Request to change Conquest difficulty level
Hi dear support team CG_Meathead I am writing to see if there is any way to get assistance with the current Conquest event. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the Easy difficulty level instead of the Hard difficulty level. I intended to play on Hard mode, and selecting Easy was a complete misclick. Unable to access SWGOH on PC for 45 days
I’ve already posted messages on several forums, yet there’s been no solution, no compensation, and no explanation as to why the loading stops and gets stuck at 80%—despite everything I’ve tried (and I’ve tested every fix found on Reddit, forums, AI, and Discord). I have my doubts about whether I’ll be able to play on PC before the year ends; like many others, I’m clearly not a priority when it comes to bug fixes.Rey Jedi in training
I am unable to complete Tier VI Rey gets stunned and remains that way for the rest of the battle, once Rey is stunned Kylo no longer takes damage. Him and Finn go back and forth till Finn eventually dies along with Rey, takes about 15 minutes to fail. i am now unable to continue the renewal quests as unlocking Rey is the current quest. ally code 475-792-437Missing 55 Darth Revan Shards
Title: Missing 55 Darth Revan Shards After Completing Event Ally Code: 991 616 574 Issue: I completed the "Scourge of the Old Republic" Darth Revan event, but I only received 275/330 shards. I am missing the final 55 shards and cannot unlock him. This happened a year ago, and my previous support tickets were ignored. I have attached screenshots proving the event is finished. Lately I am having screen freezes every few minutes, both in and out of battles. Basically full freeze, no animation, no response to touch for about 5 seconds at a time. Been happening for a few weeks, but slowly happening more often. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Android 16, One UI 8.0 448-596-256Error Code 9.0 when trying to unlink EA Connect — Need Server-Side Reset
Every time I try to unlink my EA Connect account from inside Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, the game instantly crashes and gives me Error Code 9.0. I have tried standard troubleshooting and frontline EA Support with no luck. This is a server-side account token issue. Can a community manager or specialist please pass my account details to the dev team for a manual force-unlink/reset? Please would it be possible to request that multiple items can be selected for purchase in the shipments? It can be very time consuming purchasing everything one at a time, so it would be really helpful to purchase multiple at once. This could possibly be by pressing and holding on an item for 2 or 3 seconds, then check boxes could appear in the corner of all items which allows the user to select multiple items. Then, after clicking to purchase them, a two stage purchase pop-up could say "Are you sure you want to purchase X items for Y <currency>?" with a "Yes" and "No" choice I hope this makes sense, and is something that can be integrated. Hello, I am a player with approximately 5,800,000 Galactic Power in the game. While looking for a way to upgrade Bossk’s ship, I found out that this could be done through the Finalizer Pack. However, the pack does not appear in either the online store or the in-game store. It does appear when I search for shards for the ship, but when I try to purchase it, the game loads indefinitely and I have to restart the game. The pack is still there after restarting, but I am still unable to purchase it. The loading occurs before I even get to the payment confirmation screen, specifically when I click the green button displaying the price. Could you please help me resolve this issue? For some time now I have been one short on the total number of stars on the Light Side Battles, but I have gone through every node on normal and hard and they are all three stars and I don't see one that is four stars, unless there is a hidden star somewhere. Is there a way to kick this so that last star shows up, or am I missing something.
