Problem with purchase

DTMG LSB missing omicrons
The Dark trooper moff gideon lsb that just released has the label omicrons included but he only comes with 1 of the 3. In previous bundles they were included like scion of jango. I am guessing this is due to his omicrons being level 9 abilities and not level 8 like the previous ones. Was this intentional? ThanksIPD in TB explodes with full health
I saw that Meathead said they didn't have any evidence of him exploding with full health. Well,i've had that in TB , it happened before, but hearing MH saying that they don't see it made me a bit angry. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0Tl9k6DAcU Mind you this has happened before but i didn't catch it. Quite annoying to have back to back explodes when he's clearly full health.
KB5077181 prevents game launch
After installing KB5077181 for Windows 11 the PC client will not launch. There is a heroes.exe process that will start but the game window never loads. Repairing the game, reinstalling the game, reinstalling the EA App, upgrading graphics drivers, restarting the pc, reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable v14 did not resolve issue. Rolling back the security update appears to fix it.Can’t collect daily rewards
Ok this is like the 3rd time I’ve posted this. Why can’t I claim these? There was a minute left before the daily reset! This has happened to me probably 10 times or more. I’m a paying customer and this is unacceptable. I’m missing out on rewards and it’s extremely frustrating. CG_Meathead please can someone tell me why this keeps happening?Trouble using PC EA Client
It started this morning but I logged in at 5am and then by 6:30am I could no longer log in. The game wouldn't load even though the task manager showed it running. I restarted the computer, reset the game and EA client cache but the game still wouldn't load. I ended up disabling the In-game overlay and the game worked... However, I've tried to make an in-game purchase and it just sits there with the "thinking" icon just spins and nothing happens. If I turn the in-game overlay back on, the game won't load... I don't know if you need the overlay on to make in-game purchases but I can't seem to get it to work.Missing Lightspeed Tokens/Not able to claim coliseum rewards
I get it, mistakes happen. So I was understanding when Meathead said last week that they had to push them off. But then when they were supposed to be here today, THERE NOT. And still no communication from CG. Also for about 3 days I was not able to claim coliseum rewards. I would love it if CG WOULD FIX THEY'RE GAME!!! Anyway there better be some really fricking good compensation on there way because these screw ups are constant and big.Bugs ERA +
EA, I am not getting any era rewards! I didn't get my free shards on Day 1 for era charecter! And my charecter quests are unclaimable, this is the second time I've had a new account with MULTIPLE ISSUES, you need to sort this, I put alot of time and effort into this game as it's my hobby and I have bought dozens of friends in to playing too, at the very least I want reimbursed so I can catch up with everyone else. TB started today and not one of the 7 officers in the guild ever saw the pop up that let us chose which TB we would like and of COURSE instead of picking Rote, which we have been running since it came out, the game gave us Hoth This is an absolute joke The loss in rewards is hugeCannot access SWGOH on PC client
Starting on December 26, 2025, I have not been able to access Galaxy of Heroes on the PC client. I have tried: changing wifi types (5 GHz to 2.4 GHz), restarting the router/router extender, getting a whole new wifi, using wifi at a completely different building, updating to windows 11, deleting and reinstalling the SWGOH app, deleting and reinstalling the EA app, clearing the cache, and looking at the ea.com/unable-to-connect page (I think there were other things I've tried but I don't remember for sure). I even tried asking the ai assistant, but it doesn't know that SWGOH even exists on PC This is the error I've been getting ^EA help support not responding for almost 3 days
I've been trying to recover my Faceboon binded account but the solutions take me to the in-game help support and since then I have been trying to contact them as it reaches to the point of contacting a real Person I am still waiting for a response and there was noneFifth Brother LST
For the Journey Quests, one of the feats was getting an LST for Fifth Brother and getting ability upgrades for level 8. Level 8 upgrades for Fifth Brother is an Omicron but it didn’t give me the Omicron for him. That is ridiculous. You guys are really bad at putting in descriptions in your game. Whoever you have writing stuff up for your game needs to be fired, cause obviously that wasn’t the intention. Review your **bleep** before you release it in the game!!!! Level 8 is omicron, level 7 is zeta.Help with lab glitch
