R2-D2 Disappears in Conquest
I’ve encountered this bug 3 times so far. I start a battle on a node with R2-D2 — such as a Jedi Training Rey team — and R2 uses the smoke screen, then disappears. He doesn’t stealth, mind you; he’s gone. The battle completely stalls out after that. Me and my son played this game together, and he set up the date of birth with his age (he is a minor). However, I have taken up the account, and the date of birth registered does not match mine or the one on my EA account. I would like to be able to update it, and have tried in-game support, but even with a valid ID shown, they said there is nothing they can do. Hello, I am facing a major database conflict. My Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account (8M GP, 8 years old) is currently linked to an EA account that was deleted by your services. Because the internal ID no longer exists, the game crashes systematically when I try to manage the link or connect to the EA App. I have created a new EA account with the same email, but I need a manual override to point my Player ID to this new account. Support agents are currently giving me generic answers about not being able to unlink, but this is an orphaned data issue, not a standard request. The Dark trooper moff gideon lsb that just released has the label omicrons included but he only comes with 1 of the 3. In previous bundles they were included like scion of jango. I am guessing this is due to his omicrons being level 9 abilities and not level 8 like the previous ones. Was this intentional? I saw that Meathead said they didn't have any evidence of him exploding with full health. After installing KB5077181 for Windows 11 the PC client will not launch. There is a heroes.exe process that will start but the game window never loads. Repairing the game, reinstalling the game, reinstalling the EA App, upgrading graphics drivers, restarting the pc, reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable v14 did not resolve issue. Ok this is like the 3rd time I’ve posted this. Why can’t I claim these? There was a minute left before the daily reset! This has happened to me probably 10 times or more. I’m a paying customer and this is unacceptable. I’m missing out on rewards and it’s extremely frustrating.
