SimCity: Complete Edition
SimCity: Complete Edition *snip* I bought SimCity: Complete Edition but it won't launch. I bought the game last July, and I'm currently having trouble launching it with the EA app. I've attached 3 image files, and I don't have any information about it other than the first and second image files. I've tried all the possible methods in EA Help, but the problem hasn't been solved, and the most suspicious part from my perspective is that when I open the SimCity item in the EA app library, there's a price tag on the SimCity: Future City item, as shown in the last image attachment. I wonder if this is the main reason I'm having trouble launching the game. Could you help me solve this problem? (CM: Edited to remove additional language. SimCity (2013) can not be downloaded in english.
SimCity (2013) can not be downloaded in english. My copy seems to be now region locked to hungarian-russian-polish languages. It was not the case before when I downloaded it through Origins app back in the day. The english option to download just does not show up, even though everything else is in english, every other game can be downloaded in english. The game says english is not supported with this copy if I try to manually change the local language key, then repair the game files. I dug up the box (which I bought in Hungary), it does not mention anything about language restrictions, and the game page in my library lists every supported language including english. I can't change the game to Hungarian
Hey! My problem is that I bought the game, read the topics, looked at the game descriptions, and my problem is that I can't run the game in Hungarian, only in English. I would try to convert the ea application, but there is no Hungarian option. How can I transfer a game to another comupter?
In 2013, I purchased Sim City through Amazon as a digital download. It worked fine when I installed it, but recently I tried to download it on a new computer. When I used the redeem code that Amazon supplied for me, it said my redeem code was already used. When I reached out to Amazon to get a new code, they said I had to contact EA. Today I finally had the time to switch form my 2014 Mac to my 2022 Mac, and origin (or EA app) simply decided that my SimCity game was only available on Windows... Simcity Societies Destinations only loads base game
Hi, I am playing SimCity Societies Destinations on a Lenovo Ideapad laptop on Windows 10. I have tried a number of steps (opening game via EA App, opening SCSDestinations.exe directly, etc.) but the Expansion is not recognised by the EA App and does not open. I can open the base game with no patches (the patches come as part of the Destinations expansion) and open a map without issue, just the aforementioned missing content. I have tried reinstalling the game and the EA App but this did not work. I have previously been able to play Destinations on this device (a few months ago) but had to reinstall as the game began crashing to desktop when I revisited it recently. I'm not sure why this is happening, are they closing SimCity 2013 servers? Wish i could turn off multiplayer mode directly from launcher or via file by editing it somehow or i just might not know the way to do it...Solved1KViews3likes7Comments

Lost games since origin
I've just log onto my ea account (Originally Origin) and cannot see the download of Sim City i had purchased a few years ago. To prevent SimCity 4 from crashing after the intro, open the properties and add "-CPUCount:1" to the target line. Once you've launched the game, press the Windows key to minimize it, then open Task Manager. Right-click on SimCity 4, select 'Go to details', and then right-click on the game's executable. I purchased sim city 2013 a long time ago. I managed to actually log into what seems like my account on the ea website. I can see the transaction in my history. Where is the link to download the game? I bought that game 3 PC's ago...... I paid 80 bucks for it and also bought cities of the future DC.
