FC Mobile freezes when opening Squad screen
Hello, I am having an issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. The game works normally, including matches, the store, and other menus. However, whenever I open the Squad/Lineup page, the entire game freezes and becomes unresponsive. I have already tried: - Clearing cache - Reinstalling the game - Restarting my phone - Updating my device - Changing battery settings My device is Xiaomi 11T Pro. The issue started after opening several player packs. I also tested the same account on another device (tablet), and the Squad screen still freezes there as well. This suggests the issue is related to my account or squad data rather than my device. Please check if there is a problem with my squad data or account and help resolve this issue. WE WANT THE BEST FOR THE GAME
We cannot really start to talk about issues in FC MOBILE 26, First of all, many users have complained of disconnection while playing or even about to start a match, I personally have lost stars because of this. Second of all, Internet connection. It's better to improve the game to boost the experience, running on 100-150ms or even 300ms then it returns to 23ms whenever it wants slows experience. Hello EA Support, I need help recovering my FC Mobile account. When I try to log in with my EA Account, it says the date of birth in FC Mobile does not match the date of birth on my EA Account. Hello EA team, I'm writing to report a performance issue on my Infinix Hot 40 Pro, which is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor (8GB RAM, 120Hz display). The 60 FPS option is completely unavailable in EA SPORTS FC Mobile, even though this chipset is more than capable of handling it. Other graphic-intensive games run at 60fps and above on this device without any issues. This is clearly not a hardware limitation — it's a missing software optimization on EA's side. Many players with Helio G99 devices are facing the same problem, and we'd appreciate an official response and a fix in an upcoming update. Hi. Yesterday, I just bought a new phone for myself, the Xiaomi 17T Pro. With an SoC like Dimensity 9500, it'll surely play at 120 fps smoothly, yes? But no. Turns out, the game is able to play with the Very High frame rate setting, but on the game boost interface, it looks like it's capped at 60 fps. I'm not sure if this a software bug, the game itself, or because the phone had just came out a few day ago. This also happens to my brother's POCO F7, which applies to the same issue as above. You can look for the proof on both phones as following: Note: I have tried multiple things across both devices, such as disabling the default frame rate for games through developer mode, making sure that the refresh rate is set to custom 144 Hz and 120 Hz respectively, as well as not enabling battery saver.
