Unable to gift Din Djarin Bundle II
I'm trying to gift a guild buddy the Din Djarin R7 Bundle but it says he's ineligible to receive this bundle. However, for some reason I am able to gift him the Din Djarin R5 Bundle. Is there a hidden requirement to have purchased the first bundle before the second? His Ally code is 679-571-191 - I dont see any reason looking at his roster or the info on the bundle as to why he should be ineligible to receive the R7 Bundle but not the R5 onePromo codes/Gatherer Achievement
I used the promo codes (REBEL, OLDBEN, MAUL, DINDJARIN) in the webstore earlier today, and it triggered the "Gatherer" achievement, is there any way to get that reverted? I've been playing since November of 2016 and am very proud of my F2P progress. I absolutely should have checked beforehand, but since the achievement text says "Make an in-app purchase" I assumed webstore promo codes would be fine since they are neither "in-app" nor a "purchase" (it says redeem not purchase when you claim them). I already created a support ticket but the response I got was less than helpful. Hoping for better news here.Promo codes/gatherer achievement

I’ve been using an R5 stormtrooper Luke with the TK-421 basic ability maxed out to try to get Buff Disruptions for the sector feat. However, I’m not making any progress on the feat, even though I’ve seen the Buff Disruption icon get applied to enemy toons. Is anyone else having this issue?Reconsider you account policy
I have been locked out of my game for 2 months, 11-year player and I have spent thousands on the game... Currently he support teams from both EA and Google keep telling me the other company needs to fix my problem, this conversation has happened multiple times and I find it patently ridiculous that companies that makes as much money as both of you refuses to fix a pretty simple issue. I am tired. This is boring.
2nd Bug in Jar Jar Event - Maul instant kill on T4 start
Even if you manage to get thru Tier 3 of Jar Jar with lady luck granting favorable RNG attacks - no possible way to get past Maul in Tier 4 even if CG fixes the low stacks of shield. Maul deathmarks Jar Jar at the start -- and on first attack instant kills JJ . . . Game over.PC App and Webstore Issue
I need help understanding and resolving an issue regarding my account access. I have been going back and forth with the in game help link chat situation for the past four days, and they are incompetent. Every message is a different person that hasn't caught up on previous messages, and the only "help" they have are links to articles. My ally code is 946-437-894, KyroRen. I can access my account on mobile no problem, but since the latest update that added the relic upgrade slider I can no longer access the account on webstore or the pc app. Can anyone here help me please? These are game sync errors. Often happen in waves in GAC or TW CMs. They seem episodic. Random. The online help is unhelpful. Line of sight to WiFi. No other lag problems. Updated App. Newish device. Strong signal. When you report these errors, the Chatbot is a chore. The Chatbot amplifies gameplay frustration because the advice provided and repeatedly so is so base level. What operating system? Is it updated? it would be helpful to report —machine, app and connection just fine—but something is happening between mission start and end that causes Error 32–and I have been on the same sofa the whole time and can see the wi fi and have full strength signal and good power on a good tablet. Anyone else living with this?
