Poker Town - unable to claim prizes
Problem: In the game Poker Town, I spent 150 gems to get the premium prizes on the "Season" screen. When I try to claim a prize or all the prizes, I get an error screen which says " Unfortunately, your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving it again?" I click on the "Try Again" button and it will not let me claim the prizes. It just goes back to the error screen 3 times and then gives me a choice to restart game or quit. I have made a text file with all the info listed in "How to report a problem" thread and saved the DxDiag text file and screenshots and will submit the report now. Anyone else have this issue?PlayerThree33Yi12 seconds agoSeasoned Newcomer23Views1like5CommentsMerge Academy - Can't open the boards
Today when I try to play Merge Academy on my iPad or Android Phone it no longer works. It worked fine yesterday on these devices but with the latest changes it stopped working. I can sometimes get to the page but can't open the boards. It will at least load on the PC browser (Firefox) but then has the saving issues mentioned in another thread. Please help!14Views0likes0CommentsMerge Academy - Stylus in the grid are not working
Since the new update, I have to bounce back and forth between using my stylus and not using my stylus. If you're gonna make it a stylus game, then make it all a stylus game! Now, all of the places where I also used to use my finger because I can't use my stylus in the grid are not working. So now, I have to pick up my stylus and hit that spot as opposed to just being able to continue using my finger. Please don't ruin this game. It's one of my favorites.Chimpati8 minutes agoNew Novice14Views0likes0Commentsmissing account
This concerns a friend and fellow pogo user. Ponder2025 joined in Oct 2025. He went to get on his account and it is gone, like it never existed. He couldn't even leave a message for you so I offered to do it. Please check this out and help him.huskergal1111520 minutes agoNew Traveler5Views0likes0CommentsPoker Town - Prize Track reset to zero
Background: A few weeks ago, I spent 150 gems to do the pogo premium prize track in Poker Town. Last night I had 5110 gems out of 5335 and was supposed to have a day left to complete it for the grand prize. Around 10am EST today, my prize track disappeared, and I got a pop up asking if I wanted to purchase another prize track. Since I missed the final prize, I spent another 150 gems for the new prize track. Then at 4pm EST I got the following message "The Poker Town Coin Reset will NOT happen. There will be no changes to your Coin balance between Seasons. To give the team time to remove the Coin Reset feature, we’re delaying Season 2’s Leaderboards and Prize Tracks by 4 weeks. " However my prize track is now zero and I would not have paid another 150 gems if we had 4 more weeks to complete it. I have contacted EA customer service and they said they can't fix it. Can anyone make any recommendations or help me to get this resolved? I think my account may have gotten caught in the middle of all these changes, and would love some help to fix everything.ang4vols20 minutes agoRising Novice249Views2likes11Comments- Darlene222 hours agoNew Novice35Views1like3Comments
Contacting EA Help
It appears that there is no way to actually contact support anymore. The BETA chat just captures information very rigidly and just redirects back to a web page with a suggestion (unhelpful) which says "Try our self-serve options or contact an EA Advisor for more help." but there is NO option to actually contact an advisor. How are we supposed to actually open a case now?angerZQlzwQf2 hours agoNew Rookie7Views1like0CommentsPogo "A Problem Repeatedly Occurred" Troubleshooting Guide
You clicked on a game, then a screen appears "A problem repeatedly occurred" 😱 "What now!" Don't worry, this does not mean Pogo is broken or that you did anything wrong. It simply means something on your device or browser stopped the game from loading. The good news? It is almost always fixable! If your error looks like the example below, in white or black mode: "A problem repeatedly occurred on https://www.pogo.com/games/...'" this is a generic Apple WebKit error. It appears when Safari’s WebKit engine, which powers all browsers on iPhone and iPad (and Safari on Mac), stops loading the page. This message is generated by WebKit, not by Pogo. What is WebKit and why does the "a problem repeatedly occurred on...." message appear? WebKit is the engine behind browsers on Apple devices and Pogo is trying to run inside that environment. WebKit can stop loading for several reasons: the game may exceed the device’s capabilities, or issues like outdated saved data or a conflicting extension may interrupt the process. This error can be caused by: Outdated iOS, iPadOS, or browser software Too much cached or saved data Ad blockers or other browser extensions Low device memory or Apple’s built‑in memory limits on iPhone and iPad Weak or unstable internet connection Too many tabs or apps open at once Incorrect browser settings or other device‑level conflicts and more! How To Fix It Work through these steps one at a time and stop as soon as the game works! There is no need to do all of them, however it is good to know them all. Switch to Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox. This is the fastest and most reliable fix. Best of all, they are completely free! 📱 iPhone and iPad → App Store only. Open the App Store and search for Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Click Get to install! 💻 Mac → go straight to the official website → Chrome, Edge, Firefox 💟 Important Note for iPhone and iPad Users: Apple requires all third‑party browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) to be updated only through the App Store. This is the only way to make sure you’re running the latest version. Close Your Extra Tabs: Having too many tabs open takes up memory that Pogo needs to run the game. On iPhone or iPad: Click the two overlapping squares at the bottom right of your browser → close any tabs you do not need by tapping the small X on each one. Then try the game again. On Mac: Close extra tabs by clicking the small X on the left side of each tab at the top of your browser window. Try Private Browsing Mode: Private mode starts with a completely clean slate — no saved data, no extensions. It is a quick way to find out if old, saved files are causing the problem. On iPhone or iPad: Click the two overlapping squares at the bottom right → click Private → click + to open a new tab → go to pogo.com and try the game. On Mac: Open your browser → click File in the menu bar at the top → click New Private Window → go to pogo.com and try the game. Clear Your Saved Data: This removes old files that may be clashing with the current version of the game. 📍Important: After doing this you will need to log back in to Pogo and other websites, make sure you have all saved passwords written down. This is completely normal and part of cleaning 🙂 On iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings → scroll down and click Safari → click Clear History and Website Data → click Clear History to confirm. Then reopen your browser and try Pogo again. On Mac: Open Safari → click History in the menu bar at the top → click Clear History → select All History from the dropdown → click Clear History. Then restart your browser and try Pogo again. If you are using Chrome or Firefox on Mac: click the three dots (Chrome) or three lines (Firefox) in the top right corner → Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data → select All Time → click Clear Data. Then restart your browser and try Pogo again. Turn Off Extensions: Extensions can accidentally block parts of Pogo without you realizing it. On iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings → Click Safari → tap Extensions → toggle every extension off. On Mac: Safari: Click Safari in the menu bar → Settings → Extensions → uncheck every extension in the list Chrome: Click the three dots in the top right corner → Settings → Extensions → toggle every extension off Firefox: Click the three lines in the top right corner → Add-ons and Themes → toggle every extension off Then try the game again. If it works, turn extensions back on one at a time to find the one causing the problem. Turn Off Pop-Up Blocking for Pogo: Your device may be blocking parts of the game it thinks are unwanted pop-ups. On iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings → Click Safari → scroll down and make sure Block Pop-ups is switched off. Then try the game again. On Mac: Safari: Click Safari in the menu bar → Settings → Websites → Pop-up Windows → find pogo.com in the list and set it to Allow. If pogo.com is not listed yet, visit pogo.com first and then come back to this setting. Chrome: Click the three dots in the top right corner → Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Pop-ups and Redirects → add pogo.com to the allowed list. Firefox: click the three lines in the top right corner → Settings → Privacy and Security → scroll to Block Pop-up Windows → click Exceptions → add pogo.com and click Save Changes Turn Off Your VPN or Security Software: If you use a VPN or have security software installed, it may be quietly blocking Pogo in the background. Find your VPN app and turn it off temporarily, then try the game If you have security software, look for an option to add pogo.com as a trusted or allowed site If the game works after turning these off, make sure to whitelist Pogo so it is not blocked going forward. Visit Apple's Support Community for additional help and information. There are also many videos and articles online concerning the message "a problem repeatedly occurred on" on Apple devices. Q&A Why can others play the same game, but I can't? This is one of the most frustrating things about technology. Errors can be triggered by your specific device, browser or settings — not solely by Pogo itself. Your friend may be on a different device, using a different browser, or have different settings that allow the game to load without any trouble. This is exactly why this guide was created. I switched to Chrome on my iPad and I still get the error — why? Great question! On a Mac, switching to Chrome completely escapes the problem because Chrome uses its own engine called Blink (as do most browsers). However, on an iPhone or iPad, Apple forces EVERY browser including Chrome, Firefox and Edge to use Safari's WebKit engine underneath. So even though you switched browsers, WebKit is still running the show behind the scenes. This is why iPhone and iPad users may need to work through the additional fixes in this guide even after switching browsers. The game worked yesterday — why is it broken today? You did not do anything wrong, and nothing mysteriously broke overnight! A few things can cause a game to suddenly stop working: Pogo may have updated the game overnight and your saved browser data is now clashing with the new version — Clearing Your Browsers Cache and Cookies and Checking for Browser & Device Updates will ensure everything stays in sync. *These should be the initial steps you take on any device and become a regular maintenance. 🎡Pogo can optimize their games but they cannot change the settings, check for updates on our browsers & devices or optimize on our devices. This is why closing extra tabs, cleaning and updating is so very important for all devices. 🙂 Have questions or need more help? Kindly contact only official Pogo and EA websites. Hi EA_Lanna- can you have someone look at my account? I saw the email regarding awarding everyone the prize track and 4000 coins. There are still a few issues. I do not have the movie director clapboard which was the final prize that I was 1 away from on the original track that was ended early. My premium prize track is back which is good because I had paid another 150 coins for the premium prize track that disappeared a few days ago. However, whenever I try to claim any of the premium prizes, it gives the following message. "Unfortunately your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving again" and when I click try again I get the following message "Uh oh something went wrong please try restarting the game" which I have done multiple times with the same results. Thank you in advanceang4vols15 hours agoRising Novice38Views0likes30CommentsMerge glitch
While playing Merge, it glitched and now when I try to go into the game it is just a blank screen. I'm so close to finishing the 9 day challenge within the game and this is a problem. Anybody else having issues? I'd attach a screen shot but why when it is just a blank screen.Solvedblodissheople19 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer72Views1like5Comments
