No Shards Received - Rey Journey Guide
I have been asking for help with this on and off for years now. I finished the journey guide for Jedi Training Rey and did not receive the final shards. This locks away a significant portion of the game, and in-game support is entirely unhelpful. I thought I was getting help on the forums here but I was ghosted after being asked for my ally code. Please if there is anyone who can help me let me know as this has significantly screwed my in-game experience.
Conquest keeps freezing!
I have experienced this twice now and complained both the times through ingame help section. The replies I get through them sounds too robotic and they keep closing the tickets without any proper resolution i.e., refunding my energies. Where else do I complain about this so that I can have my energies back?Old underage Account without a ea account connected
I recently came back to swgoh after a long break. I wanted to log in the webstore but discovered that I don’t have the ea Connect Option in the settings. After some research I discovered that the problem was that I had an underage account. The problem is that I don’t know my email adress that I used to create the account because It’s not connected to an ea account. Is there any way to fix this ?Why was my discussion marked as Spam and removed?
Why are the Redeem Codes for new players on your website, not working? There are adverts for these codes, so false advertising if they are not working. You should either fix it or remove the codes from your website and the adverts where every they are published. "The FTC Act (15 U.S.C. 45): Prohibits "unfair or deceptive acts or practices" in or affecting commerce. The FTC focuses on protecting consumers from material misrepresentations that could influence purchasing decisions." Marking this as spam like a lot of other legitimate posts, is an attempt to cover up your potentially illegal conduct as a company. If this gets removed or flag as spam, I will forward all information to the relevant authorities.hacking with a setup
I'm a new administrator, and I demand justice. The old administrators didn't even provide an answer. The administrator was Lucifer. Maybe I'll get justice, my account was hacked, I showed the login from another device, but the admin didn't respond. The code is 842-447-459. It was hacked through the Google service, specifically through the email, and the phone number was changed.Banned for no reason
Good day. I and several of my guildmates have been banned due to achieving high ranks in the Coliseum. I do not understand the reason for the ban, as our rankings were earned fairly and without any violations. My account has a 7-9 year history, and I kindly request that my account and the accounts of my fellow guild officers be unbanned. Hello, My account access to the game was blocked without any explanation. I have never violated the game rules or used any prohibited software or exploits. I have been actively playing for over 3-5 years and have invested a significant amount of both time and money into the game, so this situation is very upsetting for me. I kindly ask you to review my case and investigate the situation carefully. This issue has affected not only me, but also 7 other accounts in my guild, as well as players from other guilds.
