created my account in Australia, but I am currently living in mainland china/hk. When I log into the webstore and attempt to make a purchase, it refuses to let me pay using wechatpay (for example) in the HK region, and prompts me to pay in the country of my account creation. However, this is not feasible, as I no longer have access to any of the payment methods in the Australian region. I have changed my EA account region to HK, which has not rectified the issue. Is it possible to manually change this so I can make purchases?
Glitch happened after i won a word class difficulty so i had to restart the app
I played a world class difficulty where it was 0-2 and i spent an hour trying to win, and when i finnaly won a glitch occured and my screen was stuck at loasing for 15 mins so i restarted the app and then i couldnt claim there reward, so i have to do it againTapjoy is not credditin
Tapjoy is not creditting me with the rewards for the levels i have completed, however is saying they have creditted it and if i have to received the gems, to contact eafc mobile for help. On doing so, they tell me to reach out to tapjoy support, However now i am stuck because im not receiving help from anyone despite spending a bit of money on the game, i have not received any rewards.
