Mobile lag and accidental purchase and In-game support nightmare.
Had a moment of lag while scrolling through the store and went from scrolling the store in instantly having purchased a Finalizer pack for 1500 crystals, all to be turned to shard currency as I have everything there maxed. I've had 1 accidental purchases before and used the in game support and got a refund. So I did the same this time. I’ve talked to atleast 10 diffrent “people” now they all just ditch the conversation after 1 to 2 responses and passed me on to the next. so far I’ve had 1 person offer a full refund only to immediately pass me off to someone else, who said they can’t refund it and then pass off again. One offered a 50% refund only for that to get rescinded by the next. This is absolutely bonkers, I would never buy this pack it’s shard shop currency to me. I was simply scrolling the store to get to look for the free offers because I had a red “3” there and boom no warning there goes 1500 crystals on garbage I have. Then to get strung along by multiple people to be offered a refund then told to pound sand 3 times then offered a 50% refund then get told to pound sand 4 more times. What the heck is going on.Trouble with Google Play
I have come to the conclusion that I need to delete my old Email account. However, my game progress is linked to my Google Play profile which is associated with my old Email. I have tried to link a new Google Play with my new Email to my in-game account, but I keep getting an error that I cannot fulfill this action. Is there a way for me to link my new Google Play profile so the old one can be dispatched? Note: I have tried to reach out via the in-game 'EA Help' but I cannot figure out which options relate to what; basically making me stuck in a loop of confusion and futility.
Kyber Lightspeed Token
Ally Code: 789-663-574 Initially received the Kyber Lightspeed Token when they were sent out. Had trouble figuring out where I wanted to use it. Then yesterday I went to look again and noticed the token was now missing. Pretty sure I did not use the token and would like to know what happened to it.Didn't receive Malicos LSB
Ally code: 354-871-271 Issue: Purchased the Malicos LBS (I've confirmed money has been taken and I have receipt from PayPal) but the LSB hasn't been sent to my account in game. I also purchased the Trench LSB which has worked fine. Attempted solutions: I attempted to Restore Purchases in game, and even purchased a conquest ascension tier in game to prompt it to properly update, and still don't have my LSB for Malicos in my account. Order number: 1007204628813lsb issues
my IGN is reborn solomon, ally code is 181 326 534 I tried to see what the price of the bo lsb is on PC with tax to see if I could actually buy it. as soon as I clicked on it I get "connection lost" and it restarts, this is not the first time it's happened to me in general and now like every other time the pack has disappeared now letting me even attempt to buy itColiseum rewards bugged
I only get the reward from the highest tier beaten. So if I get to 60% I only get the 60% reward and nothing lower than that. Its hampering my progress and considering I spent money to be competitive it's highly annoying. I'll add a screenshot tomorrow if it happens for a third day in a row. It's been sporadic before now.Problem with 9.0 error
Hi, I’ve been playing SWGOH for years. Some time ago, I took a break and switched my phone from Android to an iPhone 13. After this change, I can’t connect my account to the new device. I found my ally code and ID, and when I try to link them in the game, I get error 9.0 and then game want to restart. After the restart, nothing changes. I’ve contacted EA Support, but so far, there’s been no resolution. This is my favorite game I’ve spent countless hours on it and if I can’t recover my account, starting over feels pointless… my ally code: 367 237 792 please help :(Not receiving galactic currency from campaign missions
Hey all so I've been playing on and off for awhile I just got through medical master kenobit galactic legend and was gonna start on Palpatine but noticed every campaign mission I do I dont get any dark side currency so I tried light side and have the same issues it's stuck at 3 light and 4 dark the only way I can get them is through shard store but problem is spending enough shards to get the 100 currency if anyone knows how to fix please let me know.
URGENT - Unable to view any paid content
I've gotten no help or response so far so repost sorry Since I ported to PC I've been unable to view any ingame content at all that includes real monetary purchases. This includes the episode pass, conquest plus and paid offers in the in game store, which also includes and blocks any FREE calendars and offers I would usually be able to see The crystals page in the shop shows up with the error message "unable to proceed with request as it is not in line with EA requirements" as seen in the pic below (I have also gone to the link it has not helped). Free offers like bonus calendars also do not show up and the tiered packs with free and paid tiers DO show up in store but they only lead to an endless loading screen if I click on them. I thought it might be because my account was still underage, so I updated it but to no avail, I also think account age isn't a factor here as I've always been able to view paid offers in my many years playing the game with a previously underage account. Anybody had this problem before? And if so do you have a fix please Any help is appreciated
