Unable to trade DRAFT players for extra time tokens
I have run into a issue recently where I have been unable to find the players on exchange here. Please let me know what I have to do to fix this. I have tried manually unlocking each player but that does not seem to work either. (NOTE: Marquez 111 CB is locked but still available for exchange)Poco X8 pro h2h gameplay problem.
Hi there, My device is poco x8 pro. chipset: mediatek dimensity 8500. when playing h2h the analog is unresponsive and delayed, the player's movements are also strange. ball control is also difficult. is this a problem with my device or the developer does not support the new chipset yet, because this is a new chipset. do any of you use poco x8 pro?Game is lagging I'm Scouting camp gameplay mode.
I am Kaashif, my team name is EduHubKotaFC, from Indian Subcontinent region, my complaint is that in Scouting camp from a very long time, game use to starts lagging from 30th minute of game and till half time, game becomes unplayable, for recorded proof, pls allow me to share screen recording. My UID is [removed]. Look how shameless they are, they are asking in recent feedback why are not playing Scouting camp mode
Connection issue
I am writing this with a very heavy heart. I have been a loyal and dedicated player of this game since the early FIFA Mobile days, investing years into building my team. Lately, the game has become unplayable for me, and it is honestly heartbreaking. I moved from Bangladesh to Portugal last year. Despite having a top-tier setup, I am facing constant lag and stuttering. Device: iPhone 14 Pro Internet: 5G Connection (Speed: 200-300 Mbps) UID: [Removed - CM] Even with this setup, the lag persists. What hurts most is the emotional toll. When the game stutters because of your servers, my opponents mock me and spam toxic emotes while I stand helpless. It is incredibly frustrating to be treated this way because of a problem I cannot control. I suspect it’s a server-related issue since my relocation. Please check if my account is on the correct server or optimize my connection. As one of your oldest players, I am begging you to look into this. I love this game and don’t want to be forced to quit. rank points are very few. I get a player and I can't play with him at max rank for days or weeks, by the time I have the full rank of 2000 rank points, I lose interest in the game. Why can't I get 10 rank points after every match? If you get a player, can you rank him up? Do you have to buy everything for money? If I open the 1500 diamonds it gives me 75 rank points, should I open 30 of them? This is not normal...EA

Hello EA. I am writing this regarding my shards that I got from the TOTS Box week 2. I did not receive my shards. I opened the pack, but it did not reflect on my shards balance. Please fix this? I got the 2,500 option and the 300 option for shards, but it did not reflect on my side. Thank youLagging gameplay 24×7.
From the last 2-3 months, in my region(Rajasthan, India), game is lagging in almost every occasions, which prevent me to playing H2H matches. There are only two specific duration before this Thursday where I could play H2H matches without lags, but from this Thursday game is lagging 24×7. Pls take care of that, as a F2P, I never complained about my pack luck and all, so just give us a quality gameplay. Also, you don't need to do Gmails, act on the problems pls.
FC Mobile and the Never-Ending Lag
It’s unbelievable that this game has such massive latency/lag with every event, and that EA won’t even bother to try to improve its servers—going from 60ms last year to 100ms now, with even more sluggishness, and even after this update, the game still stutters at times. I’ve already tried my own internet connection, my friends’ internet connections, and 5G mobile data, and nothing solves the problem it’s clearly an issue with the game and the servers. I’m from El Salvador, and it’s a shame to spend money on this game and not get a decent gaming experienceHead 2 Head issue
I’ve been trying to play division rivals but my ping keeps spiking randomly which already makes the game harder to even play and I’m already deciding whether or not to ever play this game again. It’s absolutely ridiculous how the game still hasn’t fixed the issue of internet connection between both players. I start a match at around 30ms( which is good to play all games) and after i scored one goal the match gets expired...another super feature to play this useless game...and so called community managers and developers just increase the bug and think the game is better...but so called game is becoming trash day by dayCrashing issue
I am having a problem of crashing and lagging in the game since the past few days on the first day it was only in head to head matches but from today morning itself it is showing that the lagging a came to the a micros also I have cleared the catches of the game I have restarted my device and I do have storage more than of 20 GB on my device other games doesn't have it any kind of this problem only FC mobile my game as this problem this problem as soon as possible
