Not getting updated rosters in Be a Pro
I have my Current Default Roster set to Online Roster 4, dated 3/23/2026. I fire up Play Now with the Penguins, and it uses the current roster, trade deadline deals and all. I create a new Be a Pro and get all the way through Juniors tournament and Memorial Cup, and finally on to the Pens, the very first thing I see is Jarry in net. It’s using the very first original roster. Am I doing something wrong?WHAT IS THIS SAVE ANIMATION
In what world is this an actual save animation. Like cmon this can’t be for real. This game is such a joke and isn’t fun to play. I like to try to have fun but can never get around to actually having fun cause of BS like this. Long way to go before you have a good game again. Maybe try implementing features from older titles that people actually enjoyed28 second rule from bench on special teams BAP
Noticed playing BAP that everytime im on the bench and hit "sim to next shift", if a penalty is called during that time frame I get to come out with 28 seconds left on the PP EVERY time. Had it happen a couple times while my team is on the PK as well but PP is without fail every single time.Playoff difficulty
Hi. I only play offline franchise mode. There are so many things wrong with it. But right now what really bugs me is that when playoffs begin the difficulty of the game changes so much. Suddenly it's another game. It's a lot of work to set all the sliders and options the way so playing isn't too hard or too easy during the regular season and after updates... Then the playoff starts and everything changes. Your players won't hit the goal and suddenly they can't pass the puck. (Passing is actually the worst part of NHL gameplay, though hockey is a team game). The other team will charge your D-men, so you can't get out of your own zone... This shows more on AHL league, where players are not so talented. I often play with locked position but you can't in playoffs cause your teammates just play so slowly.... I'd understand tactical changes for the playoffs or so, but suddenly the team you beat maybe too easily in regular season, is superior to you. And what is worse, players in your team begin to play badly. I don't know. There's so much that isn't right in this game... NHL14 was a good game...Be a pro stuck on the same line
I am currently in my second season of be a pro and since my very first game, every time I receive a challenge to move up from the second to the first line, I instead am only allowed to pick one option instead of the normal humble influential and superstar options I’m stuck with just saying goodbye instead. This makes so when I look down at challenge tab the move up to the next line challenge is nowhere to be seen. This bug isn’t an issue with other challenges though for example the endorsement and make the playoffs challenges work just fine it’s just move up lines challenges that don’t work. How do I fix this?
Offensive back skating
What is that offensive back skating thing, i know its been a long time in the game, but i got full of it... Its impossible to tackle that player, he is getting some kind of speed boost and skates like prime bure backwards. And there is a guys who moves backwards in front of the net like worms and them are impossible to knock out and then they just score when they once release L2 button, cuz goalkeeper got shocked by those Michael Jackson moves. I know the games is more arcade than realistic but please i just getting bored by defending same way every game, every player doing the same thing. There is no individual playstyle. Feels like i play every game versus the same guy. Make a game great again plz.Faulty programming again...
Just another example of how EA is programming AGAINST the consumer. Matt Duchene hut moment "career year". If you win a faceoff in your offensive zone, and direct it to the left defensemen (Roman josi 93 OVR lmao!), he retreats in the direction of center ice so the puck leaves the offensive zone. Just another example of EA trying to force people to "pay to play". I'm about to take this to NHL fan experience dept. Because we as fans are being treated like crap through this game. What ever happened to programming a game so people enjoy playing it? I'm literally moments away from throwing a controller through a tv because these challenges are unbeatable due to "against you" programming. I think everyone who bought this game deserves a refund/free version next year and an apology email for lying to us about the game we purchased. Got one game in, and now back to error messages. I get through the opening load screens, I can open the auction block, but anytime that WONDERFUL "content update required" message pops up, it freezes and I get error code 74A7FC65FB4D3505-0000000000009999-8B696E7AE3599EEE.Master sets for captains
So I'm probably like a large majority of player's who are having issues just trying to finish off a 92 captain master set. I don't have enough of a fraction of cards to build it little own the new ones that just came out. Why on earth do you need to give up 500 cards just to get one, and then turn around and do it all again and again. Just freaking stupid I'm a decent player who plays one one handed so online isn't much for me, so it's hard to get all of these cards to build a master set. I'm not paying for some BS random generated packs for something that has no value in less than a year, i already paid over 100 for the game in the first place shouldn't have to pay to play! This isn't a free game where that's the need to keep it running! On top of it why should it take an hour or more just to complete 1 master set, and again repeat again down the road just so you can do it all over again. I truly feel it's to the point that the game is no longer fun or enjoyable or entertaining, more like frustrating and annoying! Make your rewards for everyone not just oh here you spend 80 on a pack you have a possibility of 35 or 40 percent chance on getting that one specific card. Jesus I'm a actual card collector since I was a child, I can pay for a case of good hockey cards that are real and have a value to them and a hell of a lot cheaper than, here's a pack 5 cards 40% chance of a 96 that has no value at all and like I said before in less than a year you won't even use it, why because I'll need need to most likely use it to build another freaking set !!!!!!!! Overall I'm not gonna purchase next year can't pay for a game that I love to learn I'll just hate it and it'll turn me off of playing any games, hockey is pretty much the only game I play. So i had my first franchise with the flames and it had one back up, as you can see in the first picture then i made a second franchise with a create team the Halifax Pirates as you can see in the second picture and as you can see in the second picture my Halifax team has the original but has 3 back ups and deleted my other franchise with the flames, it only allows me to have 4 saved at once and only with one franchise at a time. The more i go into my season it keep going back ups and deleting my other ones. This doesn't see right, for one you should need backups and you should be able to save more the 4 of anything at once.Store and missing stuff
List is so huge that cannot keep up that what is missing from the WoC store. Goalie and player equipments and jerseys from many team at least and this has been since release and many of us would like to get what they want. I am a collector of everything wich comes to equipments and jerseys and kinda feel bad that there is so long list of missing stuff that i cannot keep up anymore. Can you please fix this.Broken HUT
Hi. I have a big problem with HUT gamemode. I dont know why is this happening either the game is completely corrupt ( more forgiving towards players which are investing money into the game ) or somenthing is wrong with the game code. I’ve played multiple nhl’s not every one on my console but on my uncles and the game seemed balanced and overall enjoyable ( nhl 25 included ) . But this years game is absolutely awful and absurd. I keep loosing no matter how good or bad I play ( photos of game stats bellow ). Glitch goals , toxicity of other players , bugs - every one of these problems are pushing me towards uninstalling the game. I know not every problem of this game is your fault but please fix your game 🙏🏻. Another thing. My uncle ( which I mentioned earlier) stopped playing the game this year because the game is completely unplayable and un-enjoyable ( he has been playing this game for 20 years so it’s probably your fault ) . Another thing is the store in HUT. It’s totally a scam , the packs are just overpriced and you can’t get an equally good player as the price of the pack. Please fix this scoring ploblem because as I mentioned earlier I can’t win a game even when I outshoot my opponent ( not just outshoot but have every stat better than him). And when I am the worse player it seems that the luck can’t be on my side. Please , please fix this because if you don’t I will be forced to uninstall this game and won’t buy it next year. Played an eashl game tonight, our center got a delayed tripping penalty. The other team scored during delayed penalty, the goal got reviewed and allowed but our center still went to the penalty box. The game didn’t give us a cpu center or move one of the wingers to center, we just had to play 5v4 with no one taking faceoffs for over 2 periods. This is a joke of a game.BAP Goalie Controls
EA, why is it that every time that I enter my preferred controls for goalie it always resets them every single time I start a game after re-entering BAP. Every time I log into my BAP career at the start of the first game I have to go in and pause it to change my controls and turn that terrible tether setting off because it does nothing but make the position harder and set hug post to manual. It is a very big pain to have to do that every time I log in to be a pro and get into the first game because sometimes I forget about having to change it in the first game after I get into BAP and you get into position and that tether pulls me out of position and causes problems and nothing I do will save it the way i want it. I just want to be able to save my controller settings and not have to go back and change it all the time.
