Hello, I am experiencing a persistent bug with the ship tutorial in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. Here is exactly what happens: - The game tells me "It looks like you have ships" and sends me to the ship menu. - I click on Mace Windu’s ship (which is NOT unlocked). - The tutorial then says that ships require a specific crew, in this case Mace Windu. - When I click on Mace Windu, the tutorial disappears. - I return to the home screen, but the tutorial starts all over again from the beginning. This loop repeats endlessly and prevents me from progressing or playing normally. I have already tried restarting the game, clearing cache, and reinstalling, but nothing fixes it. I'm still stuck in Mace Windu's ship training. I've tried all the known solutions, but none of them worked. The game is beautiful, and many people still play it. It's a shame they haven't solved this problem. I want the authorities to get back to me as soon as possible. My ally code is: 448-516-954Can't battle in any journey, also ship loop
New account and I have met the requirements for various journey's. The battle button is clickable, makes the sound, but the battle doesn't launch. It happens on both my Android as well as in the PC Client. I do not have this issue on my main account, which uses the same two devices. I have tried the following: Restarted device Uninstalled / reinstalled Delete storage / cache (mobile) Logged out and back in Unlinked and relinked account Delete Google Play account data for SWGOH I am also affected by the ship loop issue, but I am working around it by having enough ships favourited that Endurance is not visible. Ally code is 373-383-763.

Good day. I need your help. Please help me restore access to my account in the game SWGOH(star wars galaxy of heroes) In October 2025, a child picked up a phone, logged into the game, went to the "Delete Account" section, and deleted the account. The fact that there are people waiting days for this Windu bug to be fixed so they can play the game, to me, is outrageous. Sure, you can favorite the ships to be able to remove the tutorial, but you can't access new events. I'm assuming it wouldn't be a hard bug to fix but the fact people have to wait for it to be fixed and not actually be able to enjoy the game is veery disappointing.
