Store issue
I have this issue when i open the store from my PC its laggy and won't let me click on anything. I tried opening it through my phone and it works there, but when i try and make a purchase it says that my card couldn't be verified. I have made previous purchases with that card and there was no problem. Also for some reason the game stopped notifying me if i have unclaimed kessel run rewards, which i assume has some connection with the fact that I can't even open the kessel run (and the store in general) on my PC.Stolen money
Hey I posted a couple days ago about an episode pass I bought that never processed. I’ve tried all the solutions tech support gave me (press refresh purchase) and it didn’t work. I’ve waited for a few days for tech support to get back to me and nothing has happened. That’s $62 that I’ve lost with nothing to show for it. i have all the receipts, and transaction proof on my bank account. I’d really appreciate this getting resolved ally code is 838-669-334haven't received episode pass.
I made a post on forums earlier but haven't had anyone try to help so now i'm making another one hoping that someone will see it and be able to help me. I recently tried to buy the episode pass, it kept failing and when i checked my bank app after multiple attempts to buy the pass a bunch of payments were pending with Electronic arts. i still haven't gotten the episode pass and the payments still haven't been cancelled. i now don't have enough money available on my card to try and buy the episode pass again nor do i want to take the risk of loosing more money. i also reached out through reddit but couldn't get anywhere and also tried the link from in-game which only handed me over to a chatbot who was trying to talk about an unrelated issue. my ally code is 272-735-133 i can try and prove payments if you want although i'm not sure how because my bank app doesn't allow screenshotsEpisode quest error in text?
Was working on episode quests trying to complete the quest that says complete 5 mod challenges. I did 5 mod challenges but it didn't complete the episode quest. I ended up having to do 10 mod battles to complete the quest. Please see attached screenshot from my account. Ally code 656-354-347Character pack purchase error
I purchased the 100 character shard pack (shortly after purchasing the 30 pack) when I got an error message. It popped up quickly then crashed the game. When I logged back in, I had 11,500 crystals and no character shards. Do I need to have my CC company decline payment so I can make the purchase again? Crystals are a nice gesture, but won't get me 100 character shards. Thanks!Didn't receive the 30 major Partagaz shards
I purchased the $29.99 bundle in the swgoh webstore, 30 Partagaz shards and 5 omicron mats. I had yet to activate Partagaz in game when I made the purchase in the webstore. Unfortunately I clicked the inbox notification so quick I didn't notice what the delivery showed. But looking in game it definitely seems I didn't receive the 30 character shards, although I think I did get the omi mats. Ally code: 622-821-532Cannot load my account
Hello, first time I'm posting because I am unable to load my account. My phone is logged into this email address as the Google account on my phone, my Google Play account is under this email address as well, when I attempt to load my Galaxy of heroes account I get an error message that indicates that I need to log into this account with my device... Please fix this. This is remarkably frustrating.
