MAJOR CHAT ISSUES IN ALL POGO GAMES
THERE ARE MAJORRRRR chat issues in ALL games! Friends and I TRIED to chat while playing Canasta and everything comes out like this ####! In Game Chats, Table chats, AND PC chats! ANNNND My account got suspended for 7 DAYS recently! They said I said BAD WORDS but I did NOT! Now it's Censoring ALL chats! PLEASE HELP? WOULD ALSO be GREAT if we had a button to click to report in game issues!Glitch during badge purchase
Bought the badge “Kim the Star” in Canasta. There was a glitch after I hit the button to pay for it & said “try again later”. However, I noticed that my gems had decreased so I checked my gem transactions in my account profile and the glitch allowed them to take the gems (of course), but it didn’t allow me to activate the badge. I have paid for it, but now can’t play it. Tried to report it on the EA help page, but there was not a way to do it there. Any ideas? (YES, I KNOW THIS IS A MEMBERS FORUM and no one here can wave a wand for me. Just thought someone else may have had this issue & can tell me how they solved it.)Quinn's Aquarium - No fish received for sheels
about 3 days ago. I was playing until I reached 1000 shells so I could but the 21 types of fish for my tanks. I purchased the one, it was fine, then I purchased the other fish for 500 shells and it took the shells, but did not place the fish in the tank and then as if it froze, I could not play anymore
Solitaire Home story Error
Home story has been down for a week for me. I have tried everything on my end to remedy the issue. If you look at my badge challenge I got almost half way so it was working. I have also tried to play it not as a club member and the game works so it can’t be my IPad it has to be a game glitch. I hope it can be fixed soon before my badge challenges is over. Thank YouNone of the games are loading or load extremely slow
To start Snowbirds giving a random server error. Sweet Tooth the same thing or can not find server message. Also signing in kept giving a strange format and then blank. I received an email saying my debit card had the wrong details. However, when I go to update my details it always comes back with Payment Not Completed. Now, it’s obvious they don’t want my payment. I went through the EA site as it eventually sent me there and updated my details, however, this hasn’t flowed through. There’s one to chat to so they can help me. Has anyone experienced coins just disappearing? Twice in the last week, I've "won" a large amount of coins (in the red present box) then after I finish the next level, they're gone. I did not use them. I didn't continue the level or buy anything. It's like Pogo says, "here, have a carrot," then yanks it away hoping you don't notice.Twizzle
The past few times that I have tried to play Twizzle it freezes on the first move. It is a daily challenge today, useless. This seems to be happening more often with an increasing number of games. Any chance that POGO can get a thorough cleaning up? Feels like it is dying and perhaps EA should just shut it down instead of continuing to charge money for a failing platform.
