gameplay freeze
Lately, I've been experiencing gameplay freezes while playing one-on-one matches, even though previously my device ran very smoothly with smooth movements when playing. But why is this happening lately? My device has 258 GB of memory and 8 GB of RAM... This makes me reluctant to play EA FC Mobile.
Lost my FC Mobile Account, Need Help!
Hi, I lost my EA FC Mobile account after trying to switch between two accounts on the same device. My previous account had GER 106, and I spent weeks building my team. I have my account ID, but I can't log in anymore. Can someone help me recover it? My team had players like Lamine Yamal 109, Martínez GK 107, Raphinha 105, Beckham 106, Touré Hero 106, Pelé 100, Schlobetterck 102, Stam 106, Grimaldo 103, Tevéz 105 and Alexander-Arnold 103. Добрый грёбаный день вам в хату, товарищи разработчики. Хотел у вас спросить, что за умный создатель такой придумал вероятность выпадения тех или иных игроков с пакетов??? Вам наверное нравится издеваться над людьми, раз вы так делаете, почему я за два с половиной года играя в вашу чудесную игру, не выбил из пакетов или наград НИ РАЗУ самого высокорейтингового игрока??? Как и почему это происходит? Вы скажете что вы тут не причем конечно, НО, это же вы все это и настраиваете...Обьясните мне почему уже десятый день подряд я ловлю только самых низкорейтинговых игроков из пакетов??? А до этого были постоянно только на один или два пункта по овр выше, как и почему это так работает... Кому то вы даёте по два или даже три самых высокорейтинговых игрока на данный момент, а таким как я вы кидаете г₽#@о???Зачем и почему? Как я ни разу так и не смог нигде выбить хорошую карту игрока за ДВА С ПОЛОВИНОЙ ГОДА... Объясните МНЕ, МОЖЕТ Я БОЛЕЮ И ЧТО ТО НЕ ПОНИМАЮ? МОЖЕТ Я ДУРАК??? И вы после таких подачек хотите что бы вам еще и донатили? Вы игру уже ниже дна опустили, играть не во что и нет интереса что то проходить, игроки не выпадают никогда, а играть одними и теми же бичами по пол года это идиотизм...Вы почти похоронили игру, а еще совсем недавно я получал от нее удовольствие...жаль что ваши китайские пальцы мигрантов убили игру и продолжают еще больше ее гробить...Всем спасибо, у меня все, разработчики молодцы, им на нас плевать...FC MOible BUGS
Dear EA FC Mobile Team, I’m a passionate player who enjoys the game but feels it needs major improvements to reach its full potential. First, the game suffers from frequent Wi-Fi disconnections and lag, even on strong connections, which causes unfair match losses—an auto-reconnect system and better server stability are urgently needed. There are also bugs like disappearing controls, freezing during gameplay, and quests not tracking progress properly, all of which should be fixed to improve the player experience. Most importantly, defending feels unresponsive—player switching is slow, tackles are delayed, and defenders often don’t react in time. Please make defending more skill-based, faster, and smoother. On top of that, FC Mobile would benefit greatly from features already in FC 26, like gameplay presets (Competitive vs Authentic), smarter AI and goalkeepers, player roles and traits (like PlayStyles), and live knockout tournaments or competitive events. These changes would make the game more fair, immersive, and exciting. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so FC Mobile can become its best.
No sign in options....
I am regular user on fc mobile but yesterday, I deleted the game and I redownloaded it but since then, whenever the game data downloads and the login screen comes, there is only 'Guest' login option. Usually, It should be like Google, facebook, EA account login and then guest account. But, it is only 'guest' login Please solve this Bug/issue or provide a better version link of fc mobile to download it. Thanks, A userMy fc mobile account still ban
On July 30th, I was banned from the competition. I filed a complaint, but there was no fine record on the website. Monday, July 28, 2025 around 11:10 Paris time, I had a little more than 3500 shards for the Ragnarok Mighty Winter event. So I decided to take 3 players from the gallery, Touré 111, Nedved 111 and Carlos Alberto 111. I selected the players one after the other, I had the player allocation cutscenes then when I went to my squad, I only found Carlos Alberto. The other 2. Touré and Nedved were not in my squad. When I go to check my remaining shards, I see that the 1000 shards for each of the 2 players are no longer on my account. When I go to the gallery, I see that the 2 players Touré 111 and Nedved 111 have the validation checkmark, so I can no longer take them. The game has crashed. I've been making requests through the game since Monday, July 28th, but everyone I contact is just messing me around. I want and demand my legally acquired players back. i wanted to link my current account to ea games account which is associated with facebook . But i had to delete Ea games fc mobile account which i dont use and then when i get back to login pace i chose get back to 115 Gen facebook account. But on the popup page it was warning says '' are you sure you want to overwirte 0 gen eagames account on 115 gen Panturkist account'' in Turkish . it wasnt what i want so i chose other option Which says '' are you sure you want to overwrite 115 Gen panturkist account on 0 Gen Eagames account'' yes so i chose this one and when i login to game ''puff'' my my 115 gen uid: 630901170873683968 account gone . Do you think its my fault or Ea games translator fault ?
