Missing Omicron Refund for Ezra/Merrin Adjustment
Ally Code: 974-378-845 Issue: I received the inbox compensation message regarding the recent changes to Ezra (Exile) and Merrin. However, while I received the other materials, the 20 Omicron materials were never added to my inventory. Details: I had the Omicron ability unlocked before the update. Why did my account got banned, for what reason? Easy words from a company that couldn't care less about customer service and keeps disappointing us constantly. I was already close to quitting this game - but waking up to a ban with zero explanation, after years of time and a fortune spent, crosses every line of basic decency. There is no justification for this, and no response from their side whatsoever. Why are the Redeem Codes for new players on your website, not working? There are adverts for these codes, so false advertising if they are not working. You should either fix it or remove the codes from your website and the adverts where every they are published. "The FTC Act (15 U.S.C. 45): Prohibits "unfair or deceptive acts or practices" in or affecting commerce. The FTC focuses on protecting consumers from material misrepresentations that could influence purchasing decisions." Marking this as spam like a lot of other legitimate posts, is an attempt to cover up your potentially illegal conduct as a company. I do not understand the reason for the ban, as our rankings were earned fairly and without any violations. Hello, My account access to the game was blocked without any explanation. I have never violated the game rules or used any prohibited software or exploits. I have been actively playing for over 3-5 years and have invested a significant amount of both time and money into the game, so this situation is very upsetting for me. I kindly ask you to review my case and investigate the situation carefully. This issue has affected not only me, but also 7 other accounts in my guild, as well as players from other guilds. Not sure if anyone else has had this but in conquest sector 4 (hard) on the Mon mothma team battle when it loaded everyone was bugged, couldn't auto, attacks didn't load and characters were poking through scenery. Assume it's an issue with the map loading? Think it was a rebel hangar scene but not 100%. Lost energy on it as it timed out.Banned for coliseum glitch
