terrible control and gameplay, how is it possible that my players like Raphinha 122OVR regularly forget the ball when they run in VSA. How can you win when at important moments my players always do something that is not normal. I also feel like you do it on purpose just for me to lose. Think about it that you ask for such a game and want people to spend money. Official Complaint – Major Issues in Manager Mode Hello, I would like to report a major and extremely frustrating issue in Manager Mode that has completely ruined my gameplay experience. I am an experienced player, and I have invested a lot of time and money into this game. My team is very high rated (OVR 123–124), with top-tier players such as Gullit, Messi, Maradona, Beckham, Pelé, Cafu, Donnarumma, Pirlo, Son, and others — all around 122 OVR. Despite this, I am experiencing serious gameplay problems that make the mode feel broken and unfair. 1. AI Players Not Following Tactics / No Movements. Scale problem! (10/10) No matter what tactics I use, my players do not behave according to instructions. They play as if they are “frozen”: They move slowly with the ball They show no intention to pass They do not make attacking runs They do not create space Even when I set tactics for fast passing, my players hold the ball too long and pass very late, often directly to the opponent. In many situations, they simply stop in front of defenders and lose the ball easily, instead of making logical decisions. This happens every match, not occasionally. 2. Complete Lack of Attacking Intelligence -Scale problem !(10/10) My players do not position themselves properly in attack: They do not open passing lanes They do not run into space They do not support the ball carrier It feels like they are disconnected from the game, as if the ball does not exist for them. Meanwhile, my opponents’ teams: Press aggressively Move intelligently Create chances easily This creates a huge and unfair contrast between my team and my opponents. 3. Shooting Delay / Poor Decision Making - Scale problem (9/10) When my players have a clear chance to shoot, they often: Delay the shot unnecessarily Wait until a defender closes them down Then shoot directly into a block This feels intentional, as if the AI is programmed to waste scoring opportunities. At the same time, opponents can score from unrealistic situations, including long shots from midfield that should not normally result in goals. 4. Defensive Collapse & No Recovery - scale problem (8,5/10) After losing possession: My players do not track back They leave huge spaces in defense They run randomly, without purpose It feels like there is no defensive structure at all, regardless of tactics. My team does not press, does not recover, and does not react properly to danger. 5. Unfair Match Outcomes / Losing Streak. Scale problem (10/10) I had 20 stars and then lost 19 consecutive matches, which is completely unacceptable given the quality of my team. What is even more suspicious is that: I consistently concede goals around the 7th minute This happens repeatedly, almost every match It creates the impression that matches are pre-determined or scripted, rather than based on performance. 6. Weak Opponents Performing Unrealistically .scale problem (9/10) I frequently lose against teams with much lower OVR, which should not happen so consistently. These opponents: Play faster React better Score unrealistic goals Meanwhile, my high-rated players perform far below expectations. 7. One-Sided Gameplay / Possible Exploits. Scale problem (9/10) What is extremely frustrating is that these issues only seem to affect my team. My opponents’ teams: Press properly Build attacks correctly Make intelligent runs My team does the opposite in every situation. This creates the feeling that something is fundamentally wrong — whether it is broken AI, hidden mechanics, or even possible exploits. Final Note I have already submitted multiple complaints, but nothing has changed. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this game, yet I have never felt truly satisfied due to these persistent issues. At this point, it feels like the game is not rewarding skill, tactics, or team quality. Conclusion Manager Mode is currently unbalanced, inconsistent, and extremely frustrating to play. Hi everyone, I am writing to report a compatibility issue regarding EA SPORTS FC Mobile 26 on my tablet. Device Details: Model: Lenovo Tab M10 (3rd Gen) TB328FU Processor: Unisoc T610 GPU: Mali-G52 Currently, the Google Play Store says: "Your device isn't compatible with this version." However, I manually installed the game via APK to test it. The game actually runs and is playable on Medium Settings. While there is some minor lagging occasionally, it is stable enough to play. Since my hardware is capable of running the game at these settings, I kindly request the development team to add the Lenovo Tab M10 (3rd Gen) to the official compatibility list on Google Play Store and provide further optimization for this chipset. Hello, I am writing this post to report several major gameplay issues I have consistently experienced in FC Mobile, especially in Head-to-Head (H2H) mode. I am not a casual player — I have played FIFA on console from 2002 to 2021 and have competitive experience, including tournament wins. I understand football mechanics and gameplay balance, and the issues below are not subjective — they are recurring and clearly affect fairness. 1. Joystick / Player Control Bug Problem scale (9/10) When my opponent is building an attack in my half and I try to apply pressure quickly, especially on the wings, I often cannot properly control my player. Even though I am clearly holding the joystick toward the opponent and pressing sprint, my player runs in the opposite direction or ignores my input completely. This issue happens most frequently while sprinting, which is a major problem because in those moments I need to sprint to catch the opponent. The only way to regain control is to slow down, which gives the opponent a huge advantage. As a result, when my opponent is sprinting, I have no realistic chance of catching them, because my movement is restricted by this bug. 2. Possession & AI Movement Imbalance problem scale (10/10) In most matches, I dominate possession with over 60%, trying to build attacks patiently and intelligently. However, when I reach the final third and look for a decisive pass, my attacking and midfield players do not make runs, do not position themselves, and do not offer passing options. They often stand still or hide behind defenders, making it extremely difficult to create chances. On the other hand, when my opponent is attacking, their players immediately run into open spaces, often into large gaps left by my own defensive AI. My defenders sometimes behave as if I have already regained possession — they push forward or abandon their positions, leaving huge spaces behind. This creates a very noticeable imbalance between my team’s AI and the opponent’s AI. 3. Tackle & Rebound System problem scales (9/10) Whenever I successfully perform a tackle and touch the ball, instead of gaining possession, the ball ricochets directly back to the opponent, often in the opposite direction — and many times straight into the path of their attacking players. In some cases, this results in the opponent being left completely alone with the goalkeeper, even though I made a correct defensive action. The frustrating part is that this does not work the same way for me — when my opponent tackles me, the ball usually stays under their control without random rebounds. 4. Defensive Tackle Behavior. Problem scale(9/10) When my opponent tackles my player, my player frequently falls to the ground as if it was a foul, yet no foul is given. At the same time, the opponent instantly gains full control of the ball, without any rebound or loose-ball situation. This creates a situation where I lose possession unfairly, and the opponent transitions instantly into attack. 5. Dribbling & Defensive AI Issues. Problem scale (9/10) When my opponent performs skill moves, such as a roulette, especially in my half, I try to anticipate the movement and position my defender correctly. However, even when I move the joystick in the correct direction, my selected player moves in the opposite direction or reacts incorrectly, as if my input is ignored. At the same time, my central defenders leave massive gaps in defense, behaving as if we are in attack instead of defending. Instead of staying in position, they move forward or drift away, creating open spaces that the opponent easily exploits. 6. Corner Kick (Defensive) Issue :problem scale (9/10) Whenever my opponent takes a corner and crosses into my box, I try to clear the ball. However, almost every time, the cleared ball goes directly to an opponent positioned outside the box, where I have no players at all. This leaves me with no chance to react or recover the ball, and the opponent can simply take a shot from distance. What is even more frustrating is that they often score through multiple defenders (7–8 players in the box), while my goalkeeper reacts very poorly or not at all. 7. Passing Power & Interception Issue :problem scale(9/10) When I try to pass the ball quickly across the field, even if I apply maximum power, the ball does not travel with the necessary speed. Because of this, opponents can easily intercept passes, even when they are coming from behind my player — something that should not normally happen. This issue is especially noticeable in the opponent’s half, where quick passing is essential to create chances. 8. Kick-Off Glitch problem scale 10/10)! In many matches, my opponents consistently score directly from kick-off using what appears to be a kick-off glitch. What is extremely frustrating is that even when I am fully aware of what my opponent is trying to do — running straight toward my goal immediately after kick-off — my players do not react properly at all. When I try to select players to press or recover the ball, each player I control starts running forward toward the opponent’s half, as if I am the one in possession and they are trying to receive a pass. This behavior completely ignores the actual situation on the field. Even worse, my defenders (including central defenders) push forward and leave large gaps in defense, instead of tracking back or positioning themselves to stop the attack. Because of this, the opponent can simply run in a straight line toward my goal with almost no resistance and take an easy shot. It feels like my entire team is momentarily “out of control” during kick-off situations. Another important point is that this issue appears to be one-sided — I am never able to replicate this behavior myself. The glitch seems to benefit my opponents consistently, but not me. This creates a repetitive and unfair gameplay loop that is extremely frustrating. 9. Corner Kick (Attacking) Issue :problem scale (8/10) When I take corners and cross the ball to my tallest players, I press the shoot button expecting a header. However, my player often does not react at all, as if the input was ignored. The opponent then clears the ball far up the field, directly to their attacker near midfield, while my defense is completely out of position. This leads to a counterattack where the opponent runs at unrealistic speed and ends up 1v1 with my goalkeeper — often scoring. 10. Input Delay & Lag problem scale,(7/10) Even though I play on a stable connection (10–15 ms), I experience a noticeable delay of around half a second. For example, when I press the pass button, I expect an immediate action, but due to the delay, my player holds the ball longer than intended. This causes me to lose possession easily, often in my own half, which gives the opponent an easy opportunity to create a dangerous attack. Additionally, the game sometimes feels like it is running on 90–100 ms, despite the low ping. Additional Issue – Connection / Performance There are also moments of severe lag and inconsistent gameplay speed, even with a very good internet connection. Final Note Since the introduction of heavy AI assistance, the skill gap feels significantly reduced. It often feels like the game rewards randomness and assisted mechanics rather than player skill. As a result, truly skilled players are no longer distinguished — instead, outcomes feel influenced by assistance and luck. Conclusion These issues seriously affect gameplay quality, fairness, and competitive integrity in FC Mobile. I hope the development team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall gameplay experience. I hope this is helpful for everyone! I recently bought the 114 flashback oyarzabal card of 118 upgrade and I thought I would be good but he can't even do good skills my skills lineup is body feint, rainbow, elastico and lane change and he can't do any of them except body feint like what his amin football is left and its 5 and the right is 3!!! The majority of the times I play head to head, the skill moves are being delayed when the players are told to make that move. My players are constantly unable to shift in between sprinting and running enough when other players are on the attacking front. The constant shift in between buttons are sometimes irrelevant when needed for example: a loose ball comes towards the goalkeeper when everyone is on the opposing side's half, the goalkeeper is unable to do anything until it's rolling out of play for a goal kick then I am able to switch the goalkeeper to GK RUSH. It is very stressful to play the game with these types of problems and I don't know if they're solvable by themself.Extremely dissatisfied.*
Hello, I am a player from Thailand and my in-game name is BUS.mysea. Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with the direction your game is going. It feels like the developers no longer care about the players who have supported the game for so long. Recently, almost every activity and player acquisition system has been changed into some kind of draft or luck-based mechanic. The game now feels heavily pay-to-win, and it’s becoming less and less enjoyable. What’s even more frustrating is that even when a team has significantly higher stats than the opponent, the gameplay often feels completely random and unbalanced. A much weaker team can still compete evenly or even win by a huge margin. What’s the point of building a strong team if the gameplay balance is like this? It also feels like the game hasn’t improved at all for a long time. The graphics look the same, the player movements look the same, and there’s barely any meaningful gameplay improvement. Meanwhile, it seems like the only thing that keeps increasing is how much money the game tries to take from players. To be honest, I feel like deleting this game many times. The only reason I haven’t done it yet is because I’ve already spent money on it, and that makes it hard to walk away. Many players in my country feel exactly the same way. On community fan pages created by players, people are all saying the same thing: the game is becoming less fun, there’s no real development, and it feels like the focus is only on monetization instead of improving the game. For over a year now, the game has had erratic moments where latency spikes to the point where it’s almost unplayable—and not just in H2H and VSA matches, but throughout the entire game, including event matches. Even now that the game is generating more revenue from drafts, I thought gameplay would at least improve, but the opposite has happened. This is NOT an overwritten account recovery request. Here is my situation clearly explained: My main FC Mobile account name: SaYarGyiBaNaing Player ID: [removed—please do not share publicly] The account is still accessible via Facebook login. However, there is a broken/ghost EA email linked to this account. What happened: Before the issue, I was able to log in to the Webstore and redeem website using my EA email, and it correctly accessed my main account. One day, I cleared game data and accidentally selected a Level 0 profile when logging in with EA, which caused an overwrite situation on the EA side. I immediately deleted the Level 0 profile. Now: I can access my main account using Facebook. In-game settings still show that EA is linked. But when I log in to EA Help or Webstore using that EA email, it says no account exists. Support says unlinking is not possible. Support also says no platform is linked. In-game support keeps responding with bots and does not connect me to a human advisor. So currently, my main account has a ghost/broken EA link attached, and I cannot remove or correct it. I am not asking to recover an overwritten account. Hello, I need help recovering my FC Mobile account. Around 20 days ago, my account was accessed without my permission and the email linked to it was changed. After that, when I tried logging in with my Gmail, it showed no account was linked. Because of this, I accidentally created a new FC Mobile account using the same Gmail. I still have full access to my original Gmail, which was linked to my account before it was changed. I want to recover my original FC Mobile account. I can provide details to verify ownership such as my username, device (Android), and in-game information like my team, level, and coins. I was trying to join a H2H matches, but the server was not loading. I checked that my WiFi connection was stable before starting. Even when the downloaded was saying it was at 100%, the server was not loading on time for the game to start.
